I used to enjoy shopping at Pick N Save in Eagle River until recently these last few months of '23. I have been feeling harassed by one particular employee that seems to now seek out my child and I to give him a sticker. Once was fine; but every time we went to self checkout the employee, a man, felt the need to talk to my toddler, give him stickers, and even attempt to put the sticker on my child one time until I said he's fully capable of doing so himself. My attitude and facial expressions towards this man, and even trying to block my child from him should have made it clear to leave us alone. This last time, I intentionally went to a regular checkout to avoid this employee, and he came over to give my child a sticker. I feel as if he waits for me to be busy with unloading my cart as well to approach my child. This employee is straight out unprofessional. He should not be making mothers with their children so uncomfortable that they don't even want to shop at the store anymore. I plan on speaking with someone about this, and if it happens again they will be losing my business and my families.

This store is more ghetto than a Winn Dixie on the south side. I'm surprised the tiles on the floor match and that there's even tiles at all since they're almost always out of sale items and they don't sell espresso ground coffee.

The only reason I go to Pick n Save in Eagle River is because they have some pretty unbeatable deals occasionally on items like buy two get three free twelve packs of soda pop or Doritos or Sun Chips for $1.99 each only if you buy 4 or mix and match cans of Campbell's chunky soup for $1 a can if you buy 6 but they're usually out of stock on sale items or they require the use of a digital coupon which is a huge inconvenience to try to obtain thru their website which uses tiny font and is really hard to navigate and is constantly crashing and saying "oops something went wrong" and takes forever to try to get a digital coupon for even one item. Anyone I talk to about it immediately becomes as disgusted as I am with it. I spent a couple hours trying to get a digital coupon for 12 packs of Coke products only to discover the number the website gave me was too long to punch into the self checkout register so one of the attendants had to manually override each 12 pack and enter the sale price and this was my second trip because they were out of the chips I wanted to buy that were on sale for $1.99 each and they were still out the next day. If I don't want to drive an hour and leave empty handed and don't care what the price is I'll go to trig's because they'll probably have it in stock even if it's not on sale but sometimes they have good deals too but at least they don't have a ridiculous card and digital coupon program that slows everything down but unlike Pick n Save, trig's never has a line at the self checkout so at least I can get in and out of there pretty quick which is sometimes worth more to me than saving a few bucks on a sale item that's not even in stock...

We shop at pick n save the majority of the time. They have great prices, the online coupons for savings are amazing. We shop the sales so once we put in our savers number I enjoy watching the total go down. It's become a game to see how much we can save, plus we get gas rewards that wrack up quickly. It's not uncommon to have $1 off a gallon, especially with the multiplier coupons.

This store lacks diversity in alternative, clean eating, vegetarian, and organic options. Yes, they have one or two of a mainstream organic for some items (not all), but they do not offer many options beyond that which forces your hand into buying the only option they provide - which means also buying the most expensive options. Not everyone can have dairy and/or meat for health reasons... so why not think of us when stocking your shelves?Also, this store is notorious for not keeping shelves stocked in tourist seasons which means us locals have to go without and that just sucks.

If u like fresh produce this is not the place... majority of the fruits are moldy and have to be thrown away... it's hit and miss with veggies... their beef poorly cut and never tender... the chicken is slimy and the fish is questionable... good thing you have a store in the middle of no where eagle river wisconsin

We love this place and keep coming back every year we're on vacation. This store has an awesome selection for both locals and vacationers. By the way, we've abandoned ALL of our regular BBQ sauce for their store brand Carolina sauce. We even buy it online from them when we run out. Keep it up!!!

Terrible customer service. Don't go in before 7am even if they are open! You'll have 3 employees and a store manager standing there watching you check out $640 worth of groceries and not help or open a check out lane. Instead, you get to do self check out. Worse.Grocery.Store.Ever.They have a hatred of tourists and do nothing to hide it. We are a family of 9 and needed a weeks worth of groceries. When we come back next year, I will not bring them a single dollar.

I have two complaints for this store…First, we are a tourist town, have been for mannnnny years, right? So why are you incapable of keeping supplies in stock during tourist season?? You know the busyness is coming, yet you punish locals & can’t stock enough for us. & no, “shortages” excuses don’t work because this is freaking yearly.Second, this company raised their prices on Kroger named products which now a lot of items cost close to the same as name brand… like, come on now.So, you can’t keep basic items in stock and your prices are ridiculous… might as well now go to Trigs. At least they have stocked items and now you have the same, high, pricing.

Decent prices. Good variety of items. Nice selection of fresh produce & meat. Consistently the best pre-made deli subs. The checkout register is a pain & the lines are long, but the employees are on top of it & friendly.

They are making changes and it's looking good, but the shelves aren't very full. Hope they stock up a little more. Prices are good.....much much lower than Trig's... It's a bit further to travel, but I won't shop Trig's.. it's worth the extra minutes. Staff is always friendly.. :-)

I have never seen such a angry guy working at the self check outs as today. I actually heard him be totally rude to the lady at the check out next to me. He was just yelling at people telling them to stop scanning so fast. He made me nervous to the point where I almost left my stuff and went to Triggs. Last time I shop there. I'd rather drive the extra then to ever be treated like that again. I've noticed the last few times the people are not service friendly.

Awful! One live cashier, 4 self checkouts. Huge line for the cashier. Unbelievable! This was probably my last trip there. I do not want to use the self checkout! It takes jobs away from people who are trying to put food on their table! Not to mention I stood at the customer service desk for 10 minutes and not one person that worked their asked if need assistance! Although there weren't very many workers around anyway....at least have vending machines for items behind the Customer service counter for people to purchase if you have self checkout anyway!

Having to drive 17 miles for groceries when spending time up here, you want a good variety of items to choose from. If you have the loyalty card, you can save money. Couldn't find a few items I needed but the store is located in a good spot and has lots of parking.

The prices at this location are noticeably higher on a number of products. I am not sure if it is due to their location for actual costs or if they are taking advantage of the vacation crowd not traveling with food from their homes. Other than the higher prices the quality of the food is good and the service is satisfactory.

Great store and most staff are friendly... if not likely because they're over worked as everyone is. Checkouts are ridiculous!! Be prepared to wait 10-15 mins or more to get to checkout.

We visited this store a few times while on vacation. This store is very clean, organized, and well stocked. The employees are very friendly and helpful. I found all the items I was looking for. Be sure to sign up for the free perks card for extra savings!

Wonderful experience! Everyone working here is so pleasant and helpful. They stock quality products and to help keep their fresh produce fresher they use a produce misting system from Corrigan Corporation of America, it helps lock in the vitamins and nutrients!

Great little grocery store best in town, a good variety of food and good tasting food at a fair price. Employees are friendly and helpful, however they never have enough checkout open although that has improve now that they have self checkouts and the software isnt too bad (most seniors dont seem to care for it) but there are employees there to help. The interior could use an update but I'd still take it over trigs, pamida, and walmart.

Best grocery prices in town. I love their "The Simple Truth" line. High quality for low prices. Employees will not engage you but they will reluctantly help you.

It's a full grocery store that carries everything BUT, their meat is not very good no matter what you are buying. Their prices are not very competitive with the other store in town and everytime I go there they are ALWAYS way under staffed and you have to wait forever even if you only have 2 items. I only go there if it's an emergency even though it's 2 blocks away from where I live, I will drive the extra distance for 1 item to go to the other grocery store where I can get in and out and home in the same time it would take me to go to a store 2 blocks away. WORST MEAT I have ever eaten comes from there!! Buyer beware!!
