Nice resort: comfortable room, coffee pot, refrigerator, microwave…….and LOVELY views of the bay. Friendly staff and owners. Old school bathroom, but sufficient. Daily services to tidy were appreciated. No food provided other than coffee or tea, so grocery shop before you get there. Limited TV if that matters to you. No dogs allowed, even well-mannered ones. But there’s a good kennel nearby (Door County Kennels).

This was our first time in Door County and would definitely stay here again. The rooms, property, and pool were all clean and well taken care of. The staff was friendly and helpful. Loved that it was an adults only lodge. The view was SPECTACULAR !!! We did have some issues with wifi hook up but wonder if this is an issue throughout the Peninsula. Out stay was peaceful and serene.

In an extremely family friendly tourist destination, how can you discriminate against children? Is this a clothing optional Lodge that minors should not be allowed? My daughter who is a freshman in high school and I had been shopping all day and needed a place to stay. They had vacant rooms but refused our stay because she was 14. How ridiculous is that? The hours also state that someone is in the office until 8 on Monday. They were gone by 6. A guest had to start the fire pit on their own. Great customer service, I tell ya! If you were smart, don’t spend your hard earned money here. There are plenty of other great hotels close by!

Thanks to the owners and office staff who made me feel welcome. The owners and Jill who work the check-in office are great, very accommodating and helpful, especially Jill. She's a delightful person and was so helpful when I needed directions and information about a particular area. I'm giving this a two star review only because the rooms are a just gets the job done kind of place. I might stay here again if nothing else in Egg Harbor or Fish Creek at a similar price point is available. The good: great view of the bay, bikes you can use for free, walking distance to downtown Egg, clean bathroom with a new shower stall, large mini-fridge, and microwave in the room, window that you can open, and helpful office staff.The bad: the bed and pillows are very very firm, that does not work for me so I slept poorly. The wall unit AC was loud and leaked on the floor in the room, thankfully it was cool enough that I didn't need it after the first night (one of the owners responded immediately with a container to catch the water when I brought the issue to his attention). I killed at least one spider in my room every day and left with several spider bites, so they were in the bed with me at some point. It happens, but I'd rather it didn't. Maybe they can put in some bug hotels for first floor rooms. The wallpaper was peeling off the walls in my room, so it's in need of an update. I also had to ask for cups and paper mugs that should have been replenished by the housekeeping staff but were not, but one of the owners in the office happily got me everything I asked for. They apparently don't vacuum during your stay, so note that this can be a problem if you happen to track sand into your room. One final note, avoid room 105 because it's right next to the whirlpool room and you can hear everything going on in there through the walls and when sitting out on the patio outside the room.

We spent three days here in July 2021 and we highly recommend it. It is an adults-only facility with cleaned rooms, great pool, a hot tub, and fantastic views of the Green Bay. Sunsets over the bay where to die for. We stayed on the ground floor with direct access to tables with umbrellas and to the pool. Our room was cleaned everyday and everything was replenished everyday. Egg Harbor is a great location to visit all the other harbors in the Door County Peninsula.

Great service! Our room was well cleaned daily. Since the lodge is set back from the highway you don't hear road noise and during our 4 night stay we didn't experience any noise disturbances from other guests. We were also fans if this being an adult only lodge since you don't see many of those around Door County. At night it is great to enjoy the outdoor pool, indoor whirlpool or outdoor lounge chairs which all provide a great view of the beautiful sunset. Highly recommend this place and we will definitely be coming back.

My husband I went here for a two-night weekend getaway in early June 2018. (We got a balcony two queen room). First off the views of the Egg Harbor Bay are spectacular, and the lodge has a very beautifully landscaped yard along with an outdoor swimming pool. Our room was meticulously clean and had modern decor. The lodge is set further back from the highway which cut out any traffic noise. The lodge also offers a very short trail around the grounds, the use of bicycles and helmets at no charge, and a sauna (which we didn't use, due to time constraints). The only noticeable drawback is that the TV in the room was very small with poor cable reception (we ended up logging into our Netflix account through the remote which helped). This was only a minor drawback as we were there to sight-see, hike, and visit local shops in the area. The balconies are partitioned off with wood or cloth dividers, so at times it can get a little noisy in the afternoon/early evening when other guests were conversing and talking on their cell phones. Other than that, we really enjoyed the balcony (sun-bathed, played cards, read and enjoyed the early morning quiet hours with a cup of coffee). We would recommend staying here and would return in the future.

