We love the staff and vets at Pierce Veterinary.They are so patient with our skittish rescue Bella. They don’t push her out of her comfort zone and she has made great progress since taking her in last March.Our big boy Duke loves everyone he meets and vocally expresses that but they don’t mind. No vet has ever minded Duke once they see past his size and that he just wants to be their friend.We also have cats that they are really good with. I recently had to have our old boy Kirby put down because he was incurable and wasting away. That was incredibly hard but the staff and vet were so caring about it and gave me extra time with him before hand. A couple of weeks later I received the most beautiful sympathy card from the clinic that made me cry again. It was such a loving gesture that I was not expecting. I could tell that it was as hard on them than it was on me. I don’t know how they deal with the grief we feel but also that unfortunate duty to recommend and then follow through with. They deserve more commendation than we give them.

All the docs are great. Phenomenal service every time. Always greeted with a smile when you walk in the door. Patient, kind, and honest. They always call you back when needed and they always are up front about pricing and options.

I have used Pierce Vet for four years since moving to the area. I have lots of animals (cats, dogs, and horses) and the vets and the staff have all been fantastic to deal with. In emergent situations they will allow me to drop off a pet and squeeze them in to make sure the animal gets prompt attention. They are all very helpful and are kind and compassionate when I have had to deal with end of life for some of my pets. I highly recommend them to anyone.

Dr Frank has a heart larger than life and cares for all our animals as if they were his! He is extremely knowledgeable, treats all livestock animals and is very professional. We love Pierce Veterinary Clinic. Highly recommend.

5 stars for Dr. Rice and every staff member we met. We are new goat owners and we purchased a goat from a breeder who was sick. We had never been to the clinic and they got us in the next day, treated our goat with love, were very informative and respectful and explained everything in great detail. Dr. Rice herself called on a Saturday to make sure our goat was improving. It is 1.5 hours away from our house but worth the drive. Dr. Rice saved our goats life and we are so grateful.

I have never experienced such unprofessionalism. Dr Frank has been wonderful but the office manager was completely belligerent. We had an emergency situation and the front desk person was extremely unhelpful and we almost lost our animal due to her lack of efforts. We then received a call from the office manager. She started yelling, swearing and accusing us of threatening her front desk person. We would never recommend.

I have multiple animals and began a search for a new veterinarian when two dogs with minor hotspots each closed out a visit at our current vet topping $400. I was frankly expecting it to be $200 each, but $400+ each is just too hard to swallow.Pierce was upfront on the phone about their pricing, something a few vets that I called would not even discuss. I subsequently took 2 of my other dogs in and had more work done and medicine prescribed than either of the ones that went to "Vet number 1", and had a bill significantly less.The doctor was knowledgeable and listened to my concerns - I was given an estimate before any work was done - I was consulted on the treatment plan once diagnosis was completed - and I was a happy camper when I left.I have to drive 58 minutes one way from my house, which is not fun, but it is well worth it for the value of the service and the caring way the patients I have brought to them were treated!They get my STRONG recommendation! Need a vet? Make Pierce your first stop!

Dr Frank called back to give me over the phone advice on my goat, and when I needed them in person they were at my house in less than an hour. My goat didn't end up making it but Dr Cassie provided so much information and understanding for how I could do better next time and she was very professional and kind through the process. I was really glad their prices weren't insane either. I don't usually invest a whole lot into animal care. Im pretty sure it would have been cheaper to have had her out right away instead of trying things from Fleet farm on my own. If you have a sick critter and need direction just call. I know I will next time. It'll save money, time and heart+headache.

The clinic was able to fit me in on very short notice and in a very timely manner when my dog hurt her paw. I had called multiple other clinics that day trying to find an opening and they were able to fit me in! Lucky me because she ended up having a bacterial skin infection from a scrape between her pads and now is on the road to recovery!

Will never bring our pet there again. Over charged padding the bill. It's all about money here! Not your pet. You love your pet like we do and they'll charge you for it. What happened to reasonable cost of caring for your best friend. After care was suppose to be included in my pups ACL surgery at $3400.00. Picked him up. Found out he was left unattended during non-business hours with no supervision or pain control. When we questioned additional xray costs we were suppose to schedule there 2 weeks later. The woman there Gave me a snide look because we were upset and simply said. "we're sorry you misunderstood'. We'll get the after x-rays. But not there! They want to pad the bill? I'll pay somebody else for it. I'm not a vet but if the after care is important I have to do it for Bruce our pet. But not there! Never again!!
