The food was exceptional, particularly the egg puffs which were a standout dish for us. Each meal we tried was bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. What made our experience even more enjoyable was the staff—they were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. The ambiance of the restaurant added to the overall pleasant dining experience. We are definitely planning to come back on our next trip. Highly recommend for anyone looking for top-notch food and service!

So good that as we ate our soup and sandwiches, my friend and I began planning our trip to revisit the area again soon, despite living an hour away. We had the chicken mushroom wild rice soup and the tomato basil- both worth every penny. Their bread is worthy of buying a loaf to go. The pullman sandwich was a little heavy on condiments, but exceptionally tasty nonetheless. The atmosphere and service provided rivals the very best of restaurants I've ever visited. Can't wait to visit again soon!

Super comfortable & cozy environment. Very fast service. We had breakfast and lunch here and both were amazing! I’m gluten free and dairy free and they had plenty of options. Great coffee as well. Everyone is so friendly. We’re from Chicago and were pleasantly surprised by this little shop - will come back whenever we happen to be in the area!

Fun atmosphere with great staff and a delicious variety of sandwiches!! The half soup and sandwich is a great deal and option if your in the mood for fresh homemade soup also. The cookies are roughly the size of a large hand, if not bigger. The food is phenomenal and tastes incredibly fresh as if it was made at home. The seasoned potato chips are a perfect side!! Highly recommend a visit!!

This was a lovely little cafe with some cute quirks. We ordered coffee drinks, soups, and sandwiches from here and they were all amazing! This place got BUSY for lunch so I highly recommend getting there early or ordering take out. The folks running this place truly know what they are doing because despite putting together a large lunch order they still had our food out to us in a timely manner. They offered wonderful suggestions from the menu as well! This place is truly a gem in Elkhart Lake and I was so glad we got to go!

LOVED this place so much! Great atmosphere, great food and drinks and awesome staff! I came two days in a row just because the first experience was so great. I tried lunch, then tried their breakfast the next morning! Both were fantastic. The setup inside is really unique, and the outside is super cute for this small town. I hope to back when passing through again! I love small towns and their warm vibes!

This is a really wonderful spot! Really fun environment, delicious food and very friendly staff. The salad special (Caprese) today was so perfect for the hot day. The small bite of sandwich that I was able to pry away from my husbands hands was absolutely delicious. Really looking forward to coming back and trying different things from the menu.Also kudos for having what I call a “fluffer nutter” on the menu (marshmallow fluff and peanut butter on the kids menu called something totally different)!! This was a staple of my eastcoast childhood and made me smile real big to see on the menu. Great experience overall

My whole family (all 3 of us 😄) loves this place. It's a 50-minute drive, and it is worth it. It isn't the biggest place, so it can get a little crowded. Normally, we go for coffee and breakfast. The other day was my first time having lunch. It didn't disappoint. There is outdoor seating when the weather permits. Maybe I shouldn't post this review - I don't want more people going there.

Such a cute little place with the nicest staff. And don't forget about the food and drinks too! We got the Trolley and a caffé mocha and were not disappointed. The pecan pie bar was delicious as well. If we ever end up driving nearby we will be sure to stop by again.

This breakfast and coffee place is absolutely wonderful! The Flying Scotsman Bagel with smoked salmon was fantastic, as was the more traditional commuter sandwich.Coffee creations are creative and delicious. The lumberjack was an interesting find. Employees are very friendly and the atmosphere truly is special - it feels like a cabin in the northwest!Parking: Parking lot has about five spaces along the building, otherwise parking is free on street.Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly!Wheelchair accessibility: Not wheelchair accessible, cramped quarters, tight spaces, steps at entrance

I visited off the rail multiple times this past 4th of July holiday weekend while in Elkhart lake with my family for vacationThe service is absolutely fantasticThey always have a line out the door of customers and they are KIND and PATIENT and so considerate.I came in with my 5 kids, two of my kids are newborn twins in a double stroller which takes up a lot of spaceThe workers we SO kind and helpful and sweet! They came over to meet the newborns, ask so many kind questions and take time with me and my older 3 kids while we ordered.Even with a line behind us they STILL made us feel so lovedIt actually brought me to tears when the husband and wife came over to talk to me about their own twins and show me photos ❤️LOCAL BUSINESSES THRIVE BECAUSE OF PEOPLE LIKE THEM ❤️What incredible people and businessThank you from our Simes FamilyKid-friendliness: They were absolutely incredible with my 5 kids!

This place is excellent, with one minor (but highly annoying) exception.They don’t offer free internet. I use coffee shops to work out of for a few hours. They might be the last coffeehouse Café in Wisconsin not to have internet. They do have some sort of free hour with Spectrum, but it does not work, or at least I could not figure it out after 15 mins of trying.Other than that, coffee was terrific. Food was very good and all made on site.

The owners are the best people you could hope to meet, and they have ensured that we will definitely be back!My only regret is our first visit was on our way out of town. The sandwiches are excellent here. The iced coffee is also excellent and comes with free refills! When busy it may take some time to get your food, but it's worth the wait. I always visit when I'm in town.

This isn’t the best sandwich in Elkhart Lake, it’s the best sandwich I’ve had outside of Chicago. Very friendly, no bs, and everyone seems to be having a good time. The tortilla soup was awesome, the tuna melt was excellent, and they even let you order the kids hot dog with goldfish if you insist. Can you please stop being a weirdo and come get this food?

This place is a MUST VISIT. Hilarious signage all over the coffee shop. They have very good pastries as well as breakfast and lunch items. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. Food and drinks are handcrafted but worth the wait.

Sandwiches are very good, I had a cauliflower soup that was not very heavy, it was nice to see they weren't drowning the cauliflower in cream, it was all very flavorful.If you are in the area, go!Vegetarian options: My friend came with and got a pesto sandwich which looked great
