Worst shopping experience. Spent 20+ minutes waiting for the "lawn expert" to come to the mowers just to find out it was a 16 y.o. kid who didn't know anything about mowers or lawn care. So we do our own research and select one for purchase. When the cashier was checking us out, we are asking questions about how the mower works and warranties, to which all of our questions are met with "I don't know" or "I've never sold any mowers before." After getting through that, we pull around outside to get the mower. The loader drives the fork lift into our trailer and leaves a sizable dent on the side. After making it back to our home, we see there's bird crap and dried mud on the mower., Under the hood, there's wiring unplugged and hoses hanging from the motor that are clearly supposed to be plugged in somewhere. We charge the battery, put in fresh gas, and the mower does not run. We immediately call back and customer service says all they can do is check the battery for us unless we want to return it. We opt to return the mower, drive 30 minutes back to store, and find out from customer service there that they won't take the mower back and they can't help fix it ( and this is 2 hours after we bought it in the store). So now, we are out $2500 and stuck shuttling the mower back and forth from EC Lawn until the mower is running again. Pretty convenient for the store to sell the mowers and then totally wash their hands of the transaction. Hopefully others can learn from our experience with this store and take your business elsewhere.

Amazing store! In town for an event and checked out their store. Great hunting product selection and they carry Black Widow Deer Lures! Picked up a few of those and some odds & ends for bow season.

They provide a great way to pick up feed bags - online order - and pickup out back - no pushing flatbed carts around the store. Orders are ready quickly and notifications are very helpful - and you still get the 4 cent off gallons of gas slips ;)

First time we have been at this location. Was surprised at the size of this store.The employees were very polite when we asked a question. It wasn't really busy, so it was easy to navigate thru the isles.Fleet farm used to carry moccasins, sorry to see that no longer do.Easy access parking lot.Clean outside area.

First time ever visiting a Fleet Farm and man, it’s a whole new world! Some pretty good deals on certain items and a little higher price on others, but the convenience of everything under one roof is pretty cool. Will definitely be visiting again for some of my outdoor needs.

Online ordering is very easy until you get to the payment. I had a card on file that is no longer good. You cannot delete it. Then I attempted to add a new card and it took 6 times to get it to except that card and it would not allow you to save that card. Then forgot something and went to add that product and it kept telling me my card had expired.

Big store with large outdoor and pet sections. It's a one stop store that has a little bit of everything,including a small grocery sectuon,and a gas station. Some of the prices I thought were good ,and some items I thought I could get cheaper elsewhere. If you like farm and fleet but live south of Eau Claire,you will like this store.

Quite possibly my favorite place to shop. Eau Claire's location is one of the most clean and full stores I've been to. Their customer service is always amazing! This summer I had to exchange a battery for our boat that ended up being defective. I bought it at another store in Minnesota and had not had my receipt handy, they found my initial purchase after some time and I was able to get the replacement! Thank you guys so much!

I stopped at the service desk to inquire about a product. The service desk had two young employees working and no other customers the time. I asked if they carried “paracord”? I was told if they carried it I could look in the back of the store. Since I was the only customer at the time I asked if they would look on their computer to check. The employee did and said yes they did have it. Again he told me I would most likely find it in the back of the store. I asked if his computer gave an isle location which would help me immensely in finding it. He looked again and said F 32. I went right to the paracord. I was terribly disappointed that I had to practically beg this employee for help. I understand Fleet Farm has had difficulties hiring and keeping employees but better customer service is needed in this store.

Clean store, will stocked. Helpful staff. They have lots to choose from. I have done more online ordering for pickup, makes it really easy for livestock feed and bedding. Very nice guys help load the truck also.

Changed my review as I was contacted by tire department manager who reviewed my previous review and we determined there was a communication problem that could of been handled differently .I accepted his apology and was impressed with his sincerity and professional manner. Thank you Fleet Farm.

Very clean store. The facility is well laid out, with great signage directing you to the right area. Great variety of home and farm products available for their patrons. We had a few questions regarding a product we were looking for and went to look for a store associate for help/answers. We were in a bit of a time crunch, and ended up abandoning our search for an associate to help.

Fleet farm is a great place to visit if you need sporting goods or farm/home repairs. They have a huge selection of nuts and bolts from average to the goofy things that are hard to find. You can get everything from vegetable plants and flowers to bee keeping supplies and hunting calls. If you shop in store you can get a four cents off per gallon coupon for gas which is used at their gas station right next door. They have free popcorn when you purchase fuel and a clean convenience store. I can occasionally find better prices on some items at nearby stores but Fleet Farm price matches so I don’t have to go to five different stores to get what I need.

Poor customer service, said they were busy but had no vehicles in the shop. Didn't want to help us with getting new tires. Very lazy techs, playing on their phones. I love the service in Delevan but do not recommend Eau Claire.

While on my lunch hour I ran to the garden center and a young man named Wesley helped me, answered all of my questions, and loaded all the bags of top soil and mulch into my vehicle. I really appreciated the help! Great customer service!
