The store manager was very rude and un professional !! I found a food share card on the floor and it just happened to my cousin. I offered to drop it off at his place because he doesn't drive. She acted like I was trying to rob the place demanding my name. I had no idea his son worked their ,haven't seen his kid in years. She yelled at me that it was her employee card ! The kid came out of office. I said that is not the person whose name is on that card. He says it's my dad's card. After telling him who I was ,she acted like it was still a crime.

Normally I love going to dollar general but lately the one in elroy wi hasn't been open pass 5pm. Which is really frustrating Elroy is a small town and that store is like the only one that has pretty much everything but since they aren't open pass 5 I have to go elsewhere out of my way they really need to get it together and figure it out

The manager was loudly and hostilely talking to an employee over the phone in the center of the store on speaker phone. After the call they stood in the center of the store and one of the gentlemen an employee was talking to made a direct comment about us shopping in the store whole we were practically next to him making us feel severally uncomfortable. Not the worst trip but definitely warrants not returning.

Went to store before closing time 25mins before close, and when I went to go in door was locked. called and asked if they were closed and she stated yes we close early if no one is there. Was treated very poorly! Time on door stated they closed at 10. Feel if they were closed door should have sign on it.

She was very friendly while ringing me up, but most importantly she bagged my groceries properly, like cans with cans, lunch meat with cheeses, and soft bread and chips together

Like most DGs, kind of a cluster to navigate and find what you're looking for. Idk why every DG has to block their aisles with freight. Stop ordering stuff you don't have room for!!

Elroy store is a model store ! It's the cleanest and best stocked store I have ever been in. Store workers were very nice and proud of there store.
