I found Loretta, when looking for a last minute groom for my mom's dog, Charlie. Loretta was able to get us in the next day. Charlie is around 6 months old, and it was his first professional grooming. Loretta was thoughtful on wanting to make sure his grooming session was a pleasant one, and told me she would do what she could to keep Charlie's coat long and fluffy like my mom was hoping for, without making mat removal painful, then told us he would be ready in 90 minutes. Came back to him looking fantastic! Thank you for making my mom's dog look amazing! And thank you foe getting us in in such short notice!

I brought my 6 month old puppy who is new to groomers never had one done he is very terrified about everything she clipped his nails made 2 bleed. When she was giving him a hair cut she grabbed him very hard by the neck and throat.. she said she doesn’t want him to know he won and that she’s is.. I was scared than she told me he needs classes to be trained better? look I’m sorry my dog is jumpy and scared does not mean he needs training? She went on the whole time about how her dogs are amazing and my puppy is not very well trained. And so she went on how he needs classes and her dogs are amazing and listen look mine is a puppy I’m sorry… and than when she gave him a bath she had the rope on so tight that his white part of the eyes was red and he could barley breath… my dog was terrified the whole time… never made is comfortable for him at all… but she did good with his hair cut… other than that will not be coming back

Took our 2 year old golden retriever to Loretta's Pet Grooming this morning. His coat had grown out & needed some help. We were very happy with the grooming & how handsome our boy was when she was finished!! The grooming included everything we could have wanted done & then some. She used a big blow dryer to blow out his undercoat & dry him off after his bath. We had a pretty nervous dog going in, & a happy boy wagging his tail on the way out. Thanks for everything! We'll be seeing you again.

Very please with service for my dog. A shampoo, hair cut and nails clipped ans all at a very reasonable charge. Will go back to have our dog groomed again.

I had an appointment with Loretta a couple weeks ago and found that it was a very odd visit. She seemed unprepared and frankly unqualified. She was very rough with my dog who at the time was very scared. Definitely will not be returning again, I do not suggest this place.

It three dogs were happy to get all cleaned up by Loretta. I was especially impressed on how she handled picking up our 15 year old springer.
