I started taking my sweet little Phoebe to daycare at Paws and Claws about a year ago. She absolutely loves going and the staff is so good and patient with her. She recently started the enrichment training and has excelled in learning patience and basic commands. The atmosphere is bright, clean and a nice yard for the pups to play in. I would definitely recommend taking your pups there.

Where do I begin. My Stella Bean and I 100% recommend Paws and Claws Total Dog. Stella Bean is always excited for Doggy Daycare, not only her furry friends, but she loves the entire team. When I pick her up she is tired and ready to head home for supper and a nap with her senior sister Miko Marley. I am so thankful for the entire Paws and Claws Total Dog team creating an awesome safe space for dogs to enteract with furry friends and taking care of them all day. They are like extended family

My pets had terrible hair cuts despite telling the groomer what we were looking for. My pets were literally sheared! UGG. And make sure you check back after booking for overnight stays. They had the wrong week down. BUT there customer service was superb by the owner. I will go back all the other yrs grooming was good. She must have had a bad day! ***UPDATE*** This place really has supurb customer service! We have been back several times and there hair cuts were just how I expected. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS PLACE

I was looking for a place that could groom our golden retriever, Charley. Decided to come here based on a couple recommendations by coworkers. Libby took care of Charley and did an absolutely phenomenal job! Expectations were definitely exceeded for both us and Charley. Charley has been so happy showing off his new look! Will definitely be coming back.

We had our New Foundland washed and brushed. Last minute, I might add. They did such an amazing job!! She was very dirty, knotted and smelly. She looks so great and doesn't smell at all. It was also decently price. I thought it would be way more. It took longer that originally thought but I'd expected that. Definitely going back. Hope she wasn't too much trouble. She's big, srong and excited. Can't thank you enough!!!

Hands down the best place to get a dog groomed. Their staff is always friendly, and the groomers are super knowledgable. I know they are good to my dog because he is excited to see them. He always looks exactly as I asked for, which is important to me. Great job, Paws and Claws! 🐾

Highly recommend! I took our new sheepdog puppy here for his first ever grooming: bath, nails and trim. Our groomer, Juniper, was professional and is clearly skilled in her craft. She took time to understand my vision and intentions for our pup's coat. The front desk staff was inviting and helpful. The facility was clean, organized, and surprisingly large. The owner even came out to say hello. :) We are already scheduled for our next apt.

I have been taking my 2 goldendoodles here the past year. This last time their cuts were very disappointing. All year I've asked that they trim the nails down and they can't seem to get that simple task down. The nails are always left long.I'd think twice before taking your pet here. I asked they fix the cut and they only did the faces. Which was a challenge in getting a doodle cut versus a poodle cut. If you have a dog that actually needs a cut, I'd go somewhere else. On top of the poor service, when I told the gal at the desk that I would be back an hour after they are done...in 6 hours that it took for the grooming and the hour it took me to get back they didn't even give my dogs water or take them out to use the bathroom in that whole time.It takes a LOT for me to give a review like this.The staff was friendly and is why I kept coming back until the email I just received from Avery where she stated the following...Good Morning Lisa,I wanted to reach out in regards to your feedback on the Maizi & Milo's grooms. I had tried calling but the voicemail was full. It seems as though we haven't been able to meet your expectations even after multiple attempts to better understand what you're looking for. We are appreciative of your past patronage however, considering this history of unsatisfactory experiences with our grooming, we must recommend that you find a different grooming facility that can better meet your expectations. We will be canceling your upcoming appointments and wish you all the best in finding the right groomer for your pups. We appreciate you bringing the water and potty issues to our attention; we will be adjusting our policies to be sure that all pets staying longer than their appointment necessitates are offered water and taken out to potty regardless of scheduled pick-up time. Apparently their egos were hurt when I gave private feedback that they couldn't handle and canceled my appointments. I was respectful in all of my communications, but I did not sugarcoat how I was displeased that they didn't care for my pets with basic needs... like water...And this was the FIRST TIME I EVER asked for them to fix something... so their bold LIE of a "history of unsatisfactory experiences", is just them not wanting to fix their mistake.They see that I caught their neglect of my dogs as a liability...If you care how your pet looks or is treated I'd look elsewhere... it seems their care for clients and their owners have significantly declined.Oh and the prices went up considerably. I paid around $220 and one dog was barely trimmed.Update:I have found an amazing groomer that is skilled, kind, confident and not so soft skinned if you ask for a touch up. Oh and 25% less in cost!Keep looking!

