We’ve tried other places but nothing beats the amazing staff, hospitality, great location between Sister Bay and Ephraim, quality of the rooms, and affordability of the High Point Inn. Beautiful property year round but especially in May when the flowering trees are blooming out front. We always look forward to the gift bags from Uncle Toms Candy which has the best handmade candy and is a must have every time we visit Door County. We will continue to stay at High Point for many years to come.

This is a lovely place to stay. It has a pool and a hot tub, but the hot tub can be crowded at times. The rooms are truly delightful. The in-room amenities are impressive, and when I went it was nice and quiet.I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. The beds were cozy and comfortable. Having a dishwasher, stove, and refrigerator in the room was very nice. The two full bathrooms were also truly delightful.Rooms: Delightful rooms with decent amenities in them. We have always enjoyed our peaceful, comfortable stay at High Point Inn. We were just there several days ago and had 2 situations that I want to comment on. On our 1st morning we had no hot water or water pressure in our shower. When I reported it to the manager she said as long as the other shower worked we shouldn't worry. We had a 2 bedroom 2 bath unit to accommodate all of us quickly but we're now delayed due to the time for all of us to shower. The 2nd situation was the fact that before we could use the dishes we had to empty the dishwasher. When I mentioned it to the manager she said that yes if we needed to use the dishes we needed to unload the dishwasher. I think that this should be mentioned in our information letter as one of our responsibilities

We've been booking our annual Door County vacations at High Point every year since 2019 and couldn't be happier with our choice. The location is super convenient for travel around the peninsula and regardless of who is working the front desk when we arrive, everyone has been really nice, kind and ready to help us with anything we need. As if things couldn't get better, they give us this delicious gift bag from Uncle Tom's candy store full of the best chocolate and brittle candy we've ever tried, every time we come back. I've never been to a hotel in Door County or elsewhere that offers something like this it just shows how far they are willing to go to make sure their customers have a great experience!

My family has been coming to Door County for generations and some how none of us have ever stayed here. The only reason we stumbled upon High Point was because most everything else was booked in Ephraim during Fyr Bal earlier this summer. One of our local friends recommended to check out High Point Inn and we are so glad we did! Clean, quiet (even tho there was no vacancy during our stay), and spacious suites with lovely outdoor patios/balconies attached to each suite. We stayed in a 1 bedroom whirlpool King suite and it was the perfect space for my husband and I, as well as our 2 year old daughter. It is a perfect place for both families and couples alike! We loved it so much, we plan on making it our home base for our future Door County adventures!Nearby activities: Close to shopping, dining, and other attractions on the peninsula

If you are looking for a comfortable, fairly priced hotel stay that's conveniently located between Sister Bay and Ephraim, then the High Point Inn is for you! We've stayed at this well kept, lovely establishment multiple times and refer our family and friends exclusively to this venue. Beyond the great amenities, awesome location and spacious living quarters, the staff are incredibly organized, attentive, and accommodating. When we vacation in Door County, we will only choose one place, every time; High Point Inn!

We just had an absolutely wonderful stay at High Point Inn! We had a 2 bedroom/2 bath suite which was perfect for our family. They even had a full-sized crib and high chair available for our littlest to use. Everything was incredibly clean with brand new carpeting, TVs, and appliances throughout. The kitchen had a full-sized fridge, microwave, sink with garbage disposal, and dishwasher. Well stocked with kitchen supplies. Both bathrooms had removable shower heads which were very convenient. The master bathroom had a standing shower in addition to whirlpool tub and the second bathroom a full tub + shower. The two pools were very clean and the kids had a blast! The outdoor spaces were beautiful. There are two nice Weber grills available for use as well as a small playground nearby for the kiddos. Will definitely be staying here again when we come to Door County!

First time staying here, definitely will be back! Great accommodations while being more reasonable than other nearby hotels. We had a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom suite with a complete kitchen, dining area and sitting area with a gas fireplace. We also had our own patio for outdoor dining and a sitting area. Very clean with friendly and helpful staff.

I stay regularly in Door County while working between Baileys Harbor and Milwaukee. Having experienced many, many of the inns, hotels, and B&B's in Door County, I'm most happy landing at The High Point Inn. The staff & management are detail oriented, friendly and always accommodating! 5 stars for sure and I look forward to returning soon!

Great stay over a long weekend. Staff is very friendly. Clean rooms with updated appliances and fully stocked kitchen. A few of the furniture prices have been well used but not worn out. Highly recommend to stay. We very much enjoyed the whirlpool!

This was the best hotel I ever stayed in. My brother in law and I went there to spread my sister's ashes...3 years in a row because he couldn't find "their" secret spot, unfortunately we never did. We got a 2 bedroom suite, 1 room had a jaccusi? and we had a private balcony, full kitchen, dining room and living room. I wanted to take this room home with me. Anyway, my brother in law passed in 2019 but I only got his ashes back last year so my husband and I are going to take his ashes and what is left of my sisters back there this summer. I searched for this hotel because that is where we will stay, I dont care what the price! Within reason of course.

Warm, welcoming comfort in a busy area of Door County. Staff seemed to be on duty and happy to help at all times. Comfortable two bedroom suite and the wonderfully furnished front porch made our visit at the High Point Inn a total experience of R & R. Lovely little place amidst a bunch of lovely little places at Ephraim. Despite not having a view of the lake, it is a very cozy hotel/inn with amenities like a pool, hot tub, a basic but well maintained fitness center and a checkers board in the lobby (random fact :D ). For outdoor enthusiasts, there are hiking/snowshoeing trails nearby (at peninsula state park) as well sledding hills to keep your days occupied!

Staff and Grounds are great. Just don't get stuck on the first floor. We drew a room on the first floor, happened to be a family above us that for one wanted us to be miserable by pounding on the floor day and night. They; as unbelievable as it might sound encouraged their kids to jump and run all night and all morning to keep us awake..My wife tried to call the front desk during the evening no one at the front desk to try to help us. We left the next morning . Got our money back for Saturdays night stay..and went to Sturgeon Bay.. We just can't catch a break..

The High Point Inn is my favorite place to stay while in Door County! They gave the friendliest Staff, Clean & Comfortable rooms and is centrally located on the peninsula. The pool and hot tub are a BONUS and the rooms have plenty of space in them. I highly recommend this place of stay while in the area!
