The folks that work here do an excellent job and my issue is a choice that the company has made. If you call Walgreens Be sure you understand that the chances of talking to somebody in the pharmacy are pretty slim. Chances are your call will be answered by somebody in a call center. Knowing this I almost always ask them if they are in the pharmacy or call center. Forgetting about that today, I asked questions and was given an answer that was incorrect, and could’ve been handled easily by an actual pharmacy technician. When the call center answers the phone They do so Announcing themselves as a Technician, Because of the stupidness of their answers I don’t believe this is true. I feel lied to!!! This was the last straw no more Walgreens.

Went there on Christmas eve for a few last minute items, and the girl working the front register was unbelievably rude. Could not have made it more obvious that she wanted to be ANYWHERE but there. Gave her the benefit of the doubt, holidays are stressful. Went back about a week later, and no, she's just a b****. Great representation walgreens.

I have had my fair share of hiccups with many Walgreens locations. However, Delavan Walgreens pharmacy staff have all been so kind every time I have utilized them. Last night they exceed my expatiations the pharmacist last night Adam helped fix a mishap with my medications due to Fort Atkinson Walgreens messing up prescription and sending a claim to insurance when no medications where picked up. I spoke with Adam and he explained to me why I was unable to fill my medications until next month due to that claim but insured me he would call my insurance and see if he can fix it (I was absolutely not expecting him to 1. Actually call my insurance due to past experiences I have had with other Walgreens locations. 2. My medication problem be solved that night leaving me without my medication) and within 15 minutes he personally calls me back and corrected everything and from the time my medications were sent in to not even an hour later they were ready. I was very impressed and he went above and beyond insuring I got my medications. I would drive an hour from where I live to just use this Walgreens again from my experience yesterday.

I would give 0 stars if I was able too after the encounter I experienced tonight. The pharmacist, Chris is extremely rude. Waiting in line, both inside the store & the drive thru, for over 90mins now, this is my 2nd time approaching the window, being told "it's going to be at least 30-35mins" I explained that the previous tech has just had me wait 25mins & the pharmacist's response was "Well I don't care, that's the kind of night that I'm having & you will NOT rush me with this medication." Are you kidding me? I completely understand that it was busy and that I am not the only customer. I waited patiently the first 25mins but there's no patiently waiting after being told, ever-so-rudely, to wait for another 30mins a 2nd time. Maybe if he wasn't such a condescending prick, then I would have waited patiently a 2nd time. Also, maybe if the young, very obviously NEW employee that doesn't seem to have the slightest clue as to what she is doing, wasn't standing around on her cell phone when both drive thru lanes have 2+ vehicles waiting to be helped and a line of 3 people waiting to be helped inside the store, then they wouldn't be so busy and have to be total jerks to their customers for no reason. It is now 8:45pm and I am STILL waiting for them to fill my prescription. Absolutely ridiculous!!! Will be switching over to a different Walgreens after tonight!

I understand why more and more people are avoiding the pharmacy here. Today I had to deal with their pharmacist. Tall auburn brown haired guy about 6"4" glasses. What a jerk! If he were a doctor, I would say he had absolutely no bedside manner. No customer service skills. We are considering pulling all pharmacy business from there and encouraging our friends also.

I just got my 2nd doses of Pfizer vaccine done here. I had to wait for a few minutes to get every setup. They got a small room to get it done in private. The staff was nice and friendly.

The fact the people in the pharmacy even are allowed to handle medication is atrocious. The level of incompetence they have is outstanding. You have to love not being able to have a prescription filled because multiple workers act out of ignorance and arrogance even when you've had your doctor's office has addressed them directly to try and resolve their discrepancies. Great work ethic employees 👏 Keep it up!

Store is nice but pharmacy techs are extremely rude. They are young girls that work the drive thru. Went for a covid test and the girl helping me acted like I was an inconvenience to her. I was nothing but nice to her. Someone needs to make sure these techs are taught about customer service. No respect and its happened more than once there.

