I love Grains and Greens. The variety of products is impressive and the staff is knowledgeable and cordial. The best shop in Door County for all natural and healthy eating products. Big plus is their variety of pet products not available anywhere else I find on the peninsula.

We had a great lunch here in the garden. The Veggie Burger Sandwich was very fresh tasting with raw cheddar and the Roma Panini had a very generous amount of fresh mozzarella. Having a spot in Egg Harbor with fresh vegetarian food and a natural store to buy snacks is very convenient. Highly recommend stopping here for either breakfast or lunch.

Excellent health natural food store which offers much more. Staff and owner are fantastic. It's definitely a place to stop or frequent if you're just visiting Egg Harbor or live in the area. Owner also has yoga classes!

I would not have been able to survive in Door County were it not for Greens and Grains. They have a superb assortment of healthy and delicious organic foods for vegetarians, vegans and meat eaters. They even have vegetables fresh from the owner's farm.

I visited on the Sunday of Memorial Day Weekend. I have been to this cafe before and I love that they have creative vegetarian/vegan options. The ingredients are fresh and the staff is pleasant. My only complaint this time is that I could see the staff making my wrap with bare hands. I was looking around the cafe when they started, so I can't say if they washed their hands, but it seems like gloves should be worn when handling food, or make it very clear (with signs, etc) that the staff is well trained and taking precautions with hand washing. I took the food to go and when I told my husband, he didn't even want to eat his half of the wrap. Definitely a turn off.

I had a good experience here! As a vegan, there aren't a whole lot of options in Wisconsin, but I would highly recommend checking out this store. Staff were very kind and provided helpful recommendations about food and the door county in general. I would love to come back and check out their bakery section as well.

Lady that waited on us was very friendly and knowledgeable. We got a few all natural snack items and new Marsala dishes to try. I got a little bag of what was marked as chocolate covered ginger but they were definitely expresso beans still good but I wanted something new. Turkish apricots were pretty nice but not as sweet as others I had.

Honestly, this store is AMAZING!The selection of GF/V/Organic products was incredible, along with some amazing local options.They had amazing prices and sales, too.Our favorite part, though, was of course the Vegan/Gluten-Free pancakes in the cafe.They were seriously SO GOOD. They were thick, fluffy, and the cashew cream was an amazing addition.Thank you so much for such a great experience!

So nice to have a healthy, organic, local option while traveling in Door County. We were not disappointed with the pancakes! Great juices and lots to look around at in the store while waiting for food. Love this little place and will stop back again on our next visit for sure!

Best price in DC on the beauty products I went in for. Only complaint was that the only employee on staff was in the bathroom for about 10 minutes or so when I was trying to check out. I made a $75 purchase on 3 items. I would have expected better service for the only customer in the store making a large purchase for a small store. The store was very quiet and I could not find anyone to check me out until he eventually came out, while reading a book...

Staff were fast and friendly. However, wife ordered the happy hummus wrap. The gluten-free tortilla shell couldn't be folded into a wrap shape and was very hard. Her jaw was sore by the end of eating it. The wrap itself was also fairly dry.

This is my new favorite grocery store in the Door. Excellent selection and good prices. Local produce in season. They pack a huge variety into this store. Highly recommend!

I went to Greens N Grains for the first time with my family and there was something for everyone to eat!!!!! Great vegan/vegetarian options, fresh smoothies and juices, natural toiletries, and LGBTQ+ friendly staff!!! Overall a very welcoming environment. My new favorite store/café!!!!!

Grains and Greens is a life saver for my wife and I when we visit Door County. We depend and thrive on fresh, organic food. In addition to buying the produce we need for preparing food at "home", they have a deli with delicious soups, salads, sandwiches and baked goods. The staff are friendly, informative and quite often overworked. We don't mind sometimes waiting for an order from the deli, it's all well worth the wait.

The employee made food without washing her hands after touching credit card and other surfaces. The coffee tasted like water and ginger shot was diluted with water as well. Out of ~15 food items on the menu only 4 of them were available for purchase.

I never write reviews but don’t come here for a green smoothie if you don’t want to wait 40 min. There was one couple ahead of us... not a line. The staff did take time to make expresso for others after we ordered. I literally want to take my money back out of the tip jar.

We stopped here just to check out the natural foods store, and found the coffee shop and juice bar tucked in the back. What a nice treasure to find! Smoothies with natural, fresh ingredients and juices with about any combo to fix what ails you. Then, top that off with Alterra coffee from a barrista/juice queen that cared and we had a very good experience. This was better prepared coffee than I had in Green Bay the evening before. We loved it. Yes, we had to wait a bit because we came at a busy time...but you are in Door County, who cares...just wait and enjoy the people, nature, and the "funk" of being tossed back in time a bit.

Awesome organic smoothies and fresh veggie and fruit juices. Kind of like a mini-Whole Foods in Egg Harbor. This is where I come to get away from all the beer, brats, cheese curds and fried foods in Door County.
