Went for the first time and very disappointed. ALL robot checkouts. when I said to myself "so i have to check myself out" a woman come over and said please stop yelling when I wasn't. Apparently, I was behind one of the non-self-checkouts and she got mad. I had no idea where to go. first time here and confused. Will never go back. i just continue going to family dollar like i have been for years. why is this place here??? no clue. but whoever works there... (I don't know what work is if it's all self-checkouts) is very rude. the woman was like I'm on the phone with the truck... ??ok will never go back but not like they care.

I really enjoy the self checkout option as there tends to be no wait. The one time I had to be checked out by someone the teen was super friendly.

Employees on phone, dirty unswept floors. Rude management. That rude woman needs to go or this store will not have much business. Struggled with self check out taking mo ey and manager/assistant manager said she could not exchange my bill for a different one. Been a few times this woman has been rude!

An employee followed me like a common theif and would ask a lot of questions even though I didn't need assistance, I grabbed and item to look at it and she got mad at me and asked in a rude tone "is it even your size?"
