This was our second time staying with Knutson Property Rentals. Eric is amazing.Very easy to get ahold of and quick to respond to any questions or needs. We have stayed at the Hidden Gem both times we were able to get away for a vacation.It is so peaceful. We had deer in the yard in the early morning and evening. The only noise is the birds in the woods. If you are looking for somewhere to relax and unwind this is the perfect place. We look forward to staying at a different cabin on our next visit we want to experience all of them.Rooms: Large very nicely decorated spaces. Well equipped kitchen. Lovely outdoor space. The hot was perfect. Great views. No noise from traffic the only noises were from the bird's.

Spent 4 nights at the Pines and enjoyed it for the purpose of relaxation. The cabin was beautiful and well cleaned - it had everything you could need for a long trip and was just as described.The hot tub and fireplace were the perfect way to relax both indoors and outdoors.Very close to a couple nearby towns/small cities if you wanted to venture out.Eric was more than responsive during the booking process, as well as at the end of our stay.We will definitely be back and try out some of the other properties they have :) Highly recommend for solo travel, partner travel, or for groups.

My family and I stayed at the Rustic Cabin for a week recently and had a wonderful time. The cabin was beautiful and we felt right at home the minute we walked in. The Kitchen was well stocked, the beds were very comfy and they had everything you needed. Our favorite thing to do after a long day, was to curl up on the huge sectional couch by the fireplace, which was super easy to turn on/off and made the room nice and toasty. They also had a nice big dining table for sit down meals and family games.Outside we enjoyed exploring the large property, walking the trail behind the cabin (short but a good incline for some exercise), the hot tub and making s'mores by the fire listening to the various bird calls and wildlife. It was truly a vacation to disconnect from the busy life and enjoy the outside and each other.This was our first time staying with Knutson properties and our first time in the Driftless region. We've been to several cabins in different parts of Wisconsin but this one was by far our favorite. The whole experience from booking to checkout was very organized and Eric was extremely responsive, helpful and wonderful to work with! We will definitely be back!!

My wife and I started coming to Ferryville two years ago. Our first stay was at the “Cabin on Hidden Creek.” We absolutely fell in love with the cabin, and the area in general.There is so much to do, even if it’s just driving, exploring the vast drift-less area of Western Wisconsin.Knutson properties and especially Eric have always been there to help us. Be it places to hunt, or fish, down to who has the best fish fry’s in the area. There is no question to big or small, and they try their best to accommodate them all.The Knutson properties have become my wife and my weekends to recharge from the busy life style of south eastern Wisconsin.Our latest stay was at the “Hidden Gem” and it was nothing less than what we expected. We have stayed at one other cabin, but I’m not going to say, because it was one of my favorites and I would like to stay there again!Honestly, they way Eric and his team decorate, clean and stage these cabins. I honestly don’t think there is a bad one in the bunch. Each offers a different perspective. If it’s your first time, and you want to fall in love with Knutson family properties. I suggest the Cabin on hidden creek. All their properties have hot tubs, but sitting in the hot tub at dusk, watching the deer pass by 50 yards away…it’s just something to truly fall in love over and over with.Thank you Eric and the Knutson family, thank you for all you do to offer amazing, affordable and private locations for couples to unplug!Nearby activities: Ferryville is about 10 min away, Prairie Du Chien, La Crosse and Purdy are about 30 minutes each.

The cabin we stayed in was wonderful! Great layout, very clean and well stocked. The views and outside area was wonderful: fire pit, hot tub, nice yard area, spacious with privacy and wonderful walking areas. The views of the Mississippi are beyond words - breathtaking! Eric, our host made the process to check in easy & convenient; awesome communication! We loved the area and local people we met were so friendly. So many local restaurants; all with delicious food! Fun shops to explore & the spectacular scenary & wildlife. We hope to return soon! Highly recommend!!

This is the 2nd time I have stayed at one of your properties. Everything was great. The only thing that was a little off was the smell of the water of the hot tub, the water wasn't clear. Was like that at both places. Doesn't make a huge difference to me as we hang out in rivers and lakes all the time, but it did turn off a few people that stayed.Wonderful property, we are looking to see when we can book the bigger one up the road!Noteworthy details: If you are looking g for comfort and privacy not too far off the beaten path, these properties are amazing!

