We had them do a fireplace clean and tune for us. The technician did an excellent job and was extremely friendly. He answered my questions and was also very patient with our affectionate cat who wanted to help him with his job and our not-so-happy dog who really just wanted him out of the house. Zero degrees and dead furnace. I called expecting the worst. Showed up in about 2-3 hours, the entire furnace was fine, the lines were all frozen. Thawed it all out and the price was totally reasonable. Technician was awesome, even in a dark unfinished farmhouse basement, thank you.

From a previous experience a year ago where another contractor said I needed to replace my air conditioner and Comfort by Design gave me a free second opinion that it was still okay, I had confidence that they weren't trying to push me to buy something I didn't need this time. This year, the AC started tripping out the circuit breaker occasionally, so I figured it was time to replace it. They were able to come out the next week to install the new system. I also opted to replace the furnace since it was 18 years old and would probably need replacement in the next few years. Other factors in deciding to replace the furnace were an upgraded furnace would increase the efficiency of the AC and they were was a significant discount when installing both.Services: Heating system installation, Install AC, HVAC duct & vent cleaning
