We love shopping here for our cats and dogs needs. We have a dog with a gluten allergy and they help us with food and treats for him. They even substituted items in the Thanksgiving bag so he could get one as well.Groomer is amazing, our boy comes out looking so much happier. Needs feet hair trimmed, which is done so nicely each time. He also will only let his nails be trimmed with the grinder and he is taken care of so nicely.The staff us always so friendly and helpful. We love coming here. <3

I took my small dog here for a grooming. The groomer did a good job with the overall quality. I would come here again. They also found my little fellas favorite toy to replace the old one, which is showing how well loved it has been and needs to be replaced. He is getting it for Easter from the Easter bunny! 😁

I recently had an experience with Alisha commenting about my lifestyle . It was completely inappropriate from the place of business that watches my dog because she has serious, separation anxiety. I am keeping my dog three hours away instead of trusting alisha’s anymore after spending $5000 on my dog last year. she’s awful. follow up, she just ignored my request for a paper final bill and charged my credit card against my wishes.

I love this place! They have a really great staff that gives really good advice for your pet. They have a lot of products. They also have kennels for pet stays, and a grooming station. I go here a lot for my cats. Stop in and check it out. They have a decent parking area.

I absolutely love it here. Such a cozy little area and the staff is always so nice and helpful. Makes me grateful I don’t have to go to Madison to get insects for my lizards. I also love petting the kitties they got roaming in the store :)

I love this place. The staff is amazing with my really old kitty. She can be quite a challenge to give a haircut because of her loose skin left over from having kittens. These guys are kind and patient to make sure the job is done up to par with minimal stress every visit. The store selection was quite impressive as well. The toys especially are unique and not something you find at a pet store. I will be going back for some pet shopping in the near future.

I RARELY write reviews, but I thought the service Alisha's Best of Friends provides warrants one. We are so grateful for Alisha's. The store is very well-supplied and the employees are always helpful and cheerful.We live in the country, 15 minutes from any town and 25 minutes from pet food supplies. We can't get food or groceries delivered to our house, but, amazingly, Alisha will deliver our pets' food to our place in a timely fashion whenever we order. Alisha's willingness to go out of her way to get our pets what they need has ensured that we'll always be life-long customers.

I took my mini goldendoodle here for grooming. She was only 6 months old. When I picked her up she was so scared, shaking, whimpering, and trying to hide. The did do a good job clipping her and reasonably priced but she was so scared I will be looking for a place where she's not petrified when I pick her up. I don't know what this groomer did to my baby to make her so scared. I brought her to this place because the first place she had grooming her was so expensive but at least she wasn't crying and shaking when I picked her up there. The groomer I had atAlisha's was male and not very friendly. The woman I paid was very nice.

We went out to Dodgeville snowmobiling and needed accommodations for our 11 month old black lab for the weekend. They were very helpful and welcoming and a huge inventory of pet supplies if needed. We received updates to let us know our pup was doing well which gave us peace of mind as it was his first boarding experience. Lots of play time too and he came back to us the same pup we dropped off. It was very affordable as well. Thanks to the entire staff!!!

Alisha is always so helpful and will order things for her customers when they are looking for a certain thing or food for her customers. She has an excellent pet store. Her prices for dog, cat, bird, etc. food are competitive and even lower than prices in the surrounding area. She has excellent dog groomers as well as help. I am always recommending Alisha's Best of Friends to everyone I know that is looking for great prices, groomers and kenneling of their pets.

We recently lost our beloved 12 1/2 year old Lhasa Apso but had gone to Alisha's for her "spa" days her entire life. Pam always took great care of her as if she were one of the family and always loved getting pretty at her visits. Price was very reasonable too. Alisha and her staff have been so warm and welcoming to me and my puppy since day one. My dog loves coming to daycare each day and he is completely tuckered out at the end of the day. They really do treat the dogs as their own and they really care about their wellbeing. Alisha is also a great source of advice when it comes to pet food/treats/supplies.

Sorry she never gave me prices on Steve's real food??? I also have emailed her to ask about prices on primal raw food??? I have yet to hear back??? I will be shopping elsewhere for my raw dog food.

Brought in my dog Hershey to board. He's a energetic pomsky, causes mischief and marked his territory. After a week at Alisha's he quit marking territory and has been a much better boy! Thank you everyone for taking such good care of my boy!

Been going to these guys for dog boarding for 2 years. We have a nervous dog who has been known to nip people out of fear and they have never had an issue nor have they turned us away. Both of our dogs come back happy and a few times they have stolen toys from other dogs kennels (we give them back) so we know they get socialized and have a fun time. I am sure whatever incident occurred with the escaped dog was traumatic and they will learn from their mistakes. I will continue to bring my pets here because I trust them. I actually drive almost an hour each way because of the level of care and the friendly staff.

LOVE this place! It has everything you'd need for your dogs, cats, birds, fish, lizards, rabbits, gerbils etc etc. The owner always has a smile for you and is more than willing to order whatever you need if she doesn't have it in-house. It's a pleasure to spend money here.

I had asked for alisha to call me about pricing for a dog food that she said she could order for me. Waited for over a week for the call and never heard from her. Went to the store and she said she didn’t know what flavor I wanted and that’s why she never called. She could have called and asked but instead she was careless and failed to inform me that she needed more information. This pet store is a JOKE! The only reason people go here is because it’s unfortunately the only pet store in dodgeville. NOT WORTH IT. Not only is she careless but she and her mother (who is one of the groomers) are quite rude.
