Came to get a bulb n the guy couldn't install it( That's fine) He said I'd have the whole assembly to be taken off. Even though I can see you didn't so went across the street n they did it in 5 minutes. The guy who sold me the harness was very nice but the other guy I talked to first. My God.

I have always had a good experience at CarQuest stores through the years at numerous locations. Their price for a starter was the lowest in the area including another CQ Warranties are honored nat locations nationwide

I came here this afternoon needing help with a drain plug for a jet ski. I have been in many parts store in my life but this store went above and beyond to help me out.The gentleman that helped me was super knowledgeable and even helped get me back on the water in no time. Super polite and helpful. He custom made a part that fit my jet ski. I will be coming back here for all my parts needs in the future. I would recommend coming here over any parts store

I'm not sure if it's under new ownership since the name change, but the last 3 visits have been lacking in customer service. All 3 times I have come in and approached the counter, I have been completely ignored by the (multiple) people behind the counter for much longer than is acceptable from a customer service stand point. If you are currently dealing with a customer I understand being made to wait, but these guys were looking at the computer at potential cars for purchase, or exchanging small talk between each other. I don't remember being treated this way any of the times I have come in over the past 5+ years. I will say, when they did finally address me and ring me up or show me the proper product I needed, they were friendly and helpful. So I will give them the benefit of the doubt one more time and if things have changed, I will update my review.

Chuck and all the guys are always very helpful and courteous to everyone that goes there. Their prices are reasonable and they can find rare parts you can't get anywhere else. I live in a different town but it's the only place I go for parts. They also stand behind the parts there sell.

Yesterday, we had issues with one of the bikes in our group, it was 5 minutes to 1:00 pm when they closed, we were not sure of the exact battery, my friend that went to pick up the battery, asked the gentleman if he was going to be around for another 5 minutes in case the battery was incorrect - he said no, he had to get out of there. But, going a step further, said gentleman stopped at our location 10 minutes later to check on us - also he had the 2nd battery with him in case the first was incorrect! WAY to go on the EXCELLENT customer service and concern!!!

These guys are great. They go way out of their way to help you find the parts that you need. They have a great supply of in stock parts and if the part you need has to be shipped in most of the time it will be there in a day or two.
