It's nice having a great grocery store in our small town. Their prices are very competative and sale prices are usually better than the competitions. They may not carry all the sale items all the time, but they have their shelves stocked, and these days that's saying something. The staff is always pleasant and friendly.I wish they'd bring the full Deli back….

For a small town grocery, they nail it---I've only been there a few times and they already greet me and ask me about my move here as if we are old friends. They are conversational like that with every customer. I have not been disappointed yet and don't think they plan on it ever happening

A cute little grocery store. Off the beaten path but had good items. The small deli counter has rotisserie chicken the smelled so good I bought one. They also had a variety of salads. The fresh fruits and vegetables looked great and reasonable prices. They had an array of prepped easy to cook fresh foods. A wide selection of frozen foods and refrigerators items as well.

I think if they are open till 9pm, you shouldn’t have to listen to sarcastic comments from the manager when your there at 8:15, and need something and have to have him say… we’ll aren’t you lucky we’re open till nine and not 8? Oh do you really need things, we do close at 9? And it’s just about that time… never experienced that in the 30 plus years coming in here

For the most part I really like the store. Cashiers are wonderfully friendly and make me feel welcome. Store is very clean. Their selection of foods leaves a bit to be desired. My biggest gripe, they frequently run out of popular items and it takes far too long to see it restocked. I go into the store on a weekly basis looking for the diet Mt. Dew Code Red. They are almost always out, 4 out of 5 times. And when they do have it, they NEVER have enough. Very often a single 12 pack is all that is available. That is enough frustration to lose my loyalty and I'll go somewhere else!!!

Terrible store, laziest employees. The employees take more smoke breaks than they do work. One supervisor has employees in tears quite often, but nothing is done. Over priced.

My family owns land about 10 minutes away from IGA and we've been going here since I can remember! Staff is always helpful and nice, prices are decent, and it has just about everything you'd ever need! Plus, the IGA brand mac and cheese is the best boxed mac and cheese I've ever had.

When I walked in today there was an over whelming smell of rotten meat!! Really makes it hard to shop or even trust anything u want/need to buyThe staff on the other hand are so very nice, so that's a plus

Stopped here once for a few groceries. It's small for a grocery store, but appropriate size for Elroy. And the selection was decent. Store hasn't been updated since the 80s, but who cares?

Feels like your going into a time machine in a great way. People here actually have customer service. Recently purchased a home a block away and they know me on a first name basis every time I go in theres awesome sales going on and everybody says hello. Would definitely pick iga over festival foods any day come check them out! I'm a GM for a resort in the dells and it's even known about there for there customer service.