What a dream! We rented their Aspenshire Cabin for a few nights during spring break and were so pleased with our stay. The location was a little remote, but an easy drive from La Crosse or Prairie Du Chien. It was easy to find and had a seamless check in. The cabin was very clean and well stocked with all the necessities. They thought of everything to make our stay enjoyable. Some of our favorites were the screened in hot tub, heated floors in the bathroom, full kitchen, and sound machines. They even included a small, but eclectic selection of DVDs and games. Weather did not cooperate for us to enjoy the fire pit or outdoor grill, but hopefully we will have another opportunity. Next time we are bringing our records as they had a record machine available! The beds were incredibly comfortable. We were lucky enough to be there during a snowfall and felt like we were in a snow globe with all of the windows. This was a perfect trip for our family.Rooms: Two separate sleep spaces. One queen and two twins. Beds were super comfortable. They didn’t have closets, but had hooks and benches for luggage. Rohm sound machines in both rooms. Outlets were perfectly. The queen room had a small desk with chair and sitting chair.

My husband and I rented The Pines for a private Christmas getaway and it was beyond our expectations. Communication with Eric was prompt, the cabin was exceptionally clean, beautiful property, and a great location. About 30 minutes after arriving, we were already making plans for our next visit. My husband and I had an amazing time staying at the Aspenshire cabin!! The entire home was well appointed, organized, clean and so inviting. The kitchen had everything so we could cook. We brought charcoal to grill steaks and Maine Lobster for couple of the nights. Also enjoyed the Roadhouse for ribs and fish fry one night. Excellent!!We brought cords of wood to enjoy the gorgeous firepit every night but Erik can provide if requested.The property is huge but so peaceful and pretty to sit and relax or take a stroll along the river. We only used the bed in the loft, but it was so comfy AND took afternoon naps! The rainfall shower head had great pressure which was a bonus. The hot tub was perfectly hot and pristine which we really loved. YouTubeTV and Netflix worked great too. Eric is a superb host and very responsive to any questions we had prior to arrival. Everything was exactly as described with easy directions and check in & out was seamless. We highly recommend staying at any of his properties when visiting The Driftless area!

I had booked a last minute trip thru Airbnb to celebrate my husbands birthday. Unfortunately, we ended up not being able to make the trip due to some unforeseen circumstances and Eric was AMAZING in working with me to get a full refund. He first tried to help make accommodations for us and when that wasn’t going to work, he spent over an hour on the phone with Airbnb folks to make sure I was reimbursed. He went above and beyond to make sure we got our money back and I am truly impressed with his communication and customer service.While it didn’t work out this time, we look forward to enjoying one of his stunning properties in the near future!Don’t be afraid to book with Eric … he will make sure your experience is more than you’d ever expect!!

We were very pleased with this quiet, well-stocked, impeccably clean cabin. The attention to detail was phenomenal - there were thoughtful touches throughout. We were particularly impressed with the kitchen. Everything we needed was on hand. The jetted hot-tub was amazing on cold nights. We would 100% stay here again.

stayed at the Rustic Lodge and had a great experience! Knutson Property Services were friendly easy to reach when we had questions or concerns. The location was beautiful, and the cabin was clean and well maintained. The basement room was a little strange with the wall drawings and the last pick out of the bunch of options. Otherwise it was a great place to getaway from the city and enjoy some peace and quiet.

We recently stayed at the Hidden Gem cabin for 4 nights and truly enjoyed our visit. The company sent us excellent driving instructions to find the cabin, detailed instructions for using the fans/televisions/hot tub and checkout procedure, and some tips about the area. The cabin was clean and very comforable, kitchen was well organized and well stocked for cooking/baking. When I needed to contact Eric for a simple question, he quickly responded. The Driftless area is beautiful. We would definitely use Eric and the company to rent a cabin in the future.

