Good coffee with a lovely quiet atmosphere, I was here in late August 2018 was able to get a nice hot mocha and a cheese danish and sit outside in their well-kempt patio area with many tables and chairs underneath leafy tree shade. The interior is decorated with fun wall adornments such as skateboards and fun pictures, I was referred to this coffee shop by a local who said it was the best coffee in town, I have to agree it was very tasty.

Such an adorable small, yet jam-packed with treats and drink options, venue. The outdoor seating area allows you to enjoy the Door County weather and scenery and bring as many friends as you like. They have a wide selection of local and national newspapers, and the coffee drinks are perfectly balanced and not overly sweet. They're open later than other local shops so they're great for an afternoon pick-me-up and each time I've been there after three pm they still have bakery available. There is plenty of parking in back. (Bring cash.)

Love this place. It's been there for over 20 years and I finally discovered it on my 5th trip to Door County. Cozy little place, right along the lake, can be hard to spot from the road if you aren't looking for it. Enjoyed the jazz music playing each time I went in. Limited seating indoors, but lots of outdoor seating. The brewed coffee is delicious, plus I purchased a bag of their house roast to take home. Full menu of espresso drinks and other options. Delicious pastries, fave was the cherry scone (in Door County, of course!)

After visiting a different coffee shop down the road earlier in the week this was a memorable experience. Greeted by coworker upon entering and actually felt welcome! We didn't feel like we were an annoyance but rather a valued guest in their business. Thank you and best of luck!! Will def be back next time we visit!!

Love Leroy’s! I go every time I’m in Door County. The coffee is the best- better than any coffee I’ve had other places- and super reasonable. Tiny little shop; there are places to sit inside and out. Look forward to going there this summer!

Wonderful atmosphere and delicious Americano served with a smile. Fabulous selection of flavored syrups, both sweetened and sugar free to choose from. Indoor seating is tight, especially during a rush; but there is quite a bit of outdoor seating available when weather permits, which is a real plus. Highly recommended.

I'm a coffee snob. I roast my own beans, own every type of coffee maker, and buy only the best coffee that I can find. Why am I telling you this? Because Leroy's Water Street Coffee is truly some of the best that I have ever had. The owner and his staff know how to pull a shot. They use some of the best beans around, they fuss over the process, and it pays off. On top of all that, the shop is inviting, and the staff is friendly. I have passed by Leroy's three or four hours after they have closed for the day, and I can see the owner working away. That's dedication.

Coffee and chai were good. However, being that it is high tourist season on a Saturday, I expected fresh bakery. Both the scone and cinnamon roll were very old and dry. They should not have been served.

Bad bad Leroy Brown...what is going on with the hours?? We visited once and were excited for a return...however, each of our return visits were met with a closed sign (during posted open hours). I do not understand how.. or why...a business would operate like this. We even have friends in town and talked this place up...and again this morning at 8:15 Leroy's was closed. Posted hours on the door said it should be open...will not try again. Will bring our friends, family, and business elsewhere. Try Skip Stone Coffee in Sister Bay, or Blue Horse Cafe in Fish Creek

I will never return to Leroy's! All the good things people say about the atmosphere and quality are true. I visit Door County frequently and 3 times over the last couple of years during peak times they are inexplicably closed although their sign says they open at 7:15. If your morning coffee is not important to you, this is the place for you! Sorry Leroy's, 3 strikers and YOU'RE OUT!

As someone who works around baristas daily, this is the best coffee shop I've ever been to! They don't take credit cards, so have cash ready. Super cool skateboarding/surfing vibe and outdoor seating.

Cappuccino not made in a "cereal bowl". It's the right size. Hot chocolate not too sweet. Pastry was nicely done. They play music on vinyl. Cool place hiding a little in Shorewood Village

Leroy makes the best cappuccino I've ever had, period. The coffee is a delightful light roast, and he makes the silkiest milk foam. It melts in your mouth all the way down to the bottom of the cup. I introduced myself one day, and he knew my name when I walked in the next day.

Picture this: I'm camping at Peninsula State Park, just a few miles away. It was thunderstorming fiercely, and I needed some good coffee. What I got was a lot more. I walk in there and the barista Ryan was playing some 1950s jazz vinyls that suited the stormy morning perfectly. He was very knowledgeable on good coffee, and the cherry scone was locally made and amazing! Will definitely come back!

Love this place...when they're open! Great coffee but inconsistent and inaccurate hours. Phone number is disconnected and social media has no updates in regards to their hours and why they're closed. Bummer! We stop here multiple times every year we visit. Hope they'll be open next year during our trip!

I was wondering if the late opening complaints were a fluke. He doesnt open on time. I watched 4 customers pull on a locked door. Eventually i got tired of waiting and tried. You could hear the staff inside. The door said opens 715ish. Why not just open at 8 am. Why make it different. Maybe its good coffee. I had to leave for an outing and i drove from fish creek. I suggest blue horse coffee as they always open on time. I gave 3 stars be ause of other positive reviews but dont go here before 8 am maybe later.

Leroy's is THE place in Ephraim for coffee and a scone. Positively tiny, but there's quite a bit of outdoor seating. One thing you should know. . .they only take cash. Really, I'm not making that up!

Just came by for an afternoon drink. I had a cup of the single origin (Honduras) and wife had a mocha. They added extra whip cream for the girls. Great smooth cup of coffee.

Small little shop with a fun Indie feel. Just happened to see it walking past and the coffee was excellent, probably the best iced caramel latte I've ever had.
