Cute, nice place to get ice cream along the main road that goes through Egg Harbor. Either find a lot or street parking and take a nice stroll up and down the street. But be sure to stop on by. A good amount of flavors to pick from and cute seating outdoors on a nice sunny day to enjoy your treat. They also sell delicious homemade fudge and gourmet popcorn. Would definitely recommend.

Nice quaint little place. They have great ice cream and amazing popcorn selections all made right there in store! We didn't try any fudge but it looked great. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for quick stop for your sweet tooth.

Just a quick walk from the beer garden, good pit stop to make. It’s hard to be grumpy when eating at Grumpy’s!Friendly staff and cleaner environment. Marginal ice cream, overpriced for the quality (in my opinion).Ice cream is Ice cream, so I’ll still eat it regardless on a hot summers day.Would recommend because this is one of the few places open past 7pm

We happened across Grumpy's as we were walking around Egg Harbor. It was one of the BEST experiences we had while in Door County. Not only was the root beer float the best we've had, but the owners were there and came out to talk to us. So friendly, and they made us feel welcome and appreciated our business! We especially loved the free sample of popcorn/caramel corn! We ended up buying some and Fudge! All were so delicious! Loved that the root beer float was in a frosty mug! The store is decorated very cute as well! We will be back for sure!

Smells great, with the hint of warm sugar. Nice variety of ice cream to select from. All sourced within Wisconsin. No samples of the ice cream so is wise to select something your familar with. Decently priced for a local favorite!

Great selection of ice cream. Better selection of fudge. Their popcorn is great and they have an eclectic selection of soft drinks that are fun for the kids. BTW, my kids don’t think he’s grumpy at all. Just the opposite!

Pretty good, had shipwreck in a waffle cone, very tasty! Good quality ice cream, fun names good prices.Dining partner had a rootbeer float and they enjoyed it. Bought some popcorn on the way out, hope to stop by the next time I'm up here.

Great experience. We went into Grumpys because they had good reviews, but as soon we we walked in we saw why. A friendly older gentleman greeted us and when he found out that we had come to tour the area, he sat down with a map and marked down a bunch of tourist hotpsots he thought we would enjoy, and gave us directions. After telling us a bit about the area and the local landmarks, he gave us a free sample of freshly made kettle corn 😋😋. We then bought icecream and some kettle corn. They were both phenomenal and I would highly recommend.

Best place to take your kiddos with multiple food allergies! Able to show us a breakdown of top 8. My son has vomit inducing allergic to soy, eggs, and all nuts had multiple options. We loved it so much we went 3 times in our week in Door County! Thanks Grumpy's!!!

The ice cream was DELICIOUS, my mom and I agreed that the kettle corn was the best we’ve ever had, and the staff was super friendly. I got the butterscotch root beer as suggested by the nice man at the counter, and when my sister tried it she ran back in to get one too!

Great place! Ice cream is wonderful and the staff and owners, even grumpy, are extremely welcoming and friendly. My daughter didn't like her flavour and they replaced it at no charge! Nobody gets upset with messy ice cream faces here! Great relaxed atmosphere.

I’m feeling Grumpy after eating at Grumpy’s. The prices are very high for small portions of ice cream. Ordering felt rushed and didn’t have time to peruse our options. I would think at the price of $4.50 for a single scoop of ice cream in a cake cone, they would be making their ice cream from scratch - not Cedar Crest. We also had looked at their popcorn and were interested but was never offered a sample.

Our regular ice cream place was closed for the night. We Googled "best ice cream in Door County," and Grumpy's popped up as #1. We made the drive from Fish Creek and met Carlton and a lovely lady who not only served us a couple of great waffle cones with great tasting ice cream, but also asked where we ate dinner, where we were from, etc. Very friendly and a great place to top off any night in D.C.We will be back!

Pricey for what you get . You can buy at least a quart of cedar crest at local grocer for less than a single scoop here. The older guy behind the counter was pushy , rude and rushing a decision.. no time allowed to decide on what you want!! pronto !! Made me feel Grumpy @ Grumpy’s!!

Grumpy’s ice cream and popcorn was one of the best ice cream places I have been to in a while, and being from Wisconsin I can say that with a passion. They do not go lazy and the amount that they give you per scoop, and the prices are very good. Stop by here soon, my recommendation are the root beer floats. I got it, and loved it!
