This was our first time in D/C. Highly recommend staying here! Staff was friendly and helpful, rooms were very clean, updated and quiet, nice hot shower, bed was super comfortable, walking distance to some shops and restaurants. Grounds were beautiful as well. Also enjoyed having a cocktail on the pier watching the sunset. My favorite, chocolates on your bed every day from the local chocolate store, very nice touch😉

A very exceptional inn. Staff is super friendly and the room was nice and clean. They have their own beach across the street with a nice dock with chairs and benches. They also have a gas fire pit out front that is excellent for relaxation. The location is perfect. A little high priced for what you get but worth it. Definitely be here again

If I could give more than 5 stars I would!! This is probably one of the nicest lodging places I've stayed. The customer service was top notch!! The property was clean, well-maintained, and just beautiful. The rooms were very nice and modern; everything worked great. Loved the walk in shower. And the view was lovely! Just everything about it was first class. Relaxing & charming to say the least. Can't wait to come back and stay again. (Also- I can't remember the gal's name- but our first night there we had a flat tire and the lady behind the desk was SUPER helpful and compassionate and stuck with us until we got it figured out. Thank you!)

Not a bad place. Less expensive than many of the other lodging options in Door County. The inn has nice grounds right across the street from the water. The rooms have been renovated and are quite nice. Just know that the inn doesn’t have any food or drink services other than a vending and ice machine.

This is a lovely property to stay at despite lacking a hot tub, fireplace, and kitchenettes/microwaves. Ice is located outside of the main building, which gets cold this time of year. However, bed and pillows are of good quality, rooms are quiet, and amenities include free complimentary bikes, flavored K-cup coffees in the rooms, a campfire from 5-9 pm, and yard games such as Shuffleboard, Corn Hole, and Croquet.

We were put in the newer south building. Basically a cheaply constructed white box. Did not match the charm of Ephriam.Had to lift the suitcases over a car as the parking lot runs up to the porch stairs.Shower and coffee maker were nice though.Better choices for the premium rate we paid.

We LOVE The Water Street Inn. We immediately feel at home every time we visit. The rooms are nice. The staff is friendly. The views of the water from every room can't be beat. The grounds are beautiful - our kids like to run on the huge lawn. They have a nice fire pit and tons of outdoor seating spaced far apart all over the grounds. We highly recommend staying here!

We stayed here recently and really liked the Inn. It is freshly updated. The room was clean and pretty spacious and the property was nice. I liked that we had our assigned parking spot. We only stayed a few nights and because the weather didn't cooperate, didn't get to use the pool but it looked clean and enjoyable for guests. We enjoyed our stay. We liked the storage in the room and that there was a small fridge. I was worried that the walls would be too thin and we did hear noise from the guests above us but fortunately, around 10 p.m. the whole place seemed quiet and we had no noise issues at all. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. I'm glad we stayed at The Water Street Inn for our first visit to Door County. Thanks for the great visit!

My husband and I went on a road trip in July without an agenda or reservations. We drove past The Water Street Inn and were intrigued. We stayed for 3 nights and were very pleased with our stay. Our room was tastefully decorated and very cozy. We are almost afraid to post a review, it feels like we are giving away a wonderful secret, however, we want them to stay in business, so we have been telling all our friends and neighbors about this amazing place! Going back this weekend, can't wait!!!!

I cannot give this place enough stars! We stayed in October for two nights. My husband had flowers ordered and delivered before we arrived it was a nice surprise for me for our anniversary. The view on the main lodge is AMAZING I wish we could've stayed for a week! Everything was very clean and the staff were very friendly. We enjoyed the nightly fires down by the fire pit looking out at the water enjoying our wine from the day. Worth every penny!

This was our first ever stay in Door County. We are thrilled that we chose to stay in Ephraim, and we are likewise thrilled that we chose to stay at the Edgewater Resort. For many reasons: short walk to town, stores, and restaurants; very clean and updated rooms; great showers; beautiful view; friendly and helpful staff; lots of amenities including bags (corn hole) and shuffleboard. All in all our stay combined with the reasonable rates made for great value and a terrific experience.

My stay was amazing! The hotel's room was really big, and clean. They had a pier for their guests right across the road, which I sat and watched the sunset on. Overrall a great place to stay.

Nothing compares to this little bit of Heaven. The grounds are meticulously manicured, lawns and gardens. The room was over the top with luxury. I think this is one of the best places I've stayed in. The view from our room offered up a different and dramatic sunset every night.

Absolutely loved my stay here. Free kayak, bike, bike helmet, and shuffleboard rentals, a great view right outside your door and at the pool, friendly staff, and located near other spots in Ephraim. I absolutely will be coming here again.

Sorry. I have to give one star. Room was ok, but a bit on the small size. Worse yet, no room cleaning/service because of COVID. That makes no sense. It seems like everyone is using COVID nowadays to reduce service. It rained for 48 straight hours during our 2 day stay, and of course the day we were to check out, it cleared up. So we politely asked if there was any chance we could have slightly late check out so we could take a short walk or bike ride. The answer was, “No, you need to be out at 10:30 am.” Most check out times are 11 am. So not only would they not accommodate an extra hour, they wanted us out at 10:30 am. Not going back and telling our friends and family to go elsewhere.
