Siebkens has been our home away from home for the past two years in the fall and winter. The team is amazing, and everyone is so friendly making us feel right at home while traveling for work!Rooms are modern and well kept, and Siebkens is a short walk away from anything you could want to do in Elkhart Lake. If staying in the area, absolutely consider this for your next trip!

Siebkens Resort Stop In Tavern is an AWESOME place with AMAZING food and a WONDERFUL staff. Had dinner and a few drinks with some friends. The Fried Chicken Sandwich was so good!! Thank you Jack for being the best bartender I have met in a long time. It was easy to see you enjoy your job. Your professional experience behind the bar and conversation was much appreciated! Thanks for understanding how I wanted my vodka and for being the only person who got it right the first time!!! 🍸👍Cheers 🍻

My Location history is convinced I've been here and I have not. It's been asking for a review for about 2 months now and won't go away so...The place and surrounding areas look nice. I'm sure it's amazing and maybe I will find out eventually and leave an actual review but for now I'd just like google to stop bothering me about it.

We were there for the racing at Elkhart Lake Road America. The facilities were dated but pleasant. The air conditioning was extremely effective and the beds very comfortable. Plenty of towels on hand without having to ask for more. There is a single wash sink in the room itself. And a shared bathroom with the adjacent bedroom. Given that we knew everybody in the two rooms this was manageable but it was not very convenient particularly as we have long days of the track and all needed the use of the toilet and shower. Despite being adjacent to the streets the rooms were very quiet. Would I go back again? Yes but I would make sure that I have an ensuite bathroom.Rooms: The rooms that we had shared a common bathroom which created a few problems let's do with the shower and more to do with the toilet definitely something that you should be mindful of.Food & drinks: They have a restaurant and a restaurant bar with its own food.

Our group of 13 had an absolutely fabulous weekend at Siebkens! It is a charming resort with the perfect combination of vintage flair, modern amenities, a fabulous location, and excellent service. We rented out one of the condos as well as the entire historic lodge (6 rooms). The condo was lovely and modern, and absolutely huge — in addition to a large living room and updated kitchen, and 3 bedrooms, it had a gigantic porch that wrapped all the way around. The lodge is one of the original resort buildings (over 100 years old), so it obviously is a bit quirky — but the rooms are charming and well-maintained.We visited on a quiet weekend (no race in town) and had the Siebkens beach and pool all to ourselves the entire time. The Osthoff beach next door was always packed with visitors, but we had a quiet and serene spot over at Siebkens! The resort has all the amenities you could need — free coffee and pastries in the morning, a fantastic casual bar/tavern, and a great more formal sit-down restaurant. The cheese curds were divine.

We waited 2 hours for our food. When we asked what was going on they kept saying “it’s coming.” They led us on for two hours. The first hour they didn’t even bring out appetizers. The thing that is the most irritating is that there were no apologies, no updated offered, and there was not one person on the staff that seemed to care. It’s rare we get to have a weekend getaway. Our reservations were seated late, and by the time dinner was wrapped up our evening was almost over. It was a terrible experience and we missed having a fun night because of the lack of care and transparency around the situation. There is no excuse for this service. If they could not handle the volume and knew they couldn’t get food out, they should have been honest from the beginning and advised us to go elsewhere.I’ve stayed at the Seibken’s resort for many years, this is likely my final year. I’m so turned off by this experience and I’d like to give my business to a place that cares for their customer.

Great place to stay in the heart of this tiny town with a fun history. Siebkens has historic charm but modern amenities with crisp, fresh linens, WiFi, and a boutique signature scent throughout the rooms. We stayed in both the new condos and the historic cottage. Glad we took the chance on the latter: same fresh linens and comfortable bed as in the condos and again immaculately clean. The shared bathroom (with just one other unit) presented no problem/overlap whatsoever. The cottage was well air-conditioned even during our 90-degree visit. Just steps to the small but not crowded private beach. Pool and hot tub clean and uncrowded. Just a mile to golf. Food served throughout town was excellent to modern tastes. Fresh hot, local roast coffee at the cottage entrance in the morning was lovelyWent on a weekend at the height of summer tourist season as a couples trip. Charming, easy relaxing last-minute getaway. Will be back!

This is our favorite place in Elkhart Lake! It's very popular so book your rooms early. We've stayed in the modern condos as well as the historic Elm Park hotel. Two very different experiences and special in their own way. The condos are well appointed with all the amenities. It's nice to have a kitchen, laundry and outdoor deck space. The historic hotel rooms couldn't be more quaint and unique. If you are staying with a family the double room with Jack & Jill bathroom is perfect. The resort has a pool, hot tub and private beach. Siebkens beach is so relaxing and perfect for adults and families. In addition the resort offers great dining options. The Tavern menu has something for everyone including kids and gluten free. PAM's dining room offers a more sophisticated menu for weekend dinners. Also you don't want to miss the hidden cocktail bar. The Tavern is lively and often has outdoor music on Wednesdays and event weekends in the summer. If you are coming with a family, kids are welcome everywhere including the Tavern. One last perk ... the coffee and small continental breakfast in the lobby. And don't forget to try Baron's Gelato if you catch Sissy's on an open night. The staff is welcoming, friendly and helpful!

