I stopped in to get some license plate screws. Mike was very helpful. He went out of his way to bring the box of screws out to make sure we had the right fit, and he went as far as putting my plates on for me. This was not something he had to do but was very nice of him to do so! Five stars for Mike!

Walked in about 10 minutes before closing time looking for a chainsaw. I was going back and forth on a few models and Tom walked me through comparing features. Before we finished I remembered I needed gas fittings for a garage furnace. Without even having to look anything up Tom walked me to the pipe area and grabbed everything I needed. Without him I probably would have had a few trips back and forth. Thanks again, super satisfied with TNT Ace!

i been buying in the store for years and the employes are very helpful and kind but recently i been getting rude treatment from 2 old ladies that look unhappy to see me when i walk there to pay the merchandise and honestly it makes it so uncomfortable to keep going there

Many times the big box stores are NOT the most efficient way to shop. DIYers might need some advice or help. This Ace store does that. Service in a friendly, relaxed atmosphere. Like having a new grill put together ready to go, means a lot to the enjoyment of a purchase.

I have been going here for 4 years and this store has really improved over the last couple of years. Quality products. There are great and very knowledgeable employees there. The times I've needed a little advice on something, having a new product/item explained, or even getting some stain samples on wood, the employees there have always been extremely helpful. My go to (and sometimes more often than my wife would like) hardware store.

Very helpful man in the plumbing department! Was disappointed when I checked out and got my change and asked the cashier if I could have two five's instead of a ten and the other lady behind the counter told me if I wanted change to "Go to a bank"! Well I will not be back again.... Since then I have gone back a couple of times and have been impressed by the helpfullness and the friendliness of the entire staff!!! I now give them a 5 star rating

Dropped off window screen for repair. They failed to mention their repair person had quit until I called a week later checking on status. She wouldn’t let me speak to service desk so we drove the 50 minute round trip a second time to pick up and take somewhere else to actually fix. Poor communication. We were not given a time frame when screens were dropped off and were not offered a callback by the woman who answered the phone . She also could not estimate how much longer repair would take since repair person had “quit”, which is why we picked up screen. We were able to get the screen repaired in 2 days elsewhere.

The entire team was friendly and happy to help. The store is packed with many types of goods, as well as brands. I come for the Stihl selection. they did not have the file that i was looking for. but im sure thats a Stihl warehouse issue. I love coming to my local hardware store.

This store has just about anything you might need or want. Very well organized n clean. The check out lady was very pleasant...but I walked around the store for about 10 minutes and nobody asked if I needed any help.

Great for when you need a quick trip to the hardware store, so much easier to find things than in home Depot or Lowe's. The staff is always so helpful, they have good deals and random little finds.(like these handy extendable dusters I found for a dollar!) Prices can sometimes be a bit higher than the big box stores.

Great place to get Stihl stuff. Jerry is great and very knowledgeable. Huge selection and amazing customer service you won't find in a big box store. They stand behind what they sell. Also great selection of other stuff. TNT sells quality items, not cheap junk. It is also no doubt the go-to for any of your bbq needs. Example: Traeger, weber, green egg. As well as higher-end seasonings such as meat church and others.

Not sure exactly who helped me today when I was at this store. To whomever it was you were extremely helpful in not only my purchase but my sisters as well. The team that this store has working for them is extremely knowledgeable in their departments and if they don't know they are not afraid to ask their co-workers. I am very pleased with the times that I have been to the store in the past and todays. The employees are not only knowledgeable but friendly as well. What a great experience! I just bought a house in the area and wanted to start this new chapter by shopping locally as much as possible. This Ace hardware store was incredible. They make you feel like you're old friends and no matter what I needed, Tom knew where it was and explained how to use everything. I will shop at this particular Ace whenever possible.

I was only in the store a couple of minutes looking for a certain item when an employee ask if he could help me. He didn't know where the item I was looking for was located so he immediately found someone who could. I bought more than I planned because they were so helpful, saved me time and had the items I wanted. I love taking my business to a place like this.
