Groomer is good but very shady. Took my dog there when he was a puppy a couple times and decided to find somewhere else. Took him there today after four years, she performed and charged me for services I didn’t ask for and then yelled at me when I said something about even though I paid for it all and politely asked her not to do it again. She continued raising her voice at me and I had to remind her that I already paid and would like to take my dog home. Good groomer but horrible people skills, very rude.

We were happier than usual with the groom Frankie received. Kitty was very well trained and took care of his ears and tail in a way that was better than we usually ask to have it done. It was okay, we gave her the choice of what to do.

Our dog Baxter loves his groomer (kitty). She does a great job. She takes the time and has the patience to make him so handsome. ( He can be a handful).

I had a bad experience before trying your grooming salon. I voiced what I wanted the most, and my pup looks amazing! I was so happy to see that he looked so well! Well worth the money, and I will continue service here!

Kitty is an excellent groomer. She always communicates with us regarding appointments, how we want our pets groomed, and in making our next appointment. She will make recommendations on how to care for our pets coat. She always checks our sales tickets to make sure the cashier was correct. I appreciate her customer service.
