Lexi was able to fit our long haired German puppy into her schedule and wow did she do a great job. It was tricky finding her door for entering her downstairs shop, but when she was done he was so well brushed and fluffy clean. Lexi was able to easily handle our dog’s size and energy and gave nail trim and ear cleaning too. Thanks.

Our Gordie loves seeing Lexi. Our English cream golden is always so excited to go t Lexi. He very handsome when we pick him up. Trims paws and feathers. And private areas nicely so he does not get mats and extra dirty. Thank you Lexi. Gordie mom and dad

I came in from out of town and called last minute in hopes to get my dog groomed. Lexi was very accommodating. She has a separate entrance for clients and took care to mix up the shampoo specific to my dog while I was there and had me wait a couple of minutes so my pet didn’t have to be put in a cage while she got set up. She was done within 1 hour….less than our groomers at home. The only downfall was taking my dog out to the car afterwards, there is sand and gravel to the driveway but my dog is small enough to carry. I recommend Lexi’s services. She did a great job!!!

My puppy feels amazing after seeing Lexi!Lexi has a naturally calming energy which really helped my nervous doodle. Lexi did an excellent job getting matted areas out. She was in desperate need of a cut. I was shocked at how quickly, and how well Lexi got the job done. My puppy is super proud of her haircut with lots of zoomies! Highly recommend!

Worst golden retriever grooming I’ve ever seen! No Christmas pictures this year. Why did you cut all the chest hair and top of ears and feathering off legs and tummy. He had no mats , we checked . I was horrified when we got home and got a good look at the choppy cuts all over both dogs. Your prices are way too high for an amateur. Feel ripped off! You told another customer that you spend 1 1/2 to 2 hours on each dog. Ours were both done in 2 hours.

Our Lucky loved his experience. He normally goes to a groomer in Green Bay but now we are retired we spend more time in the north woods. Exceptional grooming and attention to detail. Lucky doesn’t warm up to many people but loved Lexi!Thank you!❤️❤️

Lexi has done an outstanding job with my dogs! She does exactly what you ask and if she thinks more may be needed, let's you know. Her communication is prompt and clear. My Aussies look wonderful! My 2 older dogs went in for a quick nail trim and she was wonderful with these older dogs. I highly recommend Lexi!

Sorry, but this is a long review, as I have a lot to say.I have to start out saying that Lexi is very friendly, but I will never return.When I made my appointment, I explained that my dog was almost 16 years old and he would need some breaks during his visit (I was told that it would not be a problem). I was also told that the cost would be $65, and if he was matted, it would be $75 and that it would take 90 minutes.When we dropped him off, she was running 30 minutes late, and we waited outside with our dog until she was ready for him (that was not a problem as I understand that this can happen). After she was ready for him, we took him to her grooming area and left. Well, we got a call about 60 minutes later that he was done & we could pick him up. The first red flag was that there was no way that our dog had a break during his grooming session (we actually had to carry him up the 8 stairs to leave as we think he was in some discomfort!). Then, when we went to pay, we were told that the bill was $105!! I questioned that and was told that he was matted, so it would cost more. He has a very thick undercoat, and it does take a lot to comb it out (that is normal for this breed), but it was NOT matted. He has been groomed all his life, and we were never told that he was matted and his hair is always like this (because it is so thick, it just needs to be combed out before it is cut). Finally, after we were home,we saw that we needed to trim up sections of his hair that were uneven, and for that much money, we shouldn't have had to do that either. For those reasons, we will never return & I can not recommend her.

Our 2 Golden’s were sprayed by a skunk last night. I left a message for Lexi early this morning and she returned my call right away. Although it was her day off she did us a huge favor by doing smell removal baths. Lexi was very welcoming and personable. Hope I never need her again for a skunk issue but will certainly be back.

Lexi did a great job with my Golden Doodle! He had areas that were matted and I know it was not an easy task as it was his first grooming. Lexi was able to shave him down just as I asked and he looks great! Thank you for doing such a great job!

Lexi does an awesome job with our Finley. He is very nervous going to vet or getting groomed. Lexi has such a good nature with animals it puts Finley right at ease. She communicates very well with us about what needs or should be done. I would highly recommend her as a groomer. SHE IS AWESOME!!!!

I went to Lexi at her home I was glad to get my dog shaved.. I was desperate .. I came a little earlier than what time she told me to pick her up. She was out on her deck smoking a cigarette. I was wondering where my dog was because it was the first time she seen her Lexi told me she was lucky someone was there to help her with my dog. I informed her before I went that she was 140lbs she continued to tell me “how she needs her blades sharpened “. The price kept going up I ended up paying$190 which I did not care. My dog was left in a basement with no water. She drank 5 bowls of water & she was limping. She also had razor burns My dog does not like to be groomed anymore which she went every 4 months I feel bad I put my rescue through this

Lexi does a great job with our 15+ year old Bearded Collie Haley. We keep her in a puppy cut because she hates grooming, but does great with Lexi. Haley has had some medical issues and doesn't stand well, but Lexi lets me stay and help hold her up, se works quickly and purposeful and Haley always looks great when done. Keep up the great work.

I was having trouble finding someone to trim my dogs claws due to my work schedule. Someone recommended Lexi to me so i reached out. Lexi was able to get my dog in at a convenient time that work for her and i. The only issue i had was my dog being skiddish but lexi was very gentle with her and even tried to give her a treat. I could see from the time pepper and i met lexi to the time we left that pepper was already starting get used to her. I will definitelybe bringing pepper back for any grooming needs and will definitely be bring my other dog darwin to her too.
