Absolutely amazing all around!! Anybody who comes to door county needs to eat here. Not only is the food 100% authentic and delicious, but the staff are so kind and welcoming. What a gem!We had the pork, sauerkraut and mushroom, and cheese/potato/jalapeno pierogi's and golabki. Let's just say you will not be disappointed in any of these choices. The pork was tender, flavorful and everything I had hoped for.The sauerkraut and mushroom was a powerful flavor bomb (this is my favorite kind of pierogi and Prince of Pierogi had the best in my opinion). The jalapeno potato and cheese was well balanced and delicious! The cabbage roll was fully stuffed and absolutely a treat! The dill on top made all the difference.Treat yourself and try everything on the menu :) we'll be back tomorrow to get some frozen pierogi!

By far the best Pierogi I've ever had! Their stuffed cabbage roll had excellent flavor with some good spice, too. We tried 3 different flavors of the Pierogi. My favorite flavor was the pulled pork Pierogi. The spinach and feta with sour cream on top had a really good complex flavor, too. This place is definitely worth trying! It's off the main road. We almost missed the parking lot!

This is a little outdoor place. Amazingly personable and personal service. The pierogis are amazing, honestly nothing short of polish grandma perfect. If you've never had one, this is the place to try. The daily special flavors are delicious too. We had the bacon mac and cheese, and the jalapeno cheddar ,(a long with the potato and cheese classics). All of them were lights out.Short wait, hidden gem. Hit this up.

Authentic pierogi place right in door county! The sweet cheese pierogi’s were our favorite and the kids loved the banana and Nutella option. Great option for kids and families with a variety of flavor options for everyone and they have beer and wine for the adults! Only thing to be aware of is there are no bathrooms and the closest one is a short walk to the beach.Kid-friendliness: Outdoor seating with space to spread out, fun sweet options also on their menu for the kids for dessert!

Wow!!! The best polish food I have ever had. A small hidden spot you are sure not to miss! We shared the platter with pierogis, sausage, a cabbage roll and Hunter’s stew. It was over the top delicious! Wonderful people, too!!

We found this place driving through Ephraim because of a small sign on the side of the road that said “Pierogis ->” As pierogi lovers ourselves, we had to stop. From the moment we arrived the owner was super friendly and sociable. We got 4 different types of pierogis; including a Nutella banana one, and they were amazing. We ended up coming back a second time during the week with our friends because we loved it so much. This was probably our favorite food of the whole trip and we will be coming back every time we go to door county. Also, they deliver pierogis throughout Wisconsin in the winter which is a welcomed surprise! Definitely recommend this place! 10/10

Wow!! What an amazing find on our camping trip to Wisconsin! Definitely didn’t expect to have authentic pierogis on the peninsula of Wisconsin but here they are! Chris was absolutely wonderful and very friendly. The food was delicious. Our favorite was of course the classic cheese & potato. The spinach one was the savory option of the day which was also amazing. All were wonderful to eat including the pork and sauerkraut/mushroom. Really glad we stopped here. The ambience was great and everyone had great conversations with the owner. Very friendly, cozy place. Definitely would return!!

Mark was a great guide for what to order! Super attentive. Pierogis were the best I’be ever had. Melt in your mouth! Highly recommend the potato and jalapeño followed by blueberry 😋I live in NOLA and we are all about flavorful food there - this is up to snuff 🔥

Update: back for the second year in a row, and it’s still as amazing as the first time! If you’re up in door county you MUST stop here.Original post: My fiancée and I visit door county from Chicago every year and this is our first time trying Prince of Pierogi. This place is phenomenal to say the very least. The chef, Chris, is from Poland and makes the best polish food we’ve ever had, truly.Get the platter so you can get a little bit of everything, but you really can’t go wrong with anything! We will definitely be back!

I just had the most amazing, authentic Polish meal! Chef and owner Krzysztof Krol's food is incredible! I had the Polish platter: kielbasa, a cabbage roll, hunter's stew and 3 cheese and potato pierogi. Fantastic! Thanks Krzysztof for a wonderful meal. And, he and his superb staff are also some of the nicest people you will ever meet!

This place is a super cute walk up restaurant, with actual Polish cooks making the pierogis. They were made quickly and tasted phenomenal. We tried the pork ones, which were good, and then their pierogis of the day (bacon Mac n cheese, spinach and feta—which we loved, and the blueberries and cream cheese). So so good, and now I want to come back here every time we visit Door County. Bonus: they have a water dish for dogs, so bring your pup!Kid-friendliness: They were accommodating with us with our one year old.

Best pierogis I've ever had. My favorite savory was the feta and cheese. My favorite sweet was the banana Nutella, but they were all amazing. The service was amazing and everyone was so nice. I do suggest you eat in the car as the bees are everywhere.Vegetarian options: They have an all veggie pierogi

Very delicious pierogi with several seasonal flavors, both savory and sweet. We went twice during our weekend stay because it was so good. The breakfast pierogi (ham+egg+cheese) were an awesome start to the morning. We also tried pork, potato+cheese, nutella+banana (amazing), cherry+cream cheese, and blueberry. All were fantastic. Got a bunch of frozen pierogi to take home as well. Owner Krzysztof was very friendly. We will definitely return the next time we're in Door County!

I’m only going to give the Prince 4 stars here because the meat pierogi was a little cold in the middle and didn’t have that peppery filling I have always been used to. The service was great, the door county Cherry pierogi were delicious. We will definitely be back when we are in the area again! Yours Truly, The Pierogi Ambassador of Wisconsin.

Cute little gem with quick-stop food tucked just off the main drag in Ephraim. They have a walk-up window to order. The owners were so friendly, and you can tell they pour a lot of love into their business. We got the potato, cheddar, and jalapeño flavor and the bacon mac and cheese savory perogis of the moment, and they were both delicious. Can't wait to come back for more. They had several outdoor tables to enjoy our dinner, and they even brought out the orders to our table. I'd like to try the sweet perogis next time as well!

You MUST visit this amazing spot. The only thing better than the food is the lovely welcoming staff/ownership. The pierogis are INSANELY delicious and now we need to have the cabbage rolls asap. We cannot wait to return.
