This is one of the most beautiful places to sit and watch the sunset. Arrive early! A crowd shows up 15 minutes before the sunset. It’s not parking you have to worry about, it’s getting a good seat.

Stunning views. The overlook is a must-see birds-eye view of Sister Bay and Lake Michigan. The overlook is right off the parking lot, so it's easy to access. The drive up itself is magical - excellent roads with a thick tree canopy on both sides makes it feel like you're driving through a forest tunnel oasis. Don't listen to Google Maps at the top.. Go straight when it says to turn left near the summit, this is a one-way loop. The hiking trail is perfect for an easy evening stroll through the forest, we walked it comfortably in 25 minutes (stopping to read the information signs). Trails are wide and well maintained. Minor elevation changes, nothing difficult.

Not where we intended to go but found a little gem. Not mapped well, but that is what it is intended to be. Hike to the top is a little strenuous but not bad. View from the top Death Door Bluff is breathtaking. Didn't hike much past the top but will in future visits. Plenty of parking along the driveway. Hiked down to the water as well. Walked the rocky shore way a little bit and there maybe some aid climbing spots worth exploring.

We drove a few miles off of the main road to check out the scenic bluff overlook. We were glad that we followed our instincts. It is well worth the detour - on a beautiful sunny day with blue skies, the scenery and views are fantastic.

Great county park. Views were spectacular. We walked the 1.1 mile trail. It was very nice with some slight elevation changes. It was an easy walk.

This place is awesome!! Totally recommend visiting during the off season. I was the only one here in mid-March. Not much walking required, the view is a few steps away from the parking lot.

Wow, pristine view. Take more than a moment to take this one in. Drive down that whindy road. Lol, you'll love it. My question is why..?? Drive by fields of cherry trees. They grow cherries like we grow corn. Fields of them. Impressive.. gotta come back when there in season.

The views were breathtaking and not just because of the 50mph winds the day we visited. A tad small so pick a time that is less popular so your views aren't rushed. It's well worth the visit.

Gorgeous blufftop overlook high above the water. Lots of seating (picnic tables and benches) facing the water. Very quiet and peaceful. There is also an easy loop trail through the lovely forest where you’ll see many interesting plants, mushrooms, etc. The restrooms are nothing fancy but clean and well-maintained.

History. We took the Scenic North Boat Tour in Sister Bay and the guide talked about this on the tour. There are a few trails there and an amazing view. After you go down a free steps, look to your right and you can go down a little further on a smaller man made look out spot. It's small but so pretty. A little hidden gem. If you're a photographer looking for a spot in Door County to take pictures at sunset, this is your place.

Breathtaking view. I visited with my wife October 2021. Fall is the best time to visit. The overview of the bluff is amazing. I really wish I could have taken my kids to experience this. Very pretty site. A definite must visit.

Stunning drive into the “park” with excellent views, parking and some benches.Dog-friendliness: I parked at the entrance on a slow day and ran with my dog the loop to the overlook and back (about 2-3 miles?).

One of the best views of lake Michigan I have seen in Wisconsin. It has a super high bluff with a small platform to walk out on. Absolutely beautiful!

We did the nature hike and discovered tons of mushrooms. The overlook of Green Bay was also pretty special. We appreciated that there was no entry fee, and the hiking path was well maintained.

Absolutely gorgeous view! The decking and stairs are well kept, and there is a railing so you don't fall into the abyss. My only complaint was the dirt road to get there was extremely bumpy and full of potholes. Can't beat the view though.

The tree TUNNEL!! Very nice scenic drive, especially in fall with color change. Good parking in two areas, bathrooms, map for hiking trails. There is a great spot to over look cliffs near the water. Will come again.

There is a great scenic overlook that is worth the trip. Plus they have a mile long loop trail made with gravel for a "smooth" hike.

We found this place spontaneously. Beautiful views and fun lookout to see the lake. Beware the terrain can be a little rough for the elderly or unbalanced.
