Great views and great ice cream!! I stopped here once in 2014 and again in 2018. Each time I stopped we took a picture in front of the amazing view of the river! They also have a great cheese selection, and ice cream selection. I definitely recommend stopping here if you need to fill up or if you are just hungry. LOVE it.

My family and I visited my wife’s hometown of Prairie last week and we stayed at a cabin in Ferryville. The employees at this business are some of the best. The cheese we brought home was a hit. Don't be fooled by the pics, most of them are not of this actual shop. It wasn't at all what I hoped based on those photos. It's actually a fairly large gas station convenience store. They have a lot of different varieties of cheese curds but they are tough and lacking in flavor. Go to the Nelson Cheese shop instead, you'll be glad you did.
