It's great having ACE hardware in a "small town". The store is well organized and often saves me time and money by being close to home and conveniently located. I like the promotions that Ace offers. The selection of products is broad and offers most of what I expect from a "small town" hardware store. The quality of products is good and there are some nice, name brand offerings available. Store is clean, well lit, and easily accessible.

I had a tool that broke within the 30 DAY RETURN PERIOD and tried to exchange it. Since I needed the tool for a job I was currently doing I needed it that day I was hoping it would be quick. Was told to make an account with the manufacturer send it in wait a week and get it fixed that way. because the owner didn't want to deal with it. If you don't want to deal with it then take the 30 day return off your receipt. Put somthing like "up to store discretion for 30 days." Over all good selection, good employees, bad owner.

Want to purchase stihl product there called to find out if the product was in. They said yes. I called back to have them hold it. When I went down, they did not have the product. Drove over 15 minutes to go to the store. Do they just try to sell you anything that they have in the store? and Casey was not pleasant to deal with. I would not recommend going to the store. As the only thing they are looking for is the sale.

Everybody is super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I have never been disappointed in anything I have bought there. Plus they have a new staff member Alice...who is an adorable, well behaved lovable pup that always makes ya smile!

FYI:I filled two propane tanks today with True Value. They were both short:Tank 1 empty 21.30 lb, full 47.70 lb, actual 26.40 lb propane. Charged for 30 lbTank 1 empty 23.45 lb, full 51.75 lb, actual 28.30 lb propane. Charged for 30 lbThis is not the first time it happened. The manager refused to acknowledge the shortage and asked me not to complain anywhere I want.I purchase propane from this store 5 times. It is short every time. According to the store I am the only one having this problem.

Small town store you expect to pay more at but is made up for with customer service. Your lucky if you get more than a one word response from the owner though. Hope things change.

I walked right in, found what I was looking for right away. The price was a little high but that's ok with me because the best alternative would have been to drive another 20-30 minutes to get what I need.
