Great store, has it all. Only time we get annoyed there is at other shoppers. Workers are nice and say hello. Had to wait an extra long time at deli counter lately, but that's unusual. Festival is our go-to for groceries. One thing, wish the deli meat was sliced way thinner.

I like the bakery for birthday cakes. They do a reasonable job. Pricing is decent. Easy to order online.

Definitely one of the main stores I go to for organic processed foods like ketchup, noodles, Ezekiel bread, sugar, etc, as they have a lot of variety and their prices are decent as far as health food goes. Menomonie food coop (just local foods) has the best options for fresh produce that's organic, and their dairy is a little cheaper than festival, so they are my main go to store for this side of healthy food. But they tend to be pricer with the packaged/processed health foods, festival is a bit cheaper in this department and festival definitely has more of a selection to choose from in this category.So, I get the best of both worlds and use both as my main places to shop!

Salad bar is horrible now. I had been going here for the salad bar for about 5 or 6 years, but today is the last day. The variety and quality of the food on the salad bar was unforgivable today. The spinach was all wilted, the meats were all dried out and the eggs looked dangerous to eat because the yolks were dried out. This has been a steady decline over the last year or two, but has finally reached the point where I refuse to buy Food from Festival.

If you need some potatoes and a can of Campbell's soup, this is the place. But if you'd like something different or organic/natural, forget it. This ain't the place. Go to Woodmans or HyVee.

Clean clean store..Great bakery..Ham special on Sunday mornings with free hard buns. What’s the point of having 11 self checks and 2 registers if the self checks don’t take cash? Also, the self check host simply wouldn’t allow me to let the person in front of me check out at the customer service desk. She insisted I did, repeated herself multiple times, never asked anyone else, and walked me all the down there leaving the self checks unattended. I had 5 cans of cat food.

Stopped at this store in Eau Claire, Wisconsin to stock up on Spotted Cow beer. They only sale this brand in Wisconsin. The night before I was going to buy this beer at a convenient store. It was double the price than liquor stores. Googled nearest grocery and liquor store, plugged in my GPS and headed to this store. Friendly and helpful staff. Covid protocol in place.

I would give Festival Foods 5 stars but there is little competition in the Eau Claire area. The choice I seem to rely on is location and price as each store has pros and cons. Price and location sum it up. I live by Bollinger fields so my choice seems to be too far away from this entire neighborhood. In my opinion these stores are in order from the most expensive to least, not including sale prices, specials, Hy-Vee, Menomonie Co-Op Festival, Walmart, and my go to for everything not name brand, Aldi. Festival needs a new approach like Hy-Vee but prices like Aldi. Can someone meet in the middle ground. Can a chain take charge of a huge portion of the city that doesn't have the convenience of diving 12-18 minutes away? Cheaper, better. 😁

Today we went to the deli section looking for a specific kind of pickle. Unfindable- until one of the employees went above and beyond helping us find it and walked us all the way across the store to it with the sweetest most kind disposition. Then we were walking around and smelling the most amazing smell ever from the bakery - we walked over and asked the bakery lady what the smell was and she told us she had just baked some muffins and again, one of the most kind employees I have ever interacted with, helped us get the best muffins ever. I will never shop at another grocery store again!

After working 7 days straight, I just wanted chicken and steak stir fry. Jeff saw my frowning face and immediately assisted me. Your deli was closed but he got me the deliciousness I was looking for. Ty Jeff!

When we left the checkout I forgot our 4 chicken breasts and 2 steaks we purchased from the deli. I called that night and they were so accommodating. They said I could come back whenever was good for me and let me pick out the same items again, fresh.Excellent customer service, so happy to be shopping here!

Good selection and pricing. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The produce, as in most places recently, has been hit or miss. Overall, our primary place to shop. Gas card program with Kwik Trip.

Stoped there after work and was in a bit of a russ and I accidentally left my wallet in the shopping cart as I was loading my groceries in the car. Luckily it was late at night and thankfully I was able to retrieve it but I live 30 minutes away so the round trip took me an hour so I thought I would call the store and see if they could go out fetch my wallet out of the shopping cart because I could tell them exactly where it was but I couldn't seem to get anyone interested in helping me to go out there and do this for me or to find one of their cart chasers to go and do it. Very disappointed with the help. Luckily my daughter only lives a couple minutes away and I was able to get a hold of her and she gladly went down there. Retrieved it and then we met in the parking lot and we talked about our future at spending our money at festival foods. I may drive the extra 5 minutes from now on and go to Woodman's. Also on a side note, I just gotten paid and there was a lot of money in my wallet. Very happy that I was able to get it back.

I left some of my items on the end when I bagged my own. Called to see if they had been given to customer service. They hadn't but they took my name and are willing to give me these products the next time I come in. That's a great customer service! 5 stars to them!!

The truth is festival foods absolutely gorges on their prices. They have a great variety and selection although it's steep and price compared to Woodman's or Hy-Vee. I guess it also just depends on what you're shopping for. The staff is always friendly, I do shop here often. They are just on the higher end as far as prices.

One of the best Festivals that I have been too! The staff at this location is the reason and they go above & beyond! This location is more busy than others during peak hours but the service and checkouts are faster too. The products are great with excellent sales and clean store. The produce is the best in town and highly recommend the meat and seafood too!

I love this store, excellent service with a friendly and knowledgeable staff. The meat and seafood depts are awesome! The sushi is spot on, I'm addicted. Great selection and super deals. Liquor dept is awesome too. Huge selection and the pick a pack is great feature. They have good selection of non-alcoholic beers/options as well. Just a wonderful store!! Keep it up!!
