I have to share the experience I had today. The staff here is consistently good, but today's trip was especially great. I found everything I needed, and the gal checking me out received me warmly. She asked me if I had their rewards app, which I did, but I didn't have my reading glasses. Instead of being impatient, she helped me find it on my phone, and was cheerful through the whole process. After taking my groceries to my car I realized she totally made my day, and I went back inside to ask her name.Thank you, Donna!

Employees are very friendly and helpful they know who we are when we go in and !lways say hi. Prices are a little is guess to be expected in a little town like ours. Generally have everything that we need.

Don’t bother with any promotions the store has going on. While they are usually courteous and helpful, today the checkout employees were more concerned with who was taking their lunch break and when to bother with any form of courtesy at the checkout. Given my receipt without even a glance. When I tried to get a cashiers attention to ask for the promotional stamps for my purchase, I was completely ignored. I won’t bother next time.

I love this store. The people are very helpful And very friendly. They sell things you can't find in large grocery stores. Best small town grocery store around.

Nicely laid out floor plans. They had good sales, fresh food and vegetables. Prices are a little pricey but understandable due to it being a small town supermarket. Staff is very friendly, the store is very clean and they have everything you need.

It's very convenient, that in Durand we have a supermarket with such a good assortment. Yes, prices are a little bit high, but what do you expect if it's just one store using 20 miles around 😂Like, that you can find a photo printing station. It makes calendars, collages, just plane pictures and also, you can make a picture on passport! You will not able to find any place in the town to do it.

Hot deli food is awful. Chicken super greasy, Mac and cheese hard, carrots hardly cooked. Had the 2 piece with sides and one piece was so small it was bone and breading. Funny, she gave me a punch card? Really. Waste of $10 for lunch with no drink

I liked the store... It was bright and well organized. I liked that the carts had an attached index listing all the various items along with their aisle location. Staff was friendly and it was everything I expected that reflects Midwest congeniality.

Small community grocery store. Prices are higher than average chain food markets. Store has a deli that offers fried chicken and other hot foods. Employees are friendly, welcoming, eager to assist, and knowledgeable of store inventory and availability plus surrounding communities.

I live in eau claire,I drive to durand to get my meat. And of course other items, I dont think the prices are any higher then ec. I will precede to shop there, great staff!

I don't know what's changed in the deli but the last two times we've got chicken tenders they have been dry and tuff, they used to be moist and delicious