They were great! My male cat has a problem of getting poo in his fur back there... They did a sanitary shave for him. So now he doesn't get ANYTHING stuck back there! It only cost $6. My cat obviously felt a little violated. But my cat was a good boy. They got him in very next day. Now a full wash and dry they were booked out about a month. Staff was pleasant and knowledgeable. They listen to me about my cat over the phone & in person. They were great. They do boarding too. I saw another couple bring in their cat for boarding. They talked with them & listened to them. These people were very friendly and personable. I will definitely be bringing my cat back! I will not be posting pictures of the shave. But next time I go I will take some of the outside. Oh and it's the next building down! The first one is theirs but just daycare only. The next building has the boarding and grooming in it.

We love Paws and Claws! It's always so easy to book over the phone. I love that you can book additional play time & even pool time. Pick ups and drop offs are so convenient and we always know our dog Franklin is in good hands with their staff :)

Unimpressed and will not be going back. Took our dog beau in yesterday for a bath and d-shedding and he still had lots of hair that was left/ falling out (his coat is still extremely thick). He is a husky which means he has lots of under coat that comes out with the blow dryer. I normally do blow outs my self on him but with having a new born I don’t have time. Not very happy that I have redo a job that I just paid somebody to do.We were able to get an appointment booked right away which was nice, along with boarding him till the end of the day to pick him up.

My dog is highly defensive about his nail trims and has been turned away from 3 places in town. The lady at Paws and Claws had his trimmed back in 5 minutes and acted like he was no big deal...I heard him yowling so i know he was putting on a show but the lady was so good with him. This will be the only place where I take my dog from now on.

My family has been taking our dogs here for grooming and boarding for years! They always do an amazing job. They offer a wide variety of services and can do quick face and sanitary trims between grooms, for when your pups hair is starting to get in their eyes but their body is not ready for a full cut, at a very cheap price! Highly recommend!

I took my cat in for bath and nails because her fur was clumpy she is a medium haired cat. When I got her home was expecting her to have nice clean fur with no knots but instead looked like did when I took her in fur still has knot's and looked greasy . Not satisfied at all never again.

Awesome place to board your family pet. Our german shepherd seemed very happy when we picked her back up after our week vacation on our sons make-a-wish trip. Our dog carried her toy in her mouth to the front and looked super happy while wagging her tail. Had zero problems with boarding and setting up play and pool times for our dog. They even called us during our trip to let us know our dog passed her behavior test which is awesome because we were worried with how she would be seeing as how this is her first time ever boarding. They even showed us their cat that my son asked about when we showed up to pick up our dog. Staff is super friendly and a great place/safe place for your family pet. If we ever need boarding in the future we are definitely coming back here. Thank you paws and caws team for treating our dog great.

Such great staff! I called each day to check-in on our pups and they were more than happy to give me updates on how they were doing. Our ladies were well taken care of and the kennel they stayed in together was a great size and very clean. I had let them know that our 11 month old Dutchie had crazy high energy and the lady I spoke to said it was nothing they couldn't handle and made me feel at ease about her first boarding experience. Such kind workers and a great facility!

I have been to so many local groomers trying to find the “right” groomer. Ugh! I know you get what I’m saying!Five months ago, I decided to try Paws & Claws and boy did we score!When I walked into the lobby area for the first time, it smelled so fresh and clean. From there it only got better with their top-notch groomer, and all around awesome service!I highly recommend checking them out!

Honestly best experience I’ve ever had at a groomers, took Artemis (our rescue cat) in for a nail trim and it was speedy and great, the receptionists were super cool, especially when my potty training two year old decided to run naked through the store helped me get both back to my car, one had even taken the time to look through the books they have with her. Will be returning with all the pets, life long customers for sure!!
