My order is always correct and speedy service. This morning I placed an order wrong and when I picked it up I was like shoot! I need to replace this but the girl who helped me was so kind and remade it for me even though it was my fault. She was peppy and sweet and I wish more customer service workers were like her! I don’t have her name but whoever was working around 11:30 this morning - you’re the best! Kudos to you!

I’ve been here 3 times since moving to Wisconsin and haven’t had an issue , today apparently was not a good day 8/03/24 @11:06am . The girl in the drive thru window was very rude and short probably not someone who should work the window . I get not everyone is in a good mood or may have many things going on in life .Food for thought!!?! ……so does the rest of the world , your not the only one .

Ordered for delivery at 6:30pm dasher gets there and they closed earlier than 8pm so instead at 7pm no big deal our dasher called us and told us the place was dark. I work in the service industry and if there's a pick up and you go through drive thru we give it to you. The dasher went through drive thru on call and the lady working ignored him, was rather rude, and was aggressive when handing the order which I heard all on the call and with what the dasher told me while we were on the call figuring out the closing situation as it's not stated anywhere on the site. This has left a sour taste in my mouth and I'm rather upset with how my dasher was treated because I wanted a wake me up for the long night might not order from Dunkin again if this is how the staff treat people

I stopped in to grab a quick bite as I was in between running errands and wanted an egg sandwich. My first time at a Dunkin- waited for 4 minutes before greeted. I then get a burnt croissant. There’s a reason I only go to Caribou. I learned my lesson.

Love Dunkin but this location is just so disappointing. What should be a quick stop for a coffee turns into standing around, waiting for someone to notice you've walked in, listening to employees chat on the phone or with each other. There's a huge lack of urgency and customer service here, and I speak from experience as I worked at Dunkin donuts in the past at a very busy location. Even with only 3 people on staff at one point, we were able to get drink orders out in an acceptable amount of time. There's no reason I should be waiting 10 minutes for a latte, just none.

Ordered a sausage egg cheese croissant and when I go home they forgot the top bun and there was a HAIR on the sandwich. So upset this ruined my morning especially on valentines day.Update- they did refund the sandwich and the manager did make the situation right after we went back. We were pleased with the response, but still upset about the situation as a whole.

I don’t know if this happens to anyone else, but when I order ahead for pick-up, my iced coffee is never filled to the top and it makes me sad☹️ This happens even when I get a regular amount of ice, which takes up space so it should be full!

I go to this dunkin REGUARLY and never have issues but today was AWFUL. I mobile ordered for my office & was going to run in & get it so I wasn’t late. The lobby was locked due to short staff so i had to wait in line. There was no option to cancel my order. I was 20 minutes late to work!! The ladies were nice but that was ridiculous!!! Dunkin needs to pay their employees better if they want to keep business! They could’ve turned off mobile ordering to prevent this mess!

The strawberry frosted donuts are my favorite, and they offer all sorts of other good donut options. Great variety on coffee, very customizable and not expensive at all!

I love Dunkin coffee but this location I didn't like it it tasted burnt and it was gross my 8 year old gets a French vanilla coffee once in a while and he said he was gross and nasty he don't ever want to go back to this location. We are originally from North Carolina and there the dunkin coffees are good it's not burnt like it's been sitting in the coffee pot all day

I ordered a bagel with cream cheese, they put it on ONE side of the bagel and slapped it together. The effort was not there, wasn’t worth $5.00 when it takes 30 seconds to put cream cheese on a piece of bread. Asked them to toast it, they didn’t, and asked for a plain bagel in which they gave me an everything bagel. Not impressed…..amazing signature lattes tho.

I always receive good service here. Friendly faces. The measure of good customer service is not if they make mistakes, but if they are willing to make things right no questions asked. I've had a couple order mishaps, but have always had resolution in a timely manner. I would recommend this Dunkin' location

Not normally the one to leave a review, but in this case I think it‘s warranted. I don’t know what every person is going through, but leave that at the door when at work. The girl who took our order was extremely rude and off putting. I almost asked what her problem was because she seemed like she had a bone to pick with us. Nevertheless I will still be buying Dunkin. Just not at this location.

Every time I go here they manage to mess up my order. I’ve been given other peoples food/drinks, not given mine, and have had to explain to them in detail in the drive through that this is not my order and I’d like what I paid for. I just got back from a coffee run for a friend. They gave me 2 bags, with 3 donuts. I ordered 1 donut and 2 hash browns. I got 3 donuts between 2 bags, and no hash browns. Hastings Dunkin never gets it right. Go to Clairemont Dunkin. You have a better chance at receiving your correct order. I hate being that person that sits and checks my bags before I leave, but at this Dunkin you have too.

Merchandise is always in perfect display, coffee is simiconsistant, depends on the time of day and if you modify your order, but that's anywhere, it's still my go to place for morning and evening coffee.Wheelchair accessibility: Ground on approach is flat and has plenty of space to wheel right in

The drive thru is always really fast. Like way faster than Caribou and Starbucks. I loved their smoked flavor syrup and they discontinued it.. I was super sad but kept coming back to try other drinks. Now they discontinued the everything stuffed bagel bites and those we my go to. Not sure if I'll be coming back anymore.
