I ordered several Dura Trays and cage making supplies from Klubertanz. I live in Alaska and have a difficult time finding companies who will work with me on finding the most cost-effective way to get items. I was able to place my order and get freight shipping at a reasonable price. All my items were packaged well, and nothing was broken. Very happy with my experience shopping with this great company. They took the time to listen to my concerns and made it so I could get the items needed for my project. Will purchase from them again. Thanks so much!

Great People, Great Products, Great Prices! They have great customer service. They were very responsive to my calls and e-mails. They stayed about 2.5 hours after their regular scheduled hours so that I could drive over an hour to pick up an order after work. It helps that they live right next to their business, but it still means a lot in today's world for a business to do this. I have already recommended their business to other people and will continue to do so.Their address has changed though, so Google needs to update it. Ordered my first but not last yesterday. Customer service comes first with these people. The lady that took my order was very nice and extremely helpful and noticed something i was not thinking about. Kept me from having to wait to complete my cages. Its true you cant order from a website but if i had i would of missed a key part that was needed. These people are first rate and if you value customer service this is the best place to buy cage materials. Thanks so much!

Klubertanz had Excellent products and communication. Seemed like a nice small family business. They helpfully and informatively guided me through their catalog items over the phone and also in store. My ordered cuts of cage rolls were exact. Received exact quantities and had an easy time driving from another state to pick up my order.Greatly appreciate the galvanized-after-welding wire.Notice that built/system setups may take a while, but ordering raw materials and simple tools have shorter turn around times.Thanks for being a good supplier!

I have ordered several times from Klubertanz thru the years, last order was 10 rolls of wire, and cage making supplies. They have always been A++++. If you make your own cages, they can't be beat.

Purchased from them 3 times now spending around $700 total. Their website sucks. If you remember ordering from Sears catalog in 1975, that's the experience you will get here. We'll sort of... probably more like Sears in 1875. If you like to order stuff online adding items to a cart and getting a total including exact shipping. This is NOT the place to shop. Shipping cost are not calculated until they box every thing up. So I never knew what the total amount that was going to be charged to my bank card. Orders have to made by phone or you can fax or email in your order form.There shipping speed is another major compaint I have. Shipping is SLOW. It takes at least a week for an order to even leave their warehouse. Then another week on the truck. I'm not expecting overnight speed but come on. Last order 19 days from order to my door step.Packaging stinks as well, news paper and crappy cardboard boxes. Two of the ten fineX feeders O ordered were crushed and had to be hammered out.On the plus side they have a HUGE selection of quality products.
