Rustic Timbers is excellent, we have camped here twice and both times it's been great. The facility is clean, the pool is immaculate and the playground(s) are fun for the kids.Egg Harbor is nicely situated on the Door Peninsula so camping here makes visiting the area easy and convenient.I'm sure we will be back in the future!

Beautifully situated campground, just outside of Egg Harbor, WI, centrally located in Door County. Campsite we had was well kept, shaded, and easily accessible for our 21' trailer. Campground has lots of family activities available for all ages, and common areas, i.e. bathrooms, laundry facilities, are well kept. Definitely a campground we would recommend to anyone travelling to the area. Only downside was no Wi-Fi being available for purchase and cell service was iffy.

Rustic Timbers hits all the marks for a great campground.Pool, playgrounds, bouncy pillow, wooded spots, perfect location, and multiple other recreational activities.They stand out with their customer service! Staff is kind, helpful, and quick.I spoke to someone on staff as she was cleaning the bathrooms. My son had just made a mess and I was improvising to clean him up. The staff member was so kind and understanding, and offered to get a towel. We will definitely be back!

First time in Door County in the summer and first time at this campground. This is now one of our favorite campgrounds! We will definitely be back. The pool isn’t very big but with the inflatable water slide, trampoline basketball, 2 jumping pillows, there’s so much for the kids to do the pool doesn’t feel crowded. Love the back deck of the store with music, seating, and outdoor games! The whole campground is very well maintained and CLEAN!! Great find and great weekend here!

We have a fantastic weekend! We stayed in cabin 12 which was PERFECT! Loved the outside deck that was completely fenced in for the kids and dog. The doors opened the perfect way so the littles couldn’t escape or fall off. The loft was amazing and everything was super affordable and SAFE! Thank you for w wonderful trip.Safety: Everything was in great condition, all the kids toys, roads, bathrooms and cabins were amazing, clean and safeFood & drinks: The mini grill was great and affordable!

My wife and granddaughters stayed here for a short get away and thought the campground was very nice and maintained. Our sight was very spacious and fairly private. Cleanest bathrooms and showers we have experienced. Will definitely stay here again.

Very nice campground but, thought it was very unprofessional of the staff to come flying into our site with a golf cart and start accusing us of going 40 mph through the campground. Then proceeded to threaten to kick us out. I definitely understand the 5mph speed limit and if we were speeding definitely come over and tell us to slow down, but very unprofessional to come yelling and threatening.

I didn't stay at the campgrounds my family did. From what I saw though. They take of their place from the showers to the store to everything in-between. They have play area and swim pool for kids and adults. Close to shopping in nearby towns as well as other adventurous stuff to do and see. They have tent camping areas, RV/Trailer parking spots, and cabins.

Cute campground set in a rural setting, large wooded sites. Nice store with fire wood for campfires, great sunken fire pits. Warning, Limited cell service, trees may limit your satellite dish reception. Great place to disconnect, close drive to Egg Harbor.Nearby activities: short drive to Egg Harbor shops and restaurants.

Phenomenal campground all around. Lots of amenities to stay busy on site. My daughter loved the playsets and jumping pillows, unfortunately due to weather we didn't use the pool. Cleanest bathrooms and showers that I have ever used. We will definitely return in the future. The tent sites are large. Everything is so reasonably priced here as well. Definitely worth the drive!

Our favorite place to camp. The owners are some of the nicest people you'll ever meet. Huge pull through sites, full hook-up, the cleanest bathrooms you will ever find at a campground, awesome office/store area, and a very nice bar with great food! So much for kids to do at this campground, but at the same time plenty for the adults to do also.I cannot imagine anybody leaving a negative review on here or saying anything bad about the owners, we've been going here for years and all we have are good things to say. It's very simple treat others the way you want to be treated and respect their property.

We rented a cabin here for the last five days and had a wonderful time. The grounds are well maintained and there is a lot of activities. For the kids there was bouncy pillows, multiple playgrounds, inflated water slide, pool, 2 huge connect 4 games, and bean bag toss. There is a bar and gift shop/convenience store, the hours are very limited. The only downside to the stay was that someone stole our firewood, pokers and pie makers. I reported it to the front desk and they were kind enough to give us a wagon of free firewood. We had a great time, and will be staying here again next year.

Our family had the best time at Rustic Timber’s! It was our first stay and we were so incredibly happy with our experience! The campsites were super awesome… and the bathrooms were super clean and super nice! The staff was wonderful and inviting. Added bonus…. All of the kid friendly activities were AMAZING! My boys had the best time making awesome memories! They are already begging to go back! We will be back for many years to come!

We were here with our 4 daughters and their families to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary.. internet is non-existent..no TV for news or weather.. we went to get ice cream in the camp store and nobody approached us..one of our grandson's went to the check in counter and asked if it was self-serve? Then finally someone helped them.. need to work on their customer service skills

Great quaint campground! Wooded area between sites to provide privacy. Nice playground and pool area, although very cold water so did not go swimming. Bathrooms and showers incredibly clean and nice. Nicest campground bathrooms I’ve ever seen! Plenty of hot water, provided bath mats for floor. Front desk store & staff nice. Would stay here again!!

We have stayed at this campground several times. The sites are all great! Their attention to detail and cleanliness is top of the line! This campground is the cleanest campground we have ever stayed at. The pool is great and the activities they have for the kids is always a hit! It is also very family friendly! Thank you for all the memories that we have made there! We will be back soon!

We recently spent a few days at this campground, using both a spacious pull-through campsite and two different cabins. We were all very impressed with the cleanliness bot inside the cabins and store, as well as the meticulous upkeep of the grounds. Lots of fun and safe activities for all the kids, and friendly staff. It’s obvious this campground is a labor of love for the owners and staff, and we are definitely returning in the future.

This was the perfect last stop on our tour of Wisconsin and Minnesota. Centrally located to the fun of Door County, with enough to keep kids occupied so parents can relax! The camp store with ice cream was a huge hit - and at way more reasonable prices than going into town! The pool is clean and a good temp, the waterslide was fun, even my teenagers, the bathhouses are so nice the kids proclaimed them to be nicer than home! The laundry facility was fairly priced - I would have liked the hours to be open earlier -- we early risers we usually like to get it done in the morning but they don't open until 8 am. The lady working noted that some teens destroyed the inside a while back, so I can certainly understand the why behind it. We loved having the firewood available at such a fair price ($10/wagon load) and having the ability to roll the wagon to our campsite to unload. We also thought it was great that you could run a tab at the camp store. Feels very resort like in that respect. The back patio area was lovely to sit and relax at while watching the kids jump, bounce, and slide their energy away! The big field made for a great bocce ball area too! Well done campground, I sure wish others were this nice!! The site was very spacious and level (we had a pull through) and overall everything, even the seasonal sites is impeccably maintained.

Very well kept and quiet Campground. Bathrooms and Showers are super clean. Pool was a decent size and a Snack bar with an outdoor lounge area was a great touch! Old school playground with the classic Merry-go-round and metal slide!

It was an amazing experience, one down side was I had no internet or Cellular connection so could not call or text.It was so easy to get into town and it had really clean bathrooms!Safety: It was away from the main highway! Good for kids to run and play.

Excellently maintained campground. Very nice bathrooms that are always clean and tidy. Only complaint is the difficulty we had with the firewood we purchased on site. We noticed others had commented on their difficulties as well. We also had some issues with plugs staying in outlets in the cabin itself. I appreciated that the one time we contacted the emergency number we had immediate response and resolvement of the issue. Definitely a great place to stay if you have kids (even though we didn’t).
