Last 2 pre-workout orders the seals were loose and allowed moisture into the container. Large amount of the supplement gummed up and got mixed in.Contacted customer support and never got a response.Shipping has been quick however - which I why I give them 2 stars.

The first few times I shopped here were in person, being from southwest Wisconsin. It wasn't until after I moved away that I started ordering from them online. The website is very user friendly and easy to navigate, and the service is always great. I've never gotten a wrong item or had a missing item not accounted for. Free shipping on all orders over $59 in the continental United States (in my experience, the shipping time is always less than 7 business days) makes this site hard to beat. And, the Free Samples button adds a little extra excitement to your oder (like mini-Christmas). All-in-all a great place to shop for all of your dietary supplement needs.

In store is great. They have good prices but their shipping absolutely sucks. I was told it would be guranteed 1-2 day shipping. Mine took 3 business days(after processing of course). I wasnt to dissappointed about that. The thing i was dissapointed about was that my package was missing an item, the one I was most looking forward to.

Some of the absolute worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Ordered a package on 10/3 and it’s 10/12, still haven’t received it. Takes them at least 3 days to respond to an email and the “customer service” line will never get answered. Save yourself a headache and take your business elsewhere.

Horrible site for shopping. I made a purchase for ever. The seller sent me the wrong address . I contacted , nothing was done. Or repayment or anything.Horrivel site para compras.
