This is a stop on our list every time we get up to DC, and sometimes we stop in more than once. If you love craft cocktails with a seasonal variety along with year round fave’s, you will be happy here! The industrial ambiance and selection of take home bottles tops it off, you won’t be disappointed!

Absolutely adore this place. Very friendly staff!! Met the wine/mead maker, he is delightful and so passionate about his creations. I appreciate the time and care out into everything there and the awareness for the environment and sourcing locally and reduce in waste.The entire staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. Will 100% be back.

Great place to hangout and have some refreshments! They rotate the menu every few months so if you haven’t been in a while or never before, come on by for something new! They use local ingredients which adds to the flavor and experience! Definitely recommend! Indoor and outdoor seating available! Cards accepted.

Enjoyed a few hours hanging out at Hatch. Great drinks and I loved the mead room! Almost left without realizing it was back there and excited to take home a couple bottles. Definitely recommend!I am not a bourbon fan (prefer brandy) but I was happily surprised by the taste and craftsmanship with their bourbon cocktails.Would love to see them offer some kind of snack option for those staying longer but otherwise would definitely be back :)

The best distillery in Wisconsin, hands down. Incredibly good, unique gin and w slew of other fun liquors. Great cocktail selection and consistent service. We come back every year.

This is an inviting little Distillery with a fresh vibe. They offer many different types of mead! Their drinks are very different than your standard beverage and if you're looking for something new to try they have many options. This is worth a trip if you are an alcohol or Mead drinker. It has a nice outdoor patio, and indoor seating. The staff was very pleasant and knowledgeable on this visit. We went here on a trolley tour it was part of the cocktail tour. Nice place.

Bartender was excellent, made my son a virgin drink that he loved, she even came by to check if it was to his liking, the whiskey was excellent, next time I’m coming here first to sample and have a few before we hit the town, thank you.

One of my favorite places in Door County. Their spirits are something special - I appreciate that their selection goes beyond the traditional. Their flights are reasonably priced, service is great and the atmosphere is comfortable. Highly recommend.

Cocktails are good. I would say not really younger kid friendly. It was during the off season and there were only two bartenders too serving both the bar and the tables. I think the spirits tasted better than some of the other local distilleries.

Great customer service and great product! Vodka and Gin and smooth and very drinkable. Bourbon and Scotch barrel bourbon are good as well, but not made at this facility...for now. Highly recommend.

Great experience! Loved the menu . Very friendly staff. And don’t forget about the wine! Free samples and friendly knowledgeable people. And tasty wine . Wanted to purchase the jalapeño honey syrup to make the kickn mule at home. Out of stock. Staff gave us the recipe for the syrup and the drink! Wow . We can’t wait to return but we’ll bring our dog next time and stay longer !

Despite the col weather and rain we had a great time outside! Due to covid drinking had to take place outside, but they had a perfect setup! The team was on top of the drinks, Friendly, and quick! We did a flight and also got drinks, they were delicious, the indoor atmosphere was very quaint and warm!

Great place to have a drink. The mixologists are friendly and have a good understanding of the drink offerings. I had the mule, which wad very good, it's a little sweeter than a Moscow mule, but still pretty good. The atmosphere is quite pleasant, it can get noisy inside, but the outside patio is a little quieter. They offer a variety of drinks and flights, sure to please anyone. My only suggestion for management would be to partner with a foodtruck or offer some snacks for your guests.

Can not say enough great things about Hatch Distilling! We hosted our wedding welcome party here and the owner Chris and his team was unbelievably attentive, caring, and kind. They went above and beyond to make the evening special and fun. The drinks are truly amazing and unique. Highly recommend making this space a priority when in Door County and considering for private events!!

We had such a great experience at Hatch! The menu is an ingenious alliterative display of cocktail genius! The staff knows their stuff; they will curate to your desire. Brett was the perfect bartender: dedicated and confident yet humble and super gregarious. Definitely recommend if you want to escape the stale beer, bar, and wine venue.

I recommend all to come! It's a nice atmosphere with great indoor seating. You can do a flight where you pick four (i think) of their spirits to try. Their honey whiskey is delicious as was their malted barley whiskey.

Love the drinks, but can't give it 5 stars as we don't understand why they close at 6? Were looking forward to a nightcap after a nice dinner else where only to find they closed! Seems way too early!! Open later and close later would seem better!

This is a solid distillery for non-bourbon drinks. They have several very good meads, their cherry liquor was fantastic and their gin is pretty good. Customer service was also good, friendly staff and nothing to complain about.

This place was exactly what I expected and I loved it! The ambiance inside was cool, cozy, and welcoming. I could see myself spending all day there.We sat outside with our cocktail and flight and had a lovely time. The servers were friendly and helpful. We ordered a seasonal pear cocktail and it was delicious! Refreshing, not too sweet and just the right amount of gin. Can't wait to return on our next trip to Door County!
