This is by far the worst Festival foods I have visited in years - This is by far one of the worst grocery stores I have visited in a very long time. Their entire fresh produce section (if you can even call it that) looks like it hasn't been touched in over a week. I went to talk to talk to a shift lead and I've heard nothing but excuses to make me happy in order to have me not make the reviews for this. They did bring out a fresh cart of produce which was also fairly lack luster. I wouldn't feed the wild rabbits in my backyard the produce they put out here. As for the rest of their products, it seems they strive to be fairly up to par, they don't sleep shelves stocked well, half the workers are there for a paycheck while a few I did encounter were very nice and did genuinely seem to enjoy working there.

It was super cold this morning and the nice gentleman worker collecting shopping carts also offered to take my plastic bags into the store to be recycled. Kind, observant, thoughtful. I always receive good service here. Thank you

I shop here frequently and after being asked so many times I inquired about the GAS REWARDS CARD. I'm glad I did! It's a must if you shop here, even if it's a few items or only a few visits a month. The gas rewards almost seem better than Kwik Trip's added points for gas with certain items. I don't know how it works but I put my festival card and my KwikTrip rewards number and 😲 .45¢ off per gallon!!! That saves me $8 on a fill up.

The staff are terribly nice, but the store itself is somewhat lacking. A little understandable as the size doesn't allow for a true wide variety...great store if you know what you want and want to get in and get out in a hurry.

Yes its clean, food looks alright but GET RID OF THE SELF CHECKOUTS!! They are a hassle and end up requiring a clerk anyways! Give someone a job for crying out loud..limit my shopping there because of this

I don’t really need to go to in depth but guess which cookie is what I wanted and what cookie is what I got. These were for my daughters first birthday party. I cried when I saw these HIDEOUS cookies. We returned them and bought a cake from target. So many people were absolutely flabbergasted with the service we received.

Not my favorite place, but the gas perks help. However they have been out of things for a while and just not getting back in or they'll just blame it on the supplier. "They must have discontinued it." no dear child. Not something that's selling off of your shelves faster than you can replace it. Also their fruit is packaged way before its ripe. So when you get it, it's still bitter. Their timing is awful in that regard. The salads are good as long as you eat them within the first day or 2 of having them. Staff is usually really nice.

Great selection and good prices. Everyone here is friendly and helpful. There are always people out on the floor to ask for help finding items. Eva Mae rang up my groceries today and gave me the gas card and told me all about how to use it. I appreciate that she took the time to do that. Saves a bunch on gas at kwik trip!

No more masks, but customers were never good at following that. This is a smaller store, but this time they DID have fudgesicles in stock. Update, still have fudgecicles! 2nd update, workers helpful as always.Update 1/4/2024; expensive, but everything is now. Other than that, everything pretty good.

Really love this grocery store. Locations in Eau Claire area and one in Verona near Madison. Find their selections to be high quality and fresh selections. They've been around a long time with quality customer service. They have great holiday deli tray service and lunch selection carryouts.

Came near closing on a Monday. I feel blessed to have a store on the North side of EC. Got off work late, snuck in 15 before closing to grab some salmon. Quiet and organized. On my way out, I asked an employee if she knew whether hours would stay the same for a while. She said yes. Then out of no where this guy (supervisor?) comes behind my shoulder and asks if I needed assistance. He confirmed that hours are likely to stay the same 6am-11pm for the foreseeable future. I do miss the 24/7 hours, but get that it isn't realistic for the time being. Thanks for the great customer service, even at the last minute. Love Festivals for it's professionalism.

Favorite grocery store! I don’t have a ton of time to go shopping, the click and go is a perfect option! The shoppers will let me know if they are out of something and even send pics of shelves to find a substitute.

They don’t have no sea food!!! No good choices of anything. The parking lot looks ghetto. Go to the Claremont location it’s way better.👎🏽. I would never come here again. The whole visit to this the store gave me anxiety . Now I’m driving to the Claremont location to get my sea food and now beer.

I shop here alot recently they've become quite greedy. When you check out the food is way more expensive than the price tags say. They don't scan the anymore, they want you to name the sale products individually when you check out. I'll never shop there again.

Festival is a great place to shop. Little $$ on some things. Produce is very good. Deli, meat counters are always well staffed and always busy. Everyone is helpful and pleasant. Nice place to shop.

Years ago my town had this store, or family loved it but then it closed, I am thrilled to be in an area since my recent move that I again can shop here. So clean, large tiny clean fresh displays. Good variety in the demi.

This is definitely my go-to grocery store in town. Every experience has been wonderful and the staff is always great!! My visit the other day prompted me to write a review, as I usually do not.During these chaotic times that we currently live in our lifestyles have changed quite a bit. The one thing I can count on is the friendly staff at this store. Last week my cashier, Emma, was outstanding. She was not only cheerful and smiley, she was fast and efficient!! She carried on a delightful conversation while scanning and bagging my cart full of groceries quickly and safely. It is experiences like this that will keep everyone coming back! Thank you!

A little expensive and not much to pick from. But when I was there, I went to the deli and the lady that waited on me very friendly and made sure I was taken care of. The bakery has the best apple fritters. They have big chunks of apples you can actually taste. And if you go early in the morning, the store smells like apples and cinnamon.

It's a fine grocery store with competitive prices.Update, 8-7-23. I said before it's a fine store but the service has taken a serious down turn as of late. The last few times I've shopped there, I couldn't find help when I needed it and when I finally tracked someone down they acted like it was a MAJOR inconvenience to stop what they were doing to answer a question. It makes me question why I don't drive the extra ¾ mile and go to Woodmans!

I shop here regularly and this morning several things I was reminded why-First, I needed to ship some packages. The woman who works the service desk in the morning (I keep not catching her name) is just a treat. We had a lovely talk and it was a great way to start the day.Then I got some produce, which was so nicely displayed, and everything looked so fresh that, as usual, I ended up with more than I planned to grab.The store is well laid out, so I was able to get everything else I needed quickly.And last I checked out with Eva Mae who I'm always happy to see. I'll wait a little longer to in her line cause she's so nice.Anyway. This all just to say I really like my grocery store.

The selection and pricing here can pretty easily be beat by other grocery stores in town, however their produce does seem to last longer for me most of the time and the meat departments are a huge plus at both locations.

All employees were extremely nice. Every employee I encountered gave me a friendly smile and said hi or good morning. The cashier and lady who bagged my groceries were also very polite and friendly. Great place to shop! You feel extremely welcomed!
