I really like this PetSmart. It is always very clean, and well stocked. They always have my cats favorite treats too! The store associates are always very friendly. They keep the seasonal toys well stocked, which is nice!

Today 3/7/2024 we took our pure bread standard poodle for a grooming "Harley ", and we were told it would take 4 hours. After a hour we were called and told to pick him up because they said he bit or attempted to bite. He is only a year old and a rescueHe has never been groomef and they knew that. Why didn't they use a muzzle. The fact is he has never tried biting anyone. They must have been a little rough and the clippers probably pulled because of high hair being knotty. They left him with half his back shaved and left the rest looking terrible. Extremely unprofessional and not trained right. Do Not take your pet there. Go to petco or someplace else. I am extremely upset with them and unprofessional treatment. Get someone that knows how to groom your pet. Also no staff had bandages or bite marks that we were shown. They just didn't do the job. They are not good. 😠

Went to PetSmart in Delavan today 3/24/24 to find some fish to add to the aquarium. As I’m looking through the fish, the gentleman working asks what kind of tank I have I politely respond a 40 gallon tank with two goldfish, before I can finish my statement he quickly replies “well I will not sell you anything here”, unfortunately my business is not welcome here. What’s the point of a pet store if they won’t sell you any pets, sounds more like a zoo? Hopefully others do not have the same experience I did as I will no longer be shopping here.

We always use Petsmart Grooming. Groomers are very professional and love dogs. We have worked with Emily for several years. It says alot when great employees like Emily stick with their company.You can now reserve Grooming and check in online. There's also a Petsmart Point program for rewards. Be sure to tip your Groomer--they work hard.

People say that petco and PetSmart are the same...false. the atmosphere is way different and they have Bil-Jac dog food here way better than any other dog food brand, both tasting and for your dog. To my knowledge PetSmart is the only place that carries Bil-Jac besides Chewy

Very very poor customer service. Check out is slow. One lane open and 3 people standing around watching. I quit buying anything there. I still had my dog groomed there. This is the last time.

It was all good we picked up a variety of canned cat foods. We need the bigger cans to feed 5 cats. We also got a set of the can covers. They were a softer rubber so easier to get on the cans. The cashier was very nice greeted us on the way in and was very pleasant while checking out.

I wish I could of given 5 stars because the gal was nice. I scheduled a bath and nail trim on the website because that was the lowest package they had. I just needed nail trim, and expressed that to them before the appointment. They even offered me an upgrade on the shampoo and I declined saying I just wanted his nails done and that he swims in pool so no need for upgrade and he'll get dirty tomorrow. Neither one suggested just a nail trim for the $20. I didn't even know about it until after the appointment. I paid a total of $83 for a shampoo, ears and nails. That's what I pay for grooming, crazy!

Took my cat Dobby to get a sanitary shave and to have the hair on his paws cleaned up. The groomer was super nice and gentle with him and was very quick to get him done before any dogs came in. Will definitely take him here again when the time comes.

Love this store and their grooming salon. Nicole is an outstanding groomer and we have been going to her for almost 2 years. You can 95% of the time find what you are looking for there. Employees always ask if you need help finding things. Great customer service.

Had a really good experience buying a small fish tank set up for my mom's birthday. Despite it not being a big expense, the gal there guided me in picking out all the required items without rushing me at all. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Will definitely go back!!

Love this place! The staff is amazing, especially the groomer Emily! It's literally the dog's favorite place to come. Not a "big box" feel here at all! There are always great sales going on, and it's super easy to earn rewards here.

Do not let 'Amanda' come near your dog or groom them.She does not introduce herself, tries to quickly leash the dog and gets right in their face to check the mouth.Of course, my dog being scared of this silent stranger who didn't introduce herself growled.She immediately jumps up to the wall with her arms up and says, "Nope not doing this."Does not apologize, tell us to book another time or anything. That's all she says and then leaves. He has been groomed here before and it appalls me that a Groomer doesn't know how to treat a dog.

Main store & staff very efficient & friendly. The grooming people I do not like. They cut the dogs hair however they want disregarding owners instructions. And you get whatever groomer is ready first not the same one each time. After 3 visits because the store is close to home I am back to driving 30 miles round trip to my dogs first groomer. Cost more for grooming and gas.

Horrible customer service. When I entered I immediately asked for help buying fish. I went to the tanks and stood for 5 mins. No help arrived I went and spoke to a teller and had her radio for help again. Standing in the aisle I watch the employee answer the radio call and say she will be over shortly. Then I proceeded to watch her walk to the opposite side of the store, not helping any customer just not helping me. I waited 5 more minutes. Then left the store. I will not shop here again.

The girl in the aquarium area was not pleasant. After 10min of wandering that, I had to finally ask her for some assistance. When I did she was very stand offish. I did not buy fish. I dud by other items.The cashier was great, when I told that item showed to be on sale, she signed me up with perks program and I receive the discount on same transaction.

Freddir may hate getting groomed but they do a terrific job with him. They are very patient with him as he is vocal and loves to be hyper. He is a wiggle worm but they manage to get his nails short and it is amazing. Thank you Bailey for the amazing job.

The problem I have with Petsmart is, the kittens waiting families. They're all so cute you just want to adopt them! Of course you can't because you have bills to pay.😕Other than that, I always find what I need, and employees are friendly and helpful.

Grooming department is not what it used to be. I had such a horrible experience I left and decided to find another groomer. The staff starts by saying everything they charge extra for, then they confirm the dog had every shot it could have, then they ask if it’s had any shots or health concerns in the last 48 hours,(apparently people are too dumb to know not to take sick dogs to the groomer) but then when I was about to leave they literally asked about how to groom the dog. I said it’s a teddy bear puppy and it’s hair is too long, then I’m lectured on all the reasons they have to be told what length guard to use and also they will buzz cut his legs because it was matted, which it was not matted bad and any groomer could have hand cut the tiny bit out with a pair of Scissors something they said they don’t do. They only buzz cut.Make a long story short these college age groomers lacked experience and knowledge of how to do their job, it’s no wonder the turn over of groomers there is high.I do NOT recommend going here.Go to a local groomer who has years of experience.
