Not for senior dogs! My toy poodle had good grooming experiences here for a few years. She developed some minor warts on her back when she was 14 and they nicked them during grooming causing bleeding and scabs. When I mentioned it (Nicely), they blocked us and wouldn't return our phone calls.

My two west highland terriers are very anxious and non compliant with grooming. With the kind, loving and patient approach of the skilled groomers at furtastic, my dogs are now fully groomed ! Thanks ladies for the excellent job!I can recommend themHighly!

Dropped off our dog, made aware he has some anxiety (sweet golden retriever). Called halfway through appointment to check on him, said "he's fine" annoyingly. Picked him up and he was trembling. Get him home and his ears had dried blood and a bunch of little cuts all over him. They said NOTHING to us at pick up, just that he has a lot of energy. I would not take your dog here, especially if you are a new client or have a pet who needs some extra attention/patience!

The ladies are the best!!! Have a puppy mill dog that I adopted at at 5-1/2 years old. Worked with her patiently to give her a spa day and have continued to work with her for 3 years. They are so patient & awesome.Thanks ladies!!

Do not bring your beloved pet to this place. I had been bringing my dog to this place and they kept asking me to drug her because she didn't like her face being done. I had ‘earned’ a free appointment and after earning the free groom they could never seem to get me in. I would call to make an appointment and they would always be booked, which I knew was a lie because I knew of other people getting their pets in for an appointment during the same time frame. Finally I was able to schedule something I went in for my free appointment and the owner lady flat out refused to groom my dog, claiming that she wouldn't groom her because she gets nervous. I've been taking her to another grooming place which I now love and they have never once complained of my dog being nervous or had any issue and have not had to drug my dog. Not only that but the groom was never well done.Ultimately there are so many better places in the same area to bring your pet for grooming and do a much better job.

Wow my Buddy bear bear looks unbelievable. We rescued him 8 months ago .Was never groomed properly until we discovered Furadise Pet Spa.Today was his second visit and the girls at the spa do such an amazing job.Also bear being a rescue he has some anxiety issues and they have no problem with it.So impressed . I recommend them100%

I have been going to Furadise since they opened. I took my dogs to Shelly prior to Furadise opening. I would never take my two dogs anyplace else. They are awesome. Do great work and my dogs love going there. They are not afraid like they are when it's time to go to the Vet. I highly recommend Furadise to everyone!

We have had our dog groomed there for a few years BUT they have gotten to be so demanding and restrictive on what they can do that we will no longer use their services. VERY hard to deal with. Big time attitudes going on here.
