Was on hold this morning for over 30’minutes with the pharmacy after trying to get ahold of them for 3 days. When the call was finally answered, a worker named Andrew Pearson was extremely rude, cut me off, and didn’t even let me explain what I needed before trying to justify his attitude. I wasn’t upset with the wait until he was rude to me. I understand being short staffed but maybe have someone who’s a bit more trained to handle busy shifts and phone calls. I’m not even sure if he got everything I needed refilled he hung up to fast after his responses of “oh lord” and his rude tone. I don’t typically leave reviews but being 32 weeks pregnant and needing my medicine and then being treated like that, I was left with a very ill taste in my mouth and will be speaking with the pharmacy when I go to pick up my medications as well. & I may even switch pharmacies after this because of the way they think they can treat their customers

Obvious short staffing at this location. Only 1 worker for the pharmacy on a Saturday who is trying to answer the phone, administer vaccines and also service prescriptions. Drive thru closed. Huge line in the store barely moving.

Not impressed. I'm a Walmart pharmacy client for 20+ years but my current insurance requirement is CVS. I'm not interested in an ANOTHER app on my phone. So impersonal. On hold wait times are too long. Paying cash at Walmart would be easier and probably faster for reimbursement.

Pharmacy used to be great, but now they will not approve my medications even though my doctor has put MULTIPLE prior auths in over the last 3 months.This is also a needed medication for my migraines that I cannot get otc.I started going to Walgreens (for my needed meds) and within maybe an hour they had them ready. For some reason cvs likes to continually deny my medications for no reason, so I'm just done with them.

Just by going in the drive through with people that are customers I can hear the horrible customer service. I've seen them accuse people of being addicts for picking up their scheduled prescriptions for certain medications. I've seen them deny people their medication right after they got off the phone with the doctors and insurance companies and agreed to give the patient their insurance. Definitely not a place I'd ever give business to.

We have one monthly prescription to pick up, and yes, sometimes I have to wait a bit to get it, but I can ALWAYS see that ALL the staff behind the counter are busy-busy-busy, and I know they're doing their best. It's hard to get through on the phone to the pharmacy, but all in all, I'm pleased with the pharmacy and find their text reminders very helpful. The staff seems to change often, but they are always kind and patient.The CVS store is AWESOME. I have always found incredible deals there by using my coupons like a bandit. The supply is always good, and when something is out, a staff member will work with you to get it back in stock as soon as possible. Brodie helped me once or twice with that.The prices are somewhat higher, but the coupons can be stacked and sometimes I laugh all the way to the car at how much money I saved on things I need, in my neighborhood, without having to drive all the way across town to WallyWorld.On 10/23, I popped in to the store with a concern. A new staff member had not scanned my coupons when I shopped a few days before and told me "they were on my card." I didn't think it worked like that and checked my receipt later. It appeared to me that the coupons had not been applied, and there were MANY.I spoke with RJ and Katelyn about my situation and they studied my receipt for about ten minutes until they had it figured out. RJ ran out to the floor to get different products to scan them to check against the receipt.It took a while, but they were able to calculate how much I missed saving due to the other employee's error, and they took it off my new purchase. Folks, it was a HUGE savings.They were kind, patient, understanding, and determined to make things right.I LOVE THIS CVS!Thanks, RJ and Katelyn!Keep up the good work.See you next time.

I'm going to assume that the people at this location don't get paid well enough for what they do. Especially in the pharmacy. My hospital sent my prescriptions in and I waited there 20 minutes in the car line and they told me my insurance didn't work there. I looked it up and all my meds are covered. I think they were so backed up inside that the pharmacist didn't look, or didn't care enough to look. I don't leave many 1-star reviews but this experience left a sour taste in my mouth. I'll be going to Walgreens from now on.

35 minute pharmacy drive thru wait at 11pm and not a single other customer in the entire store. Still ok, better off that they were at least open instead of being forced to wait 10 more hours to receive emergency prescriptions!

No one answers the phone.... Also tried calling the CVS at Target in Eau Claire.... for ONE HOUR tried calling. No one answers the phone there either. Do better CVS!!

I never leave reviews but this just could not sit with me. Would have given 0 star if I could. Every single times is just horrible and the straw that broke the camel s back is I has requested a refill 5 days earlier tried calling the pharmacy multiple times but no one would pick up the phone. Refill was supposed to be ready on Thursday. On Friday morning I spent 45 min waiting for someone to pick up the phone that didn't happen drove to the drive thru to be told the refill request was never sent and it would take me an hour now. When I explained my frustration to the pharmacy tech she just shut the window at me.

Beautiful staff. The way they flow while busy is admirable. Too bad customers were treating them terribly. They never once lost their customer service ability even with impatient and rude customers. Managers need to schedule more people! This is not the pharmacy’s fault at all! The employees are human beings, not robots, please stop taking your frustrations out on them. They cannot control the stock, your doctor, YOU not having the right address, or your unrealistic expectations. Customers: do better

For starters people are real jerks. They sit and wait for there prescriptions at the drive through window. The lady askes my name and walks away and its been about 13 minutes now. So earlier I walk in to drop off my prescription and came back, I dropped them off at about 4 o'clock and its now 5:10 and still nothing. This oh it will be 15 minutes to fill has now turned into an hour. Most of the staff are rude with the occasional few who are nice. This is ridiculous wait time.

