They sold expired candy and refused to refund or exchange... also refused to give the corparate office number so I can have this issue corrected... I will never purchase another item from dollar tree again after this encounter... manager is rude as all hell and definitely doesn't deserve to be an employee there let alone a manager...

There was only 1 employee working. He was doing a great job. The store was packed and the line was long but he greeted me with a smile, made his small talk and made the check out process as quick as possible.

The guy that cashiers here is extremely rude and disrespectful to customers. I asked for money back and he was noticeably upset and complained about it. He told me I should just go to an atm and then said that’s the one thing he hates doing is cash back. He also was saying really gross things to a woman in front of me. She made a joke about her card already being in the card reader, and said she just “jammed it in there”. He then said “that’s why your face is so messed up. Because you just jam things in there”. I tried to call and notify the manager but I felt like my complaint wasn’t taken seriously. She didn’t ask for details or my name. She just said she would let the store manager know. I am not trying to be a Karen but I’ve had similar interactions with this guy before and nothing is being done.

It's a decent location. I would say it is not my favorite Dollar tree to stop at but I'm not against this location either.This location often seams a little messier then the other locations but it is still a convenient location and I stop here (any Dollar Tree in general) first before going to another grocery store. It is a great way to save money.

The place was well stocked. The ladies working tonight were fun and helpful. My visit was very pleasant. The day Manager does so well at this store, managing it and she is a very hard worker. Kudos to her, not many people in this world that care to work as hard as she does.

Boxes all over nothing is stocked. Seems they need to find better help fast. Store is always a disaster, guy working at night gives back wrong change. (too much change back) Does not ring up everything just tells you the total. (He is most likely stealing $$ from this company.)

Very nice and clean, well organized. The only downside is I'm on crutches right now and no good way to get in the door by yourself, no handie cap door button. My family and I love this store.

First time visiter over the weekend. Was pleasantly surprised to see they were open past 8 on a Saturday. Found lots of baby shower supplies we needed for the next day, which saved us a ton of money. Cashier was friendly.

Well stocked clean and organized well maintained lot better than Minneapolis dollar trees staff friendly and helpful however not knowledgeable on merchandise location send me on wild goose chase

At Dollar Tree, 3755 Gateway Dr, Eau Claire, WI 54701 we had an employee take a picture of my friend and was asking where she lived it made her feel very uncomfortable he also kept touching my 6 year old nieces hand and he gave me an dirty look when i pulled the kid away from the register and gave the kids free toys it was appreciated but in the situation it was a little inappropriate I was not able to get his name because he had no name tag on but when we had called to report it nothing was done about the situation and we had alsotried speaking with the assistant manager there and she was very rude and didn't even tell us sorry for the situation she just told us to not come back then and we had ended the call short because of how rude she was I hope nothing like this happens to anybody else.

Almost always have EVERYTHING I need & only for a buck! Only chain store I don't blink when we fill a cart cuz it's not going to cost $500-1K & only once have we gone over $100 in our monthly resupply house trips! You have food (takes government assistance card) to crafting & decorating, to holiday & celebrating, to necessities & even inexpensive wants or rewards! Always clean, always helpful, extreamely friendly, if you visit a time or two they remember you & can help you when they rearrange (via corporate orders) to find where your fave earbuds the dog/cat/kid loves to eat/chew, or if they have lighters cheaper in candles or by check out, where your go-to comfort food went, etc. <3