YOU SHOULD SPEND A WEEKEND AT SIEBKENS! We had a family reunion, and rented out the entire historic Lakeside Cottage and a 3-bedroom condo to comfortably accommodate our family. Siebkens’ beautiful, quiet, and relaxing private beach and pier were the focal point for our weekend, and I can’t thank the wonderful staff enough for how graciously they accommodated our large family. The Siebkens staff was extremely responsive when we were planning the trip, and we were overjoyed to find that the facility and accommodations surpassed our wildest dreams. Do you need ice? Thoughtfully bagged ice can be found by the pool. Towels, too! The fresh coffee that was brewed for us each morning in the Lakeside Cottage was the perfect touch, and we enjoyed cool Summer mornings on the porch sipping our coffee.Incredible facilities onsite, you’ll find everything you need for a perfect beach getaway. Don’t stay at the stuffy Osthoff next door, that place pales in comparison to ol’ Siebkens resort. We can’t wait to come back next year!

All in all my wife and I enjoyed staying at this resort. Service was really quite well. The beach for the hotel is quite small but there's a open local Beach a half a block away. So the option is quite nice. My biggest complaint would be that there were absolutely no breakfast options available on the property. They have a restaurant which serves lunch and dinner which the food is very good. The people providing service were quite helpful and always available. There are newer buildings which have hotel rooms which are really nice although our room did not have a refrigerator. When we asked if there was a refrigerator in our room at the desk. They said most likely there is. But that was wrong. Luckily we had a cooler and it was adequate ice available for free. Place has a great vibe and would definitely go there again.

My wife and I ate at the sandwich shop and my wife ordered the salmon salad. She liked the salmon but it had too many capers making the salad salty. It had too much dressing and stale Croutons. I had the fried chicken sandwich with House made chips. The chips were very good buy my chicken sandwich had less chicken than a McChicken from McDonalds. We should have gone there and not paid $18 for the salmon salad.

My wife and I had our wedding reception here at PAM's dining room in September 2022. We had about 100 guests, and it was incredible!!We were lucky enough to choose the same weekend as Elkhart Lake's first Elktoberfest, so our guests were very entertained. We chose to serve Wisconsin style prime rib as our dinner (Siebkens Buffet), and it was a huge hit, especially with those visiting from outside of Wisconsin! The side dishes were a perfect complement, and the apple streusel tart we chose for desert was crispy perfection. As the wedding couple, we were making the rounds greeting our guests during desert time, and our family members insisted that we try the desert, and brought it over to us. I still remember how good it was, 4 months later!Siebkens was very flexible with how we wanted to configure the room with tables for our guests, and with our DJ equipment and slideshows. We also had the adjacent cocktail bar open all night, which is filled with amazing vintage racing memorabilia. We planned this wedding reception from out of state, so it was fortunate for us that Siebkens has so much character! We did not put in any effort to decorate the space, it felt pretty perfect already! This was quite a relief because we had very limited time to prepare in Elkhart before the event. We'd highly recommend Siebkens and PAMs if you're hosting a special event in Elkhart Lake!

Great setting for the race driver themed bar and "restaurant". The grilled chicken sandwich and fries were excellent but wish they had a larger menu. You can't help but feel right at home here with a Road America race weekend and all the race teams walking around the area. Shame they require a 4 night stay minimum which has kept me away as a tenant, but I still come for the bar and dining atmosphere.

Had my family of 45 people and want all to know this is a business that takes care of the customers. All the help or taking care of any thing you need. Always someone around to make anything happen. My family was very impressed. Food was awesome, had a wisconsin buffet. For the family was awesome experience. Can't praise enough. Please, stop and enjoy. We were in the screen porch area. My thanks to the owners and all staff as you all deserve a pat on the back.Norm

Historic resort serving travelers and especially the Road America racing crowd. Been visiting for my entire life and although the sheepdogs are no longer roaming the place it brings back the memories of legends hanging about. Whether looking for a clean place to stay with a Victorian vibe or planning an epic event or just a quick drink and trip down the memory lane of racing lore, this is a true gem.

I'm updating my review from two years ago as the resort has seen so many changes (all positive) since then. The new owners have taken an interest in preserving and improving the Siebkens legacy, and it is noticeable! The rooms in the Old Elm Park Hotel are being updated, but haven't lost their simple charm, and the Stop Inn Tavern is being left just the way it belongs! The food at the restaurant is on the upswing (try the duck!) and it was very exciting to hear the new food and beverage manager's plan for the cocktail bar. This is a great place to meet old friends on the patio, in the bar, or in the lobby. They have taken COVID-19 seriously, and that is appreciated.

Haven't been there in a long time, but, my memories of the food and especially the chocolate cake were validated today. Siebkens Chocolate Cake is a little piece of heaven to one's taste buds. Also had a corned beef sandwich which was excellent.

Easy check in, clean rooms. Went in winter so most restaurants and lounges were closed at the resort but still worth the trip. Beautiful location an helpful staff. Elkhart Lake had some pubs and restaurants open.

Very rustic. But you can't beat the setting and friendly staff. Perfect, right in the center of town.

Regarding the Bar.... No service (none) staff was standing around the bar while customers struggled to figure out how to order. The food was bland and WAY over priced ($22 for one piece of fish and over fried french fries served in a card board box. No napkins or condiments to be had, $18 for a burnt piece of grilled cheese).Only half the tables outside had chairs, patrons had to get their own chairs from inside after asking the confused staff. When expressing issues to person that said they were managing things we received a "everyone is new and not familiar with their jobs yet."All the years we've been coming to the races and eating/staying at Siebkens this has been the most disappointing of any dinning experience I've had.

Definitely not a 3 star by any means , the bed was comfortable . Everything was extremely dusty, water stained. There was no heat, no thermostat in the room to control the temperature therefore it was freezing . The front desk controls it and they said "the heat was low" at night with 30 degree weather on the lake it was freezing an unacceptable to freeze customers save a few bucks. The television although not a necessity it was 10 inches which is a joke. How this is a resort is by far laughable. Old run down and outdated. I like rustic but this is pretty much a dump.