Room was good. Clean and spacious. View was really nice. Pool was closed for the season, but the whirlpool room was open. We were hoping for a quieter stay, but had what sounded like a group of people staying in the room above us who were very loud - stayed up late and were up early. Our only complaints about the room were that the mattress was very, very firm and the coffee maker too small.

Unfortunately wasn’t able to stay at Egg Harbor Lodge because my basement flooded. Called the day before our stay to let them know we wouldn’t be able to stay😞. They were so understanding refunded all money except $25 processing fee. Couldn’t ask for more. Will definitely stay with Egg Harbor Lodge when we are able to get to Door County. Thanks for your understanding.

We just returned and will say the views of the Egg Harbor Lodge from our balcony were spectacular. The Lodge is set further back from the highway which cuts out any traffic noise. The lodge has the use of bicycles at no charge. This was a bonus for us we took them into town got some groceries, stopped and got a bite to eat. The staff were amazing. Call out to Jill, she had great recommendations where to eat or things to see in Door County. We would recommend this place.

We stayed here for a mini honeymoon. Upon checkin we received a complaintary bottle of wine. Our room was on the backside with a spectacular view of the bay. The adults only atmosphere is very peaceful. Our room was cleaned daily. We definitely enjoyed our time and the location was very convenient to get around to everything we had wanted.

Cute and quaint lodge nestled into the woods of Egg Harbor. Friendly service at the front desk. Nothing fancy, but that’s not why you come here. We stayed for one night, and the only room available for that short of a stay had a king bed and a couch that pulled out into a bed. Our room had everything we needed for 3 people, including 2 sets of shampoo/conditioner/lotion, and an abundance of towels! Large room with plenty of walking/lounging space. Microwave and coffee maker provided in room. Gorgeous views from balcony. Pool closed (late September). Ice and vending machines available. Close to several shops and restaurants. Great place!

We first came to visit Door county in 2012. We have stayed here 4 times, and will return here again in May. The owners are great. The location is the best, but the view is amazing. I was raised on a lake, so for me being able to walk out on the deck and look at the water is the most peaceful feeling you can have. There is no better place to be than right here!

The views were beautiful and it was a very quiet little place to stay. The grounds keeping was nicely done and everything was clean. However, we were charged $25 for bedding for the pull-out couch on top of the $200+ we paid for the night.

Great stay for the night. The owner was great to deal with and really took care of the place. Rooms were huge with everything you would need. Just a short walk to downtown. My favorite was the LL Bean blankets. Super soft. I even asked to buy one!! Would highly recommend staying here. PS. Great view of bay from room

Everyone there is personable, friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable with lake views. The sunsets are beautiful. This was our second time staying with them and will not hesitate to return.

Room we stayed in was horribly outdated with a musty odor and in my opinion, not worth the over $200/night that we spent to stay there. But the view and location was great. The pool was nice but needed to be cleaned and the jacuzzi was nice but super noisy because the air intake is in the floor right next to it... It sounded like a perpetual super loud drain pipe.

Wonderful sunset view overlooking Green Bay. Updated rooms are well kept with daily service like a fine hotel. Coffee, microwave, and minifridge included in the room. Grounds include patio furniture wiped down daily, outdoor pool, and tennis court. Each room has a balcony or patio with a water view.

Quiet. Excellent views of Green Bay. Nice, simple rooms. Nice 1/4 mile circular walk around the exterior of the property. Great lawn with patio chairs, set atop a hill overlooking Green Bay.

The lake view alone is worth staying here. Although the décor and the rooms are a bit dated, the amenities are good and there are plenty of places to relax outside. I will definitely consider staying here again when I return to Door County!
