Cashiers have to stock,as well as, work the register. Sometimes they are not aware of patrons waiting at the register, but they are a wonderful group of people and if you just give a holler, they will gladly assist you. The staff is exceptionally good. Great customer service.

It's a small a cozy place, when you walk in sometimes your greeted and sometimes your not. They have almost anything you need, good for that moment you need that one thing or when you need to get that list of items. Some clothing, beauty products, cleaning, decor, food, toys, and pet products. Over all this place is great for what it is. They only way they get a 5 🌟 is when they I can get better quality items at the store. It's hit or miss.

Do they have a wifi signal blocker in store? I have the Samsung S22 (newest version) through Verizon (no problems in East Troy) and get full signal as soon as I exit, but nothing as I enter. Employees state we can try to connect to their wifi but that doesn't work either. It connects but doesn't work. I DoorDash and have to be able to see the customer list as I shop for their order. I am required to check off each item as I shop, however, I cannot do that without internet access. I can't complete order, and receive funds on company card, without internet access. I have to step outside each time I need to check off items. It's such a hassle and inconvenience as I am on a time restriction for each order.

They block internet access and claim its a dead zone but even their internet doesn't work. Unable to use app in their store because of it. Then they have a clearance section but not all items in that section are clearanced and none of them are priced. It's always unorganized and chaotic

Store was fully stocked. Good selection . Two of the aisles had items on the floor that should have been picked up.Could not go down one of the isles. Pop

The staff is very welcoming and helpful. They always stop what they are doing to help a customer. It has a very good selection. As an employee they treat their employees like a second family. Absolutely love dollar general.

I am disgusted by the way I was just treated at Dollar General in East Troy Wisconsin. I have been a frequent patron of the store for the last year and have spent hundreds of dollars at this particular location because I loved the staff and the store. However, I took my three kids to the store today to go pick out two toys each as a surprise to southend that I love them and that I'm proud for the way they have been behaving these last couple of weeks because we have been going through a stressful time. I had to write a check because I forgot my debit card at home and their machine would not except my tech and declined it. Needless to say, it was very embarrassing because there were literally 10 people behind me and only one cashier. I knew it would break my children's hearts and mind having to take the bags out of their hands and leave with nothing. I even logged onto my bank account to show them that I had literally thousands of dollars in that account, but they just brushed me off. I even called my bank and had them on the phone to further prove to them that it was not an error on my end, but they just snickered and kind of ignored me. I finally just left because I could no longer take seeing my children cry because I couldn't bring home what they had just so happily picked out. I cannot believe that those people acted the way they did, especially being that the one woman is the store manager and owner!

Very helpful staff, always find something unique there. Very cute seasonal items for Valentine's Day, Easter, Christmas, etc. Very reasonable pricing. Store is clean and organized.

I'm not a regular customer. I got great deals but I can't figure out their pricing. I got discounts at the register that I didn't see on the shelf or products.

Masks are required in Wisconsin and there was a sign on the door that said masks are required. An employee who was stocking shelves and checking people out at the register was NOT wearing a mask. I would not expect him be the "mask police" when customers don't comply, I would expect him to at least follow the mask requirement and set an example. Enter at you own risk.

Inside of that dollar general...they have a lot of stuff that you would buy at Walmart or big stores like that so to save more if prefer going there
