The worst Walmart I've ever been to. The people at the self-checks treat you like a criminal, hovering over you and constantly checking your phone to make sure you scanned everything. The self-check area is crowded with extra cards (that I'm sure they think is helpful) instead of worrying about all that they should be trying to keep the area clean which it was not.

I was in the self check out. I had my items on the left side which had not yet been scanned, and on the right side which were in a bag as they had been scanned. An associate came over to me and started touching 2 small rugs on the left and asked me if I had scanned them. I said, No I have not scanned them yet, Why? She did not answer me but walked away. She did not greet me or Say Have a nice day. I found interaction really unpleasant. I am going to a different WalMart next time instead of the WalMart in Dodgeville, WI.

The same as most other Walmarts, clean and efficient, with a wide variety of foods and products. I always get prompt attention at the pharmacy, and prices are reasonable.

I have had good experiences here and a unpleasant experience here. For the most part the employees seem great and are very helpful. There's a second shift female team lead that for some reason, whether she was having a bad day, being extremely lazy and didn't want to do her job, or just decided she hated me tried to not do my returns for me. Even though I had my receipts and nothing was wrong with the items she went on to make up, some made up policy I had never heard of, not in my 25 years of returning at walmart anyway. Then I had my id for a few items, I didn't have the receipt for, but made up another lie, before even starting the return, which is when I politely left, as I had a graduation to attend. She was one of the rudest employees I have ever dealt with at a Walmart. Makes me rethink where I shop. On the other hand, they have a great game room for kids to play in, while their parents shop, ect. Those machines aren't as expensive, as most ride on games are elsewhere.

Steve in the automotive center is a lifesaver!!! On a family trip to the grand canyon and got a flat. He had us back on the road in less than 30 minutes! Tried to tip him and he refused (WalMart policy but nonetheless) Great dude!

I have learned that most of the Walmart Supercenter stores r NOT 5 ⭐ worthy (example...poor customer service, store cleanliness, items completely out of stock, OR not even having items that I can ONLY find @ Walmart)

Store employees are friendly and helpful but the bathroom (womens) is always disgusting. Clogged toilets with humane waist on them

When they first remodled it was OK, but now it is going DOWN HILL FAST. Be sure to check the expiration dates and price at check-out as I have seen allot or outdated items (3 Today) and prices that ring up incorrect (1 today).

Delivery Experience - PERFECT!They (Joshua) nailed it and was here 2 hours BEFORE the quoted time.Understandably, it's a new service in our area but really came in handy today!And 2 hours early!

None of the recent changes make sense. Self checkout is horrible and inconvenient. I wish there were better options near me. This might be the worst Walmart ever. Employees are helpful and nice, unfortunately that is the only bright spot.

Very nice clean Walmart. Slightly different layout then I'm used to but still efficient. Good prices compared to other local places. Nice parking. Could use one.of the purple heart parking spots and maybe a few more handicap spots.Very clean inside friendly workers. Shelves were well stocked aswell.

Some dumb basss had no customer skillz and they where vary rude to my sister and mom hope they get fired I will make a video about how they treated people and she and he where running stuff in the photo department because there where no one in the photo department and they were rude we asked if we could get a apple accessory to unlock the box and grab it so they where rude about it and pretend to call someone to help them they walked away !someone saw it and helped us! It was a girl and boy that where rude! The nice person had a lip piercing and nose piercing had a braid red hair she helped us!

The store looked clean and well kept. The gentleman who checked us out was very friendly and courteous, a real asset to Walmart I would say. The only downside was I witnessed an employee collecting shopping carts in the parking lot and he slammed a long train of carts into someone's pickup truck, setting off the car alarm, without checking for damage or leaving a note.

Some shelves were disheveled, messy. Aisles seem more narrow. Very difficult maneuvering on a store scooter.Associates must not have much of a dress code. Many look very sloppy, like they just crawled out of bed. Sad that Walmart doesn't have much pride anymore in how they present themselves to the public.

It's Walmart. I've been in nicer ones, but I've also been in much, much, much worse ones. (Des Moines, Madison, probably any large city near the ghetto neighborhoods) They're yogurt selection is pretty paired down compared to HyVee but probably similar or better than the local Piggly Wigly. Looks quite a bit nicer since the remodel (Summer 2023). I think I still prefer the one in Platteville. It's enormous and has more food options.

Horrible customer service at night they don't even know how to tend to problems at the self check out. They made me check out $200 of groceries 3xs to try to figure the issue out myself. Ended up leaving with only $70 of groceries and a headache. When I addressed a manager that stood behind the customer service counter watching instead of attempting to help cause my issue was a issue that has been tended to before she just smiled and says ok.

We went in to the optical department to get my glasses fixed. One of the lenses had come out. The lady fixed them and I asked how much I owed her. She replied nothing. I would definitely recommend going there.

I'll take this Walmart over most. It's somewhat always clean, and when you call them for questions they answer the phone immediately, including the auto care center. But just like all Walmarts most of the people who work there really don't know their job, and we'll just point you to a number and say your product is that way. But hey others other than that Walmart is Walmart.