The pharmacy seems to not be able to fill a prescription in the time it takes me to drive from the Janesville urgent care all the way to Delavan. Seems to me they don’t fill prescriptions until you show up for them and then expect you to just sit and wait 10-15 minutes for them to do something that should’ve been done and ready before I showed up but I guess I will just sit in pain and wait for you to do your job. This has happened twice now in two weeks. When a prescription is sent to you maybe try getting it ready for the customer instead of waiting until they show up for it just a thought.

I have not always had the best or quickest service...but one person here has made me change my mind about switching pharmacies. JERRY has gone above and beyond the call of duty to help get things figured out with annoying insurance company. Thanks again, for taking the extra time and effort over past 5 hours, so my very sick child can receive the medication needed to help relieve her suffering.

I don't know if this Walgreens is just overwhelmed with customers, understaffed or what but expect to wait. The drive through lane is usually several cars long, if you order a prescription ahead it won't be ready by the time specified, and I had to wait 50 minutes to get a shingles shot- which I had an appointment for. Staff is pleasant, but I am going to switch pharmacies.

Love this Walgreens. Clean and fully stocked. Friendly employees and somebody always close by to the register to help check you out and if the line gets long they bring you over to a different counter. The pharmacy is not the only thing at Walgreens and the store should not have three stars because of the pharmacy alone.

I am writing this review just for the COVID-19 test. I got tested last Saturday, it has been a week and I still have not received my results. I called and they said 5-7 business days. So basically that can be two weeks. They said the laboratory still haven’t received my results! What’s the point of getting the test if I don’t know until two weeks after? I got the test so I know if I am okay, not just to take it. If this was a free test then I’d understand why it takes long but it’s at a Walgreens, so it is not free. I suggest anyone to go to Illinois to get a test. I went to Illinois a few times and I got my results in 1-2 days. This is honestly ridiculous that I still don’t know my results after a week.

I am so grateful to employees Sherri and Dolton for their high level of customer care and patience. A late Saturday night shop was quickly becoming a headache when my couponing approach wasn’t working as I had planned. Sherri was so friendly and a tremendous help. Dolton was exceptionally patient and helpful in navigating my calculating errors and in walking me through the order. I am so impressed with the level of service I received, especially at the end of a long day! Thank you Sherri and Dolton!

The pharmacy here is inept. They don't fill your order in time when you do phone or internet refills. Once I placed a refill order while actually standing at their Delavan counter and they somehow shipped it to Harvard, IL. Another time, when I have called to inquire about whether a prescription was ready, the male pharmacist was incredibly rude over the phone. Go to Walmart or CVS and get your prescriptions filled! This place is AWFUL!!

I changed insurance and they said I needed to send in a prior authorization form to have my insurance cover my medication. The next day they still had not received a response and so I said I will just pay with my HSA or with cash and take my medication because I NEED to take my medication everyday - this is what my Dr. ordered!They would not let me pay with my HSA or with cash... They would not give me my medication that I needed and they offered no solution.How can a company refuse to let me pay for medication my Dr has prescribed?Chris, the person who I spoke to was extremely rude and condescending. He was also extremely cold and uncaring - you could tell that he did not have any compassion or empathy for my situation.I have never been treated so horribly by a company and I will never set foot in another Walgreens as long as I live - I suggest you do the same.

The man working this Sunday morning was very unpleasant to deal with. I drove up to get an ANTIBIOTIC and he proceeded to say “Friday you were prescribed amoxicillin, what’s going on” I said “yeah, And the amoxicillin is making me super sick with stomach cramps that I can barely move” with a condescending tone he said “uh yeah that’s what amoxicillin does” apparently he was waiting to hear back from the doctors office as to why I was prescribed this... honestly why is that his concern? THE DOCTOR changed it.. why does it matter? So basically I wasn’t able to get my antibiotic for an infection that’s currently spreading around my face. So thanks for that 👍🏻
