Attended the “you and your pet get your picture taken with Santa” Saturday. Amazing, friendly, helpful staff! We had so much fun with our grandchildren who brought their pets in. Shopped for dog food, best prices I’ve found. I’ll be driving from Illinois just to shop here from now on. Store has a great hometown feel.

Always liked the large pet selection. We were able to get Fromm for our personal pets, and we enjoyed the huge variety of treats for our pet related business as well. Too bad they have employees that profile customers and follow them from aisle to aisle, watching them like they are going to steal. The only thing I can think of is our tattoos?! Odd cause we were in the pet section wearing our dog hair covered work scrubs, but we must have looked really suspicious! We are happy to support other businesses that treat us like the pet loving customers we are and not thieves.

Great place locally owned fantastic people and a good stock of things you need. No need to buy 20 screws when you only need 2. Got new locks re-keyed, repaired riped screens, and got kitchen knives sharpened; easy. Love a good hardware store.👍

Talk about small town charm. I needed some conduit for a job nearby and we were greeted by a very nice cheerful lady that was genuine and very helpful. This is so nice and refreshing to get such great customer service.

I bought a hose here several months ago. Without being long winded, I didn't enjoy it. So, I returned it to the store without a receipt and they graciously accommodated my return. Even though it was way over 90 days! Kudos to a local hardware store, operating on minimal margins vs the big box stores, keeping customer service at the forefront! This is why you support local businesses!

We love their pet section! Huge selection of food, treats, toys, leashes, and even basic medical. Of course, tools, hardware, yard supplies, and a very friendly and helpful staff.

Thought I’d make a quick stop to see if I could find something for our new rescue pup to help occupy her mind a bit more and Tori greeted me as soon as I walked in ! I told her what I was looking for and she took me right to it! She asked all the right questions, made suggestions and shared her own experiences! Another customer joined in and between the three of us, I feel I found the right solution and left the store feeling so glad they are in my hometown! I’ll definitely visit often and next time I’ll bring my pup with me too ! Thanks again Tori !

Local hardware store. Always a good experience when I go there. Prefer to shop locally when possible. Most of the time I can find what I need here. Usually more expensive than from a big box store but it is more convenient to shop here and easier to find what I am looking for. Staff are always friendly and greet you when you walk in. There is always someone who asks you if you need help in finding something. They also have a good pet department and are pet friendly. If I can't find what I am looking for here, then I will try one of the big box stores.

it's no secret that I like Martin's True Value, the selection is outstanding in their nuts and bolts department, and the rental department has fantastic equipment in like new condition. I rent the 53 ft boom lift often the people are great and knowledgeable. gives me the small town feel and service.

Poor Customer Service!!! Rented carpet cleaner. Called in advance to make sure cleaner worked properly before brought it home. Returned home cleaner did NOT work property. Hole in compartment dirty water mixed with clean. Called in advance disappointed. Asked for compensation for my drive time back. They said they would start my time over. What ever!!! I only needed the half day. I had it 2 hours with driving back and forth, loading unloading for a room. Good Customer service would have a least apologized and given some sort of credit of any kind. In the future I will drive past and will be happy to pay more somewhere else!!!!! So disappointed!!!!!!!!!!!

They always greet and acknowledge you when you enter. They know their products. I've had then help me find some crazy stuff but they can do it because they know their stuff. It's where I go if I need help. Their process are higher than Wal Mart, but so is their knowledge!

It's a nice local hardware store with an assortment of products that any DIY kind of person could use. They have a fairly large selection of pet foods and other pet products. (Beds, toys, treats, ect...) They also rent a lot of common power tools as well. They even rent some heavier equipment for landscaping purposes.Martin's Hardware is a staple of East Troy. I reccomend it highly when looking for most general hardware needs.

Stop there before going to Menards trust me you will pay way less. I bought a new kitchen faucet at Menards for $100. Martin's Hardware every day low price is $85 for the same delta faucet but now they have it on sale for $60 that's a 40 dollar difference then Menards. The staff at Martin's are just awesome.
