Arrived 30 minutes late. Got right into a door. Not fast loaders here. There's two shipping and receiving offices. The one in the back is for beef and the one in the front is for everything else. No restrooms. Not a bad place to load at. Just don't be in a hurry

Easy to get to. Parking available on their side road. Appointment was at 0800. Docked by 0730 and Bill's in hand by 0810. Text your po# to the number on the door. Quick response to texts. Friendly staff. Scale at Quick Trip truck stop close by.

Got there at 12:30 for a 1 appointment, left at 7:50 and there was only 3 trucks ahead of me. 10/10 would not recommend. And zero communication until they came out to back me in. Missed out on a good paying reload thanks to this joint!

I don't know why the bad reviews. I arrived 15 minutes before my appointment time , assigned a door right away and loaded and left in under an hr. Great place

Text to check in but they don’t communicate well between each other/ text you. Instead they’ll come bang on the door directly contradicting what they are saying via text. The door (I think it’s 10) is stupid ridiculous to get in because of the angle of the lot/building. With all that being said, the staff did seem fairly friendly and the parking on the street was necessary for me, but it’s for sure not a favorite place for me. I love Wisconsin but this place is low on my list.

Appointment at 0900, texted at 0730. Didn't get in a door until 1400. Loaded by 1435 I got to watch about 12 different trucks come in and out in those hours that I was sitting there. At least they did let me use the bathroom. If you're here and you get stuck like I did just text the number and ask politely to use the bathroom. The people I did interact with in-person were very pleasant, please in the future be more mindful of the appointments you set and the expectations you have for us drivers to show up on time and to get the load there in a timely manner.

Only good thing is you can park on the side of the road after unloading. Generally take about 4 hrs to get you in a door and unload you. There's a BP station with a McDonald's next to it 1.5 miles away with truck parking. Lately they've been doing better on the unloading times. Good luck

Be on your appointment time. They load me just in 40 minutes. Very fast service. Overnight parking by the street of wearhouse.

10 pallets to deliver. Sitting here 2 hrs so far no one else here and they are unloading a dropped trailer next to me... don't understand it! It would take 5 min to unload but here is sit!

10am appointment, I was told by the clerk to put it at a door. Two hours later I was told the product was “too warm” standby. 2 hours later I had clean bills and an empty trailer.

Appt was at 3pm, texted the PO number at 230pm. DID NOT GET A DOOR TILL ALMOST MIDNIGHT! Why have drivers text if you won't communicate back? They didn't even have all the product so the load was light. This place is a joke. If companies read this- don't send your driver's here, they deserve better, their time is important too. SALM ought to be ashamed of themselves and how they "run" this place. 1 star is only because the guy loading was friendly.

I called 1 hour before my appointment to say I would be 3 hours late due to shipper taking 8 hrs to load me. I had to wait for one truck to be unloaded and then was put directly in a dock. Total time... 1 hourMcDonald's with truck parking just down the street... family restaurant across the street is good

Hit or miss. First time here and I was in a door right away and loaded in an hour. 2nd time here and all their doors are filled with dropped trailers. They overloaded me and took an hour to take off one pallet and print off new paperwork

As you drive in there is a nice McDonald's with a huge overnight parking lot available. On-site parking is also available on Kronburg Ct.

10/2/22....my delivery was smooth...arr8ved at 10am for 12pm appt...texted the number to check in...got immediate reply with a door assignment...communicated a tlr 8n that door and was directed to another door...communicated that I put the bills in the back of the tlr and got a reply...they brought my bills out to me when they were done...maybe 2 hrs total time ..

I showed up for my first night of work last night and the guard panicked bc I wasn’t there on Sunday night to start bc I was sick. He pawned me off on someone else saying they can deal with it. Then she starts complaining saying thanks to the guard all sarcastic and then I. A negative tone said, tonight’s going to be a fun night. Way to make new employees feel welcome. What a joke!

Nice staff, hit and miss on loading and unloading, I've shown up a full 24 hours early and been loaded and then there are nights like tonight when they are short product and I will be sitting and waiting .Oh well at least the are honest about this and keep you informed

Just a very poor company to work for. They dont care about their employees and are ONLY worried about their bottom dollar and force ppl to stay home and wont pay them when its not their fault or choice. Would not recommend this company to anyone and i wouldnt eat the sausages they make!!! If its dropped onto the floor it gets picked up n put back on the line!!
