I have used Edgerton Vet Clinic for the last 6 years. I recommend them to everyone I know. They are always super helpful, honest, fairly priced and most importantly they love on my dog. He had a tooth extraction and cleaning today. Everything went just as they explained. When I picked up I was shocked that the bill wasn’t higher! I will forever love this clinic, especially Dr. Osgood and Dr. Motz. Both phenomenal ladies! Thank you techs for loving on my guy!

I LOVE the Vets and the staff! All are very knowledgeable and caring! And, my vets take time to truly listen to my concerns and address them until I am satisfied. They never make me feel rushed! I LOVE them!!

This is honestly the best vet clinic we've ever been too. They care so much about our animals and they are kind and friendly people. We saw Dr. Motz today who was the first vet in ages to successfully clip our chug's nails and even showed us how she did it. Dr. Osgood has also been fantastic on our visits with her. I would never want to take our fur babies anywhere else.

Edgerton Veterinary Clinic has been our trusted veterinary clinic for almost 10 years. We have two dogs, Boone and Izzy, who both love going to the clinic. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, and they take their time to answer all of our questions. I can't say enough good things about Dr Osgood and her staff! She recently spayed our pup and a few hours after getting her home she started bleeding due to circumstances out of the vets control. We ended up at the emergency vet with an overnight stay. The following day Dr Osgood called me personally to get her back to the clinic for exploratory surgery to stop the bleeding/find the cause. We will forever be grateful for the staff here. The true testament to their services? Even after they put our girl under twice in 2 days, she was excited to walk back into the clinic the day after for a quick follow up. Thank you Dr Osgood and every single staff member for treating her like your own. We will always be back!

I don't think I have one single good thing to say about this vet. We have given them numerous chances. Have spoken to other people about the type of charges we get and treatment we receive, they are surprised, our animal looks healthy to others. If you have animals that live in the country look elsewhere! They also can't seem to keep track of billing! We paid $550 for thr puppy package and had to play $200 on top of it because they didn't enter our payment into the system. Even after we brought in our credit card statement they didn't honor it. Our puppy also receieved repeat shots because they didn't have record of our first visit.

I had to take my Aunt's dog to the vet, luckily there wasn't anything seriously wrong so that went well. I do want to say that the people here are absolutely wonderful. Also they were very patient with my uncle is has hearing aids, you don't see that often and I was very surprised too but yes I definitely recommend going to this vet.

Last visit I sat in a room for 30 minutes before the Vet came in. Had other concerns also, instead of addressing them the Vet told me four times in ten minutes if I didn't care for the Edgerton Vet clinic I could go somewhere else. I'm going somewhere else!

We have always loved coming here, because the staff is courteous and we always feel our pets are getting great service. We had to put down our dog last week, and the staff made it as easy as possible (considering it was a difficult time for us) Everything was explained well and we didnt feel rushed or pressured into anything. Always a great place to bring your pets for care!

I wish I could give EVC 10 stars instead of only 5. Even though I live in Janesville, I've taken my dog here since he was a puppy and I always receive the absolute best care. They treat my dog so well that he actually looks forward to coming to the vet and can't wait to get inside to see them. We had an emergency this morning and I tried to get my dog in somewhere closer and everyone was too booked to see him. EVC also had a packed day, but took time to see him and got us back home with medicine in no time. I love them and so does my dog <3

I've had 2 pets that either died/ almost died from wrong diagnosis. My dog had multiple seizures in one day and the last one was 15 minutes long. I called them and they said they can't do anything about it and we had to take him to Madison to the emergency clinic. 7500 dollars later he's back to his oldself. Then they misdiagnosed my cat saying her liver wasn't functioning properly so they gave us shots for her. Yesterday I called them saying my cat was dying she was so thin her bones were showing even with the thick fur she had. They told me the earliest the earliest they could do was in 2 weeks. I knew she wasn't going to make it. I took her to the emergency clinic in Madison and they told me she had cancer this whole time. She didn't make it through the night. Worst vet out there. Never going again. I advise everyone to go somewhere else.

Very friendly courteous staff! It would be nice to have the same vet every time, that's my only complaint, I know it's not always possible however continuity of care is important to animals too. 95% of the staff there is wonderful and greet you with a smile, will definitely recommend to others.

We come here from Racine because everyone is so nice here. 5 years ago while camping nearby one of our pups had a run in with a golf cart and had a couple good cuts on her head. Stopped in unannounced and they took care of her right away. Since then we have made them our regular vet. Every year Memorial weekend we have there yearly checkups done. We can't say enough nice things about everyone there.Thank you for the exceptional service you all provide.

We are more than happy that we switched our puppy to Edgerton Vet Clinic. From the moment we park to the moment we leave they always exceed all expectations. The clinic is very well staffed and always clean! ALL the providers are wonderful from the front staff, to the vet techs, to the doctors. They take the time to make sure the animals are comfortable and they’re very promp, professional, and knowledgeable. They even tell you how to save money on meds. They’re so compassionate. Scheduling is super easy and availability is great! I love using the app as well to let me know when our dog is due for certain things (the postcards, emails, and texts are helpful as well). They were so great when Belle got spayed and extremely compassionate when it was time to put my mother in laws 14 year old dog down (who was not a regular “patient”). I can’t recommend this clinic enough! Thank you Edgerton Vet Clinic.P.S. Belle loves the dogctor because of the treats, cheese, and they tell her she has a good physique.

I swear they sewed Mexican jumping beans in my Chihuahua when they recently had her in for a dental. My 12 year old dog is literally bouncing around the house. She hasn't acted like this in 10 years. They undercut even the low cost vets around the area, got her scheduled in a timely fashion, had her in and out in no time. I would recommend this clinic to anyone!!

We moved to the area last year and have started using this clinic now for our vet care needs. Our experience has been a positive one and Dr. Motts seems very friendly and thorough. I will be glad when it gets back to pre covid, in person appointments, as it is hard to send your fur kids in to see the new doc all by themselves.

My cats 🐈 have always been treated very well by the Veterinarian and the staff. They are patient with the owner who knows little about cats 🐈 and provide a care plan easy to follow.
