The greasy man with glasses(didn’t catch the name) in the back by the chicks should probably be talked to about his terrible customer service skills. We went with a few children excited to check out the chicks and buy some! When we got there they were all gone. He was incredibly rude. Just sat at his little desk and stared us. Usually at this point if you notice customers interested in your inventory you say something like ‘sorry about that we just ran out’ or ‘they will be back in on such and such date’. Instead when my son and husband went around the side and accidentally hit the unlock door open (they’re usually locked at every other TS for this reason) he screamed at them literally so loud the store could hear.

I love this place. I have been going here for the past five years. They have had the same staff almost the entire time. they are all knowledgeable and friendly. They know all the regulars. They are probably the biggest reason I continue to shop there rather than other stores that are slightly cheaper nearby.

I came to town for work and fell in love with this place! If art inspires you, come to this place for a visit. Baymont Inn has a great staff, rooms are very clean, and it has just been all around nice being here. Oh, the coffee is ready 24/7….

Very Knowledgeable of the products they sell makes it super nice to deal with them 👍 the only issue I have is the offered free delivery on all there mowers and I purchased it one day before that offer 😕 I feel they could of stepped up and offered that to me . Overall great people to deal with

Great prices on items. Always worth checking them out. The propane is sold by volume so even if you go with a not quite empty bottle you get charged for a top up not a full fill. You don't get that at the exchanges.

I went in to be "met" by 3 employees, all standing there doing nothing. I needed an item the internet had informed me of being available in store at this specific location. Every single one of them just told me no; they don't have it without even looking to see what the item was. They never even bothered to move a foot to try and figure out if they really did or not. The most they all did was tell me that the internet means their online store, and if it says they have it, I'm wrong ... left and went to the fleet farm down the road, which coincidently had the same item on the internet, stating it was also available in stock at the fleet farm.... take a guess if a representative helped me by looking up the item and walking me straight to it so I could purchase it? Don't go here... Go to fleet farm. It's a 3-minute drive from this tractor supply.

It was close to home I called and found out they had what I needed and when I got there they had a better deal than I expected. It's a nice friendly place with good prices. I will go back and check out there again when I know that there's something that I need. The people are friendly and helpful.

This place has a yesterday feeling to it. It suffers from the new presence of a major development almost directly across the road from it. It has a mostly empty very large parking lot. Its like someone threw a birthday party and only three guests showed up. Inside its understaffed. The young gal who was there was very pleasant and helpful but not knowledgeable. Needs updating. However, lots of unusual stuff if you are a guy who likes to explore.

Great prices and selection of farming and homesteading supplies for in- and outdoors! Feed and parts for the farm, yard, and garden, but also seeds, houseware, decorations, books, a few toys, and clothing. Has some items that you don't see elsewhere...

We stopped in to check out the baby chicks as we had never been here before and my significant other loves chickens. When we asked what the different chicks were the lady was unable to tell us or find out for us so that's kind of a big deal when we are trying to figure out what to get.However they did have the big femur bones we give to our dogs and they are hard to find at times so this is a plus.If you are looking for a Menards like place dedicated to animals and farm stuff this is the place to go. Over all I would say its worth checking out..

Very large store with quality merchandise. We shopping for a dog bed and didn't really look at the whole store. Good prices on pet supplies. Seems to be the type of store that "if they don't have it you probably don't need it" type of store.

I like going here, but it's also the only place around that you can go and get these types of farm items. You got to know who to talk to when you come here because some of the people are very very knowledgeable and other people have no idea what they're doing. I've asked several people about certain specifics of certain items and often times I met with a Blank Stare. Having no other options in the area I've learned about who to ask for what question. They have a good selection of products and are decently priced. There a couple of young women that work here that have been with the company for a long time and are extremely knowledgeable and have experience in farming and other types of activities involving livestock and poultry. I cannot remember their names but if you do go there try and seek them out as they are by far the most helpful people that work there.

This was my first visit to the Delavan WI store. Store personnel were wonderfully helpful, walking me through the process of using the special order kiosk and explaining the benefits of that process. Since it's a bigger store than the one I usually visit, I'll be back to explore it in more detail.

After driving 45 minutes to Delevan to buy an item that was confirmed to be in stock by.another TSC store, the associate I asked where I could find the item told me it had been put away in the back. When I asked him to go in back.to get it for me because I just drove 45 minutes to get it he told me it was in a really big box and it would take too much time for him to look for it. This was in the middle of the day, so it's not like the store was closing soon or anything. This is one store I won't be going back to.

I found a baby duck in my yard no other ducks in sight have looked under every bush there is. The young man was very helpful to show me some chick starter and a heat lamp. I only wish I hadn't found this little duck.

Always a joy to go in the Delavan Wisconsin store. All the employees are pleasant and listen to what you are telling them. I get all my feed from TSC (dogs, cats, birds, and chickens)
