We wanted to buy several kayaks and knew NOTHING about the different options available. The manager, Bob, was so patient and helpful in explaining the different styles, sizes, features, weight guidelines, and other considerations. After we made our selections he offered to deliver them for us the same day! We cannot say enough good things about the above-and-beyond customer service we received and we will definitely head back to TSC for anything we need!

Can't tell you how many times since they have opened that I wasn't able to get my propane tanks filled. Oh, we don't have anyone here today, we are short handed, nobody knows how to fill tanks that are here right now. Will be going to Rhinelander to fill my tanks.

Rude checkout consistently. Not just grumps they are nice to friends/locals.Guess what, we aren’t tourists. We are local. But we won’t be back after experiencing this negative treatment many times.Plenty of spots to buy the same stuff at the same prices or online. & Not actually supporting a local business here.

I found the sales people extremely helpful. I had several questions about a large piece of equipment and I asked if there was someone there that could answer my questions. They called an individual up from the back and he discussed the equipment with me to even see if it would be suitable for my situation. In a way he tried to dissuade me from buying what I was interested in because he felt that something else would suit me better. It got me thinking about my purchase and was very helpful because I think I am going to buy a different piece of equipment more suitable for my situation and will cost much less. I was extremely pleased with this shopping experience.

The staff here is always friendly. I am usually greeted as I come in the door and typically the cashier will ask if I was able to find everything. On more than one occasion I received information on where to find that elusive item I was sure they did not carry.It's a well run store.

On a scale of 1-5 this store is at least a 6!! We love this store and every single employee is terrific. Can't believe prices on propane, dog food and so much more. We save a ton on every visit! Besides it's fun to shop there.

Best store I've ever shopped at. When I get home I will send you the link to the video on the phone with my mom and sister are you going to be at work tomorrow or Thursday morning and it was good to see you guys again soon and have a wonderful day and I love the Grand canyon too.

It's kinda like a mini Fleet Farm. They don't carry everything you think you would given the area we live in but you can special order just about anything you need or want and it comes in, in just a few days. The only area they need to work on is the pet department. ALL of it comes from China and most vets warn you never give your dog anything made in China. If they would get stuff made in America or Canada I would give it 5 stars but I am always forced to make another stop!

Good farm, home, and garden store. Similar to FleetFarm or RuralKing stores. Good selection of pet and live stock supplies. Lawn equipment and tools also. Fair prices and friendly service. Great place for your hardware needs.

A great alternative to ace for hardware and tools if you don't want to make the trip to Reignlander to go to Menards. Plus lots of cool stuff to look at if your interested.
