I just left The Beach People in Ephraim with 3 crying toddlers and had the worst experience with the owner, Jamie. After confirming (at 4:40) that the store closed at 5, my children were gleefully picking out a toy. At 4:52 while I was helping my son make a final decision, Jamie says to me "Just so you know, we are closed" I returned all of our items and let her know it was only 4:52! To which she replied "not by my watch"A lot of other fun things were said that does not align with your website statements of how you provide for your customers. Shame on you Jamie.

My kids loved this souvenir shop. Neat toy section. They also have a small selection of unique toys imported from Japan. Very cute. We bought a lot of small souvenirs and toys here!

Lots of beach gear, decor, toys, soaps and bubble bath, and gag gifts. Great store, we spent about an hour there. Tons to see. :)

This is MY all time FAVORITE gift shop! Huge shout out to Jamie and Katie behind the counter. They helped us find exactly what we wanted for all our family and friends! Gifts for everyone! They have a separate room with bath "stuff" (salts, soaps and bombs)! Tumblers, blankets, jewelry, gag gifts and SO MUCH MORE! I stop here every time I'm in Door County!

We went with our children. They had several things on display that were very crude. Things with the F word written in large letters. No attempt to isolate or designate an area for adult content. I felt it’s unfortunate in Door County they felt they needed to cater to this group at the expense of the family values.

Very cute little store with very friendly staff! Wide selection of Knick knacks, locally made soaps, jewelry, clothing, stickers, magnets, etc! This place is definitely worth a stop in :)

Darling shop with a very wide array of gifts, for all ages--toys, teen-appropriate items, fun funky stuff. Parking lot in front of store, which is great for Door County.

Huge selection!! We walked in 15 minutes before closing. The young gentleman working behind the desk Saturday night never made us feel rushed, even after closing time. I apologized while checking out for keeping him there longer, and he assured us we were fine! Very nice & helpful. Thank you!

I would give them negative stars if I could… they don’t let you use their bathroom and instead make you drive way down the road to use a pubic bathroom… This is not a cheap store and the least they can do is let you use the bathroom while you buy their expensive items.