Our stay at The Pines was a perfect getaway. From start to finish, Eric and his team at Knutson Cabin Rentals were fabulous communicators. We had such a nice weekend at The Pines and would love to make our stay an annual tradition. We were excited to enjoy the hot tub under the stars, cook nice dinners in the spacious kitchen, take walks out back and disconnect for the weekend. I stayed at Secluded Valley Cabin for the second year in a row. it was again a wonderful experience. I would recommend this place to anybody especially if they were looking for a quiet laid back time. Eric is a wonderful host, very accomodating for your personal situation. I had to check out a day early this year because of personal happenings back home and Eric made an adjustment in my bill unbeknownst to me. Last year when I was checking out my car wouldn't start so I called Eric to get a name of a tow company or something and he had somebody out to the cabin from his office in 15 minutes to jump me. again a wonderful company to work with. Can't wait til the next time I can stay at one of Eric's cabins.

Our annual gathering of girlfriends/roommates from college was great. The Pines Cabin had plenty of comfortable space for group gab sessions, TV viewing, game playing, cooking and eating. The privacy of the country setting was great - only a few deer walking by to check on us. Making the reservation, checking in, and departing was very easy. Would rent it again.

My boyfriend and our two dogs enjoyed a long weekend at Sun Set Haven Cabin. We had such a relaxing, great stay. The cabin was incredibly clean. We loved the location over the bluff and watching the sun set. The hot tub was great as it had been bitter cold. I enjoyed cooking and staying in rather than going out for food. Also happy we could bring our pups as they loved the yard and we hiked the local public land. We look forward to returning when the weather warms up so we can fish on the riverThank you for a wonderful stay!

We recently stayed at the Maplewood Cabin in Ferryville, WI and absolutely loved it! The cabin itself is gorgeous and features everything you’ll need for a perfect weekend getaway. The views are incredible and the cabin is beautifully decorated. Eric is a phenomenal host and such a delight. We are already looking at our summer schedule to plan a repeat visit to experience this beautiful cabin and the Driftless region in a different season. Highly recommend!

My family and I had the most wonderful and relaxing weekend at The Rustic Lodge! We cozied up by the fire, counted shooting stars and listened to coyotes howl from the hot tub, and enjoyed scenic drives, hikes, and apple picking in the area. We are a family of 6 and the cabin perfectly suited our needs. Eric was very responsive on email and gave us great local recommendations for food, etc. as well. Book it — you won't be disappointed!

This was an amazing weekend. My husband and I do not get much time together because we are always so busy. We try to find a place to reconnect and relax and this place was the place to do it. The cabin was everything we were told. Very secluded and perfect. The cabin was wonderfully equipped in the kitchen, clean with comfortable bed. We stayed at the hidden valley location with a creek that runs through the property and also amazing valley views. We were able to listen to the turkey calls, bird’s chirping; and a couple of deer strolling through the open field, all from the hot tub on the back deck. We even heard the coyotes calling through the valley. Easy to book, check in and check out

I highly recommend Knutson Cabin Rentals.With COVID we have not been able to get out or make any plans away. I needed a much needed break from life, kids, get out of the house, and finally see my girlfriends! We stayed in the Suns Set cabin and it was absolutely amazing. The cabin was decorated absolutely adorable! It was so clean and had everything we needed to cook, coffee, fire place, hot tub! The view was spectacular! The beds were like sleeping in heaven! It was the best short get away and exceeded my expectations. We visited most of the local bars and had the best pizza ever at Great River Roadhouse. If you are looking for a long get away or just a short get away I highly recommend. We will definitely be back and booking more time at the cabins. Thank you Eric and family for the amazing time and the amazing cabin. We created some of the best memories and got to unwind and relax!

Thank you for allowing us to stay at Sunset Haven. We had a wonderful time. The view was amazing. Home had everything you would need. Our family consisted of my husband and myself along with our two adult daughters and their significant others and of course our fur babies. They layout was fantastic. Main level had the family room, kitchen and master bedroom. The lower level had two additional bedrooms - one having a sitting room. It worked our perfect - everyone had their space but there was also ample room for the whole family in the main living area. The only time we left the home was to do a wine tasting-right in Ferryville! Eric made sure that everything was perfect. I would highly recommend. Thank you again for making our stay a pleasurable one.

We lived at the Pines cabin for 2 nights & the place was amazing! The cabin itself was super clean and well maintained. The management paid attention to every little detail in the cabin. Eric was very responsive and great at giving details for the cabin. The views of the cabin were amazing and there was literally no one around, it felt like you have a cabin on a small hill all by yourself.
