Rarely go there anymore since they got rid of their cashiers and went to self check out. No thank you! I already have a job I get paid to do. Not a fan of volunteering at Walmart!

I needed something in an emergency and drove the 15 mins to this store instead of 20 mins in the opposite direction to Lake Geneva, all for you guys to close early. Your online hours say 11 PM. I’m writing this currently at 10:56 PM after leaving the store and everything. How annoying and inconvenient considering I was in actual need of ONE thing and could have made it to the other Walmart but now can’t. I’ll pass on Delavan Walmart in the future

The Delavan store is incompetent with delivery orders. Always missing items and have to call for refund cause the store can't do anything about it. Shop LAKE GENEVA Wal-Mart, never an issue with them.

Worst experience. Ordered item (1). Notified ready for pickup. 55 minutes later I received my item. 4 people lied to me saying order was "lost" then they said needed to be repicked, then said manager had to pull from case. Spoke with manager and he was NEVER notified. A bunch of liars in that store. Sounds like they were trying to steal the (expensie) item.

Honestly was surprised by the new assortments offered at the Delevan Walmart. They had some cool new brands that my local store doesn’t normally. It felt like Walmart is upping their game to Target brands offered. The liquor store was separate but had once again a really cool different assortment!

I have been to several Walmarts and I have to say the one in Delavan was the cleanest, most organized one I have ever been to. I was so impressed by it that I will most likely go out of my way to shop at that one instead of the one in my town. Keep up the good work!

Tried calling and talking to customer service/operator and phone just kept ringing and ringing. No one answered and I tried several times at different times.Walmart is not the store, Sam Walton built in the beginning. Very sad and disappointing

If you need change to use their vending machines, dont bother asking. Apparently it's against their rules, "someone might see" screw them. Deny a simple request, lose a customer

I typically use grocery pickup, and this location doesn't seem to have it together. It always takes so long, so I prefer the mukwonago location.

Handicapped parking and building access. Restrooms ate handicapped friendly. Great staff. The floors near check out and customer service still look dirty. Only 1 checker at tge register at 8am. Some times takes awhile to get thru. Parking lot appears abit messy. Seams one one can locate one of many if tge garbage cans around. O well.

I really like this Walmart, it's easy to find things, and they rarely have out of stock issues. There's usually at least a few employees around, if you need assistance. There can sometimes be a wait if you need assistance in electronics, especially if it's close to closing time. Sometimes they don't have both sides of self checkout open, which is a bit annoying.

It would be much better if there were lines with actual cashiers. The few opened had too long of lines so I had to use the self checkout. Then half the self checkout lines were closed. I had a lot of items so it would have been better if at least the self checkout lines with the belt were opened. I see no reason for ever having any self checkout lanes closed it is not like there is an actual cashier.Still working as an unpaid Walmart cashier.Unbelievable but they had a cashier available this time. Maybe they read my comments and I am sure many others said the same.

So...it's my birthday. I'm driving far from home...my tire pressure is dwindling. Quickly. I'm a 67 year old woman; I can't chance it on country roads. Two tire places can't fit me in. So I try Walmart. Here comes Jamie to the rescue. If I had to have bad luck on my birthday, this is where I am lucky to have had it. Thanks!

If you need help in this store, you need to find an older associate. The kids look at you as if they don't know what you're talking about. Finding a good associate in the store is a problem. You can go over by the area where customers pick up groceries. There are usually a group in there standing around talking, but they are teens who don't want to help anyone.Don't have much choice but to shop there unfortunately.

Sent my significant other to grab formula and the doors were locked. He showed up before 1030. He told me there was a lot more people besides himself trying to get in. I called to comfirm and the lady I spoke to said she said they shouldnt be locked, then said she was going to double check and just hung up, no call back, nothing. Unbelievable that you allow your employees to lock BOTH doors before your closing time. It's already sad enough that you are no longer 24 hrs but now it's becoming just another store. Might as well support local businesses especially if this is how your staff handles customer service.

Item marked $6.64 go to self service check out I am charged $10.96. No one is around to help me so I cancel my check out. Still no one to help so I just leave go back and check that I saw the price correctly. I did so they marked it down after my second check out. It’s pretty sad that a company of Walmarts size and value needs to use thes tactics to rip off customers. It would be a different story if the price was corrected but on another visit the same error could be found. This is not the first time this has happened. Come on Walmart get your act together and quit trying to deceive your customers. You also need more help at your self service checkouts.

I understand that this store is closer to the touristy areas but this store is horrendous. It's very picked over, under stocked in many products and if they do have an item you have to get on your hands and knees to crawl in the back of shelf to get it. With all them fancy new self check outs they can afford to hire more staff to clean and organize things. Beloit walmart has it together better and that's saying somthing.

Less than one star is more than you deserve. Not enough check out people to check folks out. Get it through your heads that us old folks will not do self checkout. How bout bringing some service back and do it the way it's supposed to be done.

Professional clean store.Some employees still masked.Social distancing absolutely NO PROBLEM.Employees unboxing & stocking merchandise all throughout the store.Reasonably friendly customer service when we needed assistance.All was mostly pleasant UNTIL I had to use the restroom:I should've taken a few pics between customers, as there was hunks, bits & streams of toilet paper & paper towels scattered literally all over the bathroom.There was absolutely ZERO soap or hand sanitizer in ANY of the dispensers.And the entire women's restroom smelled like a rotting diaper.There's absolutely no excuse for ANY public bathroom here in the USA to both look AND smell like something from a flea market or, worse, a developing country.Not only was this disgusting - it's a legit health hazard!Please, Walmart, have your custodial staff check on AND clean all public restrooms when AND where needed.The women's restroom was disgusting!