Don't waste time on sending medication here. It can be sent in over a month a head and you'll still have to wait half a day to get the medication!!! 😡You're better off going to any other place. Unfortunately, my insurance only works with CVS😡

I had a great interaction with both employees last night while shopping there. I wasn’t That familiar with CVS; Brodie got me all hooked up on the Kodak picture kiosk and the other nice man got me $10 off on my Easter candy with a CarePass Membership, which really sounds like something I’ll use each month on other things! Thanks much for everything you two 😊

Worst CVS I’ve ever been to. Extremely low staffed. I wait 20+ minutes on the phone every time I call only to be hung up on half the times. When I’ve gone to the store.. again you wait in line for 20+ Minutes. All for a simple prescription. Advise using a different pharmacy if you are in need of reoccurring prescriptions.

Last week I had to return 3 times to get the correct prescription. I'm glad I looked before giving the medicine to my elderly mother. DANGEROUS!!! Now earlier today I checked with the automated service to check if my prescription was ready...said it was ready. Several hours later I get an automated text stated my prescription (medicine) is on back order. I tried to call. NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE!!! I am switching pharmacies ASAP!!!

WORST PHARMACY STAFF EVER. They gave me the wrong medication and expected me to drive all the way back to pick up the correct ones. I asked to be compensated for my gas and time and they were so rude and hung up on me! I cannot believe this place is still in business with all of the horrible reviews. It looks like hanging out the wrong prescription is a common occurrence there. That is terrifying and so dangerous. I hope this dump gets closed down before they hurt anyone.

The pharmacy will say fill is in progress for DAYS then notify you your prescription is ready 4 minutes before they close. Not knowing they closed at 8, we went there to pick it up and no one answers when people are clearly there. Just obnoxious. Nothing like my previous experience here.

Friendly, but extremely slow service. There is definitely a lack of either efficiency or a staff shortage. My husband waited over an hour for the last prescription pickup. Then when he got to the window they asked him to drive around the building and get in line again as the prescription was not ready.As I am writing this I have been waiting for over 16 minutes for someone to pick up the phone in the pharmacy for a simple vaccine question. No recording, no one answered the phone!I am hanging up now and calling Walgreens. At Walgreens a technician answered the phone after a 1 minute wait. She referred me to the pharmacist. The recording tells me my place in line. I was on hold for another 6 minutes. Walgreens efficiently, courteously and competently answered my question.

The pharmacist was rude unhelpful waste of time couldn’t be bothered to spare a minute to talk to anybody. We were told he did not have time to help us. He was too busy when he was the only one that could take care of the problem that had occurred. Would not recommend going here unless you like being treated like you are beneath the man behind the counter.

When I go into the store it’s never an issue dealing with the pharmacy, however I feel they really do a horrible job of answering phones. Meaning they never answer them. I live over 25 miles away and I need to pick up a new medication, but I don’t want to travel 25 miles to find out the medication is not filled or maybe they don’t have the prescription at all from the ordering provider. So I was hoping to get my questions answered by a simple phone call. No answer after waiting on the line for over an hour.

People always have to wait in long lines to.pick up their prescriptions so you need to have patience when going there. The drive up has been closed for over 6 months, which is disappointing but I think they have a staffing problem like other stores. If you call , no one ever answers the phone so don't be surprised. I doubt if they have time to answer. No one has ever been rude to me, which.is why I try to be understanding .

Ok. So I’m from NYC where you can’t throw a rock without hitting a CVS. I was never a fan of them. They are stores that are understaffed and poorly merchandised and with terrible service. So when I saw the new CVS was coming here a few years ago, I wasn’t thinking I would be a customer., well, time moved on and it was the location that got me.. so I’ve been getting scripts here for a few years. And to be honest, there have been some very nice people who’ve helped me there. And I e done many of their surveys to celebrate those folks. So, I stuck with them. Through the debacle when they took in all the Shopko customers, and though the Covid disaster and the staffing challenges. I am such an easy customer, I work customer service myself. I know it’s not easy. But tonight really upset rme. My wife is very sick. I stop after work to pick up a couple of scripts for her. The young man approaches the counter , he gets to the register looks at me and I think he said something, what it was I can’t tell you as he mumbled so low, but his lips moved slightly. So , I approach , say im picking up. He takes the one OTC item I have and slams it twice on the counter…he gets my info., he rings me up and hands me the bag. And then nothing. I get that jobs suck. I get we’re all worth more. But here’s the deal, the people that come there are sick. Or their loved ones are sick. I wasn’t rude to him ? I wasn’t disrespectful. I simply wanted to be treated like a f’ing human being. Apparently , at CVS it’s hit or miss on common human empathy, I left and said as I left.. RUDE. I called the store manager , who apologized , said he would talk to the pharmacy GM. Whatever dude., I will not let that person wait on me again, that’s for sure. He approaches me, I’m getting the GM involved, The manager seemed useless on the phone., I may move all my scripts. They don’t need my business apparently.

After specifying the specific manufacturer I needed for my medication, they filled the wrong one. Assured me they reordered the correct one and a week later talking to three different people with three different stories, prescription still isn't filled! Last time I will ever use this pharmacy!

If I could give less than 1 star, I would. Tried calling them to coordinate my Caremark prescriptions with my pharmacy ones and spent a total of 2 hours waiting on the phone. When I finally got through, I was redirected back to Caremark. Caremark redirected me back to a pharmacist. The pharmacist said I needed to go back the pharmacy. Tried calling them back and after 30 minutes on hold, I left work early to go there face-to-face. I was the only person in my line at customer service and 4 people were funneled through for their prescriptions. After another 15-20 minutes showing him my scripts from my phone app, he said he'd see if he could get a hold of them, claiming they're not open on the weekends (I had literally just got a hold of them on the phone about an hour before). Meanwhile, the drive thru was full as well and the phone was ringing off the hook with the repetitive '2 calls for pharmacy...3 calls for pharmacy', etc.
