The whole team here is wonderful! They are prompt, thorough, and genuinely care about the people/patients they are serving. I have tried to get a prescription from this pharmacy twice. The customer service has been horrible both times. The first time, the man on the phone acted like I was stupid when I was asking questions, and when I came in to get the prescription, they told me to wait for 15-30 minutes in the chair by the pharmacy and they would let me know when it was done. An hour goes by because I was trying to give them the benefit of the doubt since they were busy, but I finally go up and ask them if it will be ready soon. They told me it has been ready, but no one came to tell me, and they just watched me sit there for an hour without saying a thing. Second experience I had, I called and the woman who answered was extremely rude. I will never be coming back here again.

I did give them a great review when they first opened. However their customer service has gone down hill since then. I live 20 minutes out of town and drove to pick up my prescription today which was due to be filled 2 days ago. The lady at the drive through said it was not filled and I would have to wait until the afternoon. I asked if she could have it filled in like a half hour but then someone else told her they have flu shots lined up in an hour so they could not fill my prescription. So apparently they can’t get a 2 day late script filled for a customer who drove 20 min to pick it up, because they are more concerned about the shots they have to give in an hour. So I had to drive 20 min back home and will then have to drive 20 min back again this afternoon when they have time to fill the 2 day late prescription, then 20 min back home again.

I needed to fill a prescription for my pet and decided to try Hy Vee. The help and service I received was beyond exceptional!! Corey was so helpful, nice and compassionate. He helped set me up with GoodRx to save me some money (as my pet does not have pharmaceutical coverage).I then needed to return later that day to fill prescription for my other dog (apparently they have to share everything, sicknesses included) and Corey was able to help me again, got me in and out in no time at all.I plan to switch all my pharmacy needs to Hy Vee based on the exceptional services I received today!(Picture of my fur babies to show their gratitude as well)

Their service was immaculate up until 3 months ago. Now its slowly turning into CVS and walgreens. The focus is turning into quantity of care instead of quality of care very fast. Better off with wal mart.

My friend Dave could not afford his medicine due to a price increase at Walgreens. Walgreens did nothing to help Dave and Dave went two months without heart medication. I called Hy-Vee and they immediately found Good Rx coupons that dropped the price by about $200 total for all three and guaranteed prices forever with no increase. The tech or pharmacist on even offered to personally deliver the medicine. May your pillows always be cool and you never have to wait in line for anything Hy-Vee pharmacy employees.
